Anthony is a part swapper. he doesn't know anything and is beyond unprofessional. took my car here when I was out of town, he was my Michigan plate and played me like a fiddle. he was supposed to diagnose my car and rectify the issues. he failed to do so. he misdiagnosed my car, and then put faulty parts on. he then wanted to charge me 1000 cash but told me it's be over 100 more if I used a card. I don't believe in tax evasion, so I decided to use my card. he then charged me more than the receipt said. I disputed the charges with my banks and during that process Anthony altered the invoices for the so called repair to omit the warranty stipulation, as well as add that if you pay with a card that you cannot dispute the charges. I will get my money back, it's just of matter of how and when. I took my car to two other mechanics after Anthony and both stated that his diagnosis didn't fit the application. Anthony was claiming that the voltage regulator is in the ECU. this is false as it is located within the alternator. I returned to his shop 5 minutes after picking the car up , under the impression that it was fixed. I returned with the same issues and Anthony told me he was washing his hands and for me to take it another shop. he refused a refund and wouldn't continue to service the vehicle and previously stated and promised. I would stay far away from this place. he's running a very shady business. read more

Anthony once was a quality repairman. He currently has been going through issues with the landlord hasn't paid his rent in 6 months. He has held onto my car for nearly 3 months and refuses to complete the car without full payment. If you think this is protocol or how a respected shop should operate. Then by all means go here! He's not as well versed on European auto repair. Best for oil changes only. Anything else. You're looking at an undisclosed bill then may need to be paid in full before the job is done. Literally the worst in south Florida. He makes the non speaking from Miami look god sent. read more

First time I had my wifes car serviced here for an new radiator went well. Pricing and service was good for that work. Thank you. The second time I brought my car here for an quote for some preventative maintenance and brakes/wheel inspection from Anthony did not go so well. Upon arriving Anthony told right way that I didn't need to do my brakes even though the readings from tires plus and the dealership were below 3. I was suprised, but asked for brake quote anyways. His quote for $550 on my 2006 Lincoln towncar for Labor, and the same parts rotors and brakes was the same amount of money as Tires plus and other commercial mechanic places. I grew up in Detriot, the car capital, so I phoned my cousin for advice who is an mechanic and has an hoist in his garage at home. He told me that was about $100-150 more than an local mechanic should charge. Obviously I did my brakes elsewhere. In addition to the high price which Anthony told me several times that his labor rate is less than places like Firestone or Tires Plus he also gave an quote for an spark plugs, coolient service, differential service, transmission, fuel filter, and an driving belt service. The labor costs were over half and he was charging me over $600 at $95 per hour labor on $980 quote. I pleseantly left opting to have no work completed. Dissappointing considering the reason I came there was for an cheaper price than places like Tires Plus. If I would have know he was going to charge every little detail like flushing the coolient out by the hour? I would have never wasted my time. I use the coolient example because you can accomplish other things on the car while you flush the coolient.....come on. If your going to represent yourself as Honest stand by it and know what your up against. Will not call this business again, and would not advise getting work completed here. After my car got some engine damage, I thought the best thing was to go to the big dealership to get my car repair, boy was I wrong, to the big companies I was just another number in a repair line, so after a couple of weeks they told me that the repair would be a new engine and after labor and part it would cost me nearly 6k total. Now I'm no mechanic and I don't know this much about car trouble, so to me I thought this was my only choice to fix my car, but then I decided to get a second opinion and i am so glad I did. After doing some online research and reading reviews I decided to go with GNA Auto for my second opinion, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the owner Anthony and I explained to him what happened and what the big dealership told me about my car, right away he showed his concern and was glad that I came to his shop, I brought my car over and he diagnosed it right away, he agreed that a new engine would be the best way to fix my car, so we both sat down and did some research, he explained everything he was going to do in great detail which was perfect! So I decided to do my repairs at his shop. He ordered the parts and had it all installed within a week, he kept me informed every step of the way very professionally, explaining what he was doing and what else needed to be done until it was all finished, when I went to pick up my car he had it nice and washed and showed me all the parts and repairs he did under the hood, it all looked amazing and professional. After I drove off, 15 minutes later he called to see how it was driving and if everything was ok, and I explained to him that the car was driving better than ever, smooth and quiet like as if it was a brand new car! So not only did my repair experience went great, but a Anthony saved me a lot of money compared to the big dealership shop, he made me feel like a real costumer, I have now found my new shop and I will tell all my friends and family about this great Auto shop. read more
