At first glance, the owner of German Motors AutoHaus comes across as very professional with a pleasant, easygoing demeanor. That initial impression is actually what led me to trust him with my vehicle--especially after Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach was unable to diagnose a persistent flapping noise underneath the middle of my car, despite a full inspection and video report outlining everything they found. When I called German Motors AutoHaus, I was assured the issue could be identified and repaired. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning, expecting a relatively quick turnaround. However, by Friday I was told the part hadn't even been received and that there wouldn't be time to work on it--leaving me without my vehicle for four days. That's simply unacceptable. If the part wasn't available, the car shouldn't have been taken in to begin with. I finally got my car back Monday afternoon. Yes, the flapping noise was fixed, which was a relief by removing the lower encapsulation panel, the bill was over $800, and the delay was frustrating. Then things took a turn for the worse. Last week, I had a flat tire and my vehicle was towed back to Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach (my tires are under warranty with them). While inspecting the car on a lift and recording their usual video, they noted that the lower encapsulation panel underneath the vehicle was missing--something they had clearly documented as present in their video during the previous service. I immediately contacted German Motors AutoHaus and explained the situation. My vehicle had only been in two places: German motors autoHaus and Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach. No one else has had possession of it. Despite this, he denied removing the panel and suggested it must have "fallen off." That explanation doesn't hold up--Mercedes confirmed that the panel had been intentionally removed, with 6 screws taken out. So while the issue was fixed, it appears the lower encapsulation panel was removed and not replaced--without any disclosure. That's not just careless, it's concerning. After paying over $800 and being without my car for days, this kind of oversight--or worse--is not only very disappointing, but it is criminal. He removed the underside panel from the car and told the customer, it is now fixed and charging them for removing this part  that should have been REPLACED is in fact, criminal.  The cost for the lower encapsulation panel to be replaced with labor is $732. German motors. AutoHaus made money from me. Now I have to pay the dealer to replace the panel. Edit: this morning, German motors AutoHaus called me and stated he called Mercedes-Benz and they no longer make the part that he removed from my vehicle. I just got off the phone with Palm Beach Mercedes-Benz, the parts department stated they do make the part. They have the part number and they are ordering it for me and I will purchase and fix it through Mercedes. With all the evidence of video and voice mails I have, I will bring German motors AutoHaus to court, for tampering with my vehicle and by removing a part and not replacing it, making it unsafe. Also voicemail lying and saying the part is no longer made. Proceed with caution. read more

Sorinn is the owner . He is actually HONEST ! Yes HONEST IN S Florida which is unheard of ‼ HE IS also a gentleman & a phenomenal mechanic ! Extremely detailed he has worked on our 1989 560SL & my 1999 C230. Both still perform excellently. He warrantees his work too sometimes 2-3 yrs depending on what is repaired. His labor rates are very reasonable. His wife too works in the business office. He is a very good man I would give him 1000 stars if I could . The BMW dealership (of all places) mis-diagnosed the issue on my family's BMW, giving an astronomical quote of over $7,000.00 to fix a problem with the air conditioner. I decided to get a second option, searched Yelp for a 5 star mechanic, and voila, came across German Motors Autohaus. The owner said to "bring it over, I'll look at it right away!" That's exactly what he did! Long story short, he as able to find nothing wrong with the car, saving us thousands of dollars, and gave an excellent explanation of how the air conditioning mechanically works in laymen's terms. Hands down the most honest mechanic I've been to, they will definitely be receiving repeat business and instant referrals from here on out! read more

My 2009 BMW 328i was making a ticking noise and had a check engine light on, after talking to Sorin for a few minutes he set a date for me to drop off my car and had all of the problems diagnosed in less then two hours and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up the next day!
