If you don't care about the presentation, you can buy the bags of loose chocolates on their shelves for a cheaper price. They offer seasonal specials and occasional sales, so it's wise to ask what specials they're offering that day. The store front is the main area to shop from, but you may be able to sign-up for the tours and view the chocolate production process yourself, which I've participated in and enjoyed in the past.

"It will take 7-10 days", this is their standard bull**** explanation. July goes by, August, Septembe, October... it had been so long we kind of forgot about it. We began calling, emailing customer service back in November. Numerous calls, emails, nothing. I finally reached out to them on 1/4 on Twitter and asked where the refund was. Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? Unless you hate yourself, don't shop here.

I like this location because it typically has what I'm looking for in stock, where as I feel the North Wales location is more popular. I do alternate between Aldi and Lidl depending on their sales and specials for the week since they're right down the street from each other and I wouldnt say one is better than the other. Their brand items are sometimes better than or equivalent to store brand but so much cheaper. All in all, if youre not married to specific brands, - go here! You'll realize how much youre overpaying at other stores.
