To make matters worse, the replacement belt they installed shredded immediately after receiving it back from them. When I called simply to check on the status of a replacement part, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. The person I spoke with, who state he was the owner, swore at me during the conversation. No customer should be insulted or verbally abused for asking a reasonable question, as I had been waiting 3 weeks for the part to arrive. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I would gladly pay more to do business elsewhere if it meant receiving competent service and being treated with basic respect There are plenty of companies that value their customers and stand behind their work; unfortuanely, this is not one of them.

I told Richie the fireplace had a fan and was for heating and the doors were supposed to close. They used tempered glass not ceramic-only found this out when I went to a different place to have it replaced again. Richie lied and said I told him otherwise and said he remembered---total scum bag in my book.
