Because the nearest Toyota dealer was 45 minutes away now from where I moved. Amy answers the phone with great enthusiasm and is ready to be helpful. That is a good look from the beginning. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They do further inspections and alert you to other issues, while being honest with the underlying problems. Flash forward to today, and I now have a newer truck, but my wife takes her vehicle there. 10 years later, and the same great service and workmanship is happening. River Crest is a testament to upholding consistent business practices and having a good ethical establishment. Do not fear taking your car here. They will do a great job and shoot you straight on what is needed to be done.

I got new tires put on - had to return to the shop 3 TIMES afterward because my tires kept going…read moreflat. They didn't say so, but clearly they put the wrong tires on for my vehicle. The 4th time I went in they finally must've realized their mistake and put the right sized tires on. No admission of mistake, no apology, no complimentary service of any kind. THEN, my husband took his truck in for muffler issues. He had to take his truck back hours later because it was rattling so bad. They fixed their mistake (again, no admission of guilt & no complimentary service for their mistake). NOW, his muffler is so crazy loud AGAIN!!! We will be taking his truck back to repair whatever they messed up on, but we will NEVER go back! PS. My coworker also had the same thing happen with her tires there - put the wrong ones on her vehicle & they kept going flat. I don't know what's going on there - who they're hiring and/or who is overseeing the work, but it's bad! This shop used to be super reputable. Now they're awful in every way!

For Eight Years they have been my go-to Mechanic. The prices are fair and the work is done right the first time, on time. It is nice being able to call in and say Hi, My car has this problem. The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.
