An abhyanga is a full body massage where they use warm scented oil that your skin absorbs. I truly felt like I was able to release all tension and allow myself to receive and enjoy! I was so relaxed that I was able to fall asleep. At the end of my massage I felt rejuvenated! I didn't realize how much I needed this massage until I experienced it once again. She was very professional and informative. I provided the gift certificate # and Tina was able to help me apply the gift certificate seamlessly. Since it was my first time experiencing this type of service/massage, Tina also gave me a friendly reminder that this service uses a lot of healing oils for the massage, so it is recommended that I wore clothes that I wouldn't mind oil residue on. Also I was emailed a reservation confirmation with the need to know information for the service. For anyone not familiar with an Abhyanga Massage, this is a full body massage with a generous amount of warm herbal oils that are abundant in antioxidants and adaptogens. This is meant to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. On the day of my service I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my first time customer forms. Tina was there that day and she offered me water or hot tea. She asked if I needed to use the restroom before my service. Just FYI - the restrooms are disconnected from their suite.
