It's the small shop just up from Story Hill BKC on the corner of W Bluemound and N Hawley in the Story Hill neighborhood. This is my new mechanic. Hands down solid and all-around great service. Let's start with what they do that I really appreciate. They take your car into their shop and give you a full-blown report of vehicle condition and then vehicle triage report. You can tell what needs immediate attention to what could wait, and you can then decide how you want them to handle repairs. This report is downloadable so you can store it and keep it on digital file. So far in my book that's a win. Next on to the repairs. Despite needing quite a bit of work, Greitens was honest and reasonably priced. I really don't think I could ask for much more coming to this shop for the first time. Our 2013 Edge has about 100K miles on it and was long overdue from some TLC. We brought it here and they gave it the full treatment it needed and now it's back and ready to run another 100K miles. I'll be bringing our other car for service come the time that's for sure. Easy to drop off with an appointment and easy to pickup when they called to let me know repairs were done. I would NEVER go to the dealer when I have a shop of this caliber. Great mechanics hands down at Greitens!

They did pressure test, charged us 134$, told us that there is coolant leak (which we knew as it was reason why we came there), based on "color" of coolant they determined that "stop leak" product was used (and I did not use such product), and based on that said they can not fix it as it "may leak again". Idiotic experience. Second issue was broken CV joint boot. They looked up part, stated it is 2000$ and will take 1 month to get here from Germany. Yet US Audi sells this for 831$ with 2-4 day shipping. Moral of this: you will get charged for "inspection" and they do not want or plan to fix anything. Other that oil change or tire change, I would stay away from this place!

Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe. Very inexpensive fix and the noise has never come back. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

Wednesday I went there to tell them about a suspected brake issue; Lance, the owner, remembered me and we made an appointment for yesterday to have him look at the brakes. Yes, brakes and rotors needed immediate replacement and he and his staff did it right away. Wow. I was absolutely blown away by their quick, professional action, and the price was on target; but to me, knowing from many past experiences with Lance that I could trust him was even more important. DO NOT GO THERE! Absolute nightmare experience--they made my car worse!…read more I brought my car here for a single issue: a "TCM Power Input Low" code. They spent hours testing the alternator, battery, fuses, and ground wires before suggesting a replacement for the negative battery cable. I agreed, hoping for a simple fix. What followed was completely unbelievable. Right after they touched that negative wire, the car refused to start at all--the starter motor was dead. I never had a single starting issue before bringing it to them. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to admit any fault and forced me to pay out of pocket for a new starter just to get my car off their lot. I paid simply to avoid a confrontation. But the nightmare didn't end there. As soon as I drove away, I noticed the HVAC blower fan was broken, stuck running at a single speed that couldn't be adjusted. I drove right back, only to be dismissed and told to "come back later." When I confronted them about taking responsibility, they offered the most ridiculous response: claiming that fixing one bad wire sent "proper current" that somehow destroyed my starter and blower motor! Fixing ONE bad wire ended up creating TWO major new problems right under their care, and honestly, I don't even know what else might be damaged in my car that I haven't discovered yet. Absolutely zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero care for your vehicle. Save yourself the stress and money--STAY AWAY!
