    Parent sitting areas.

Small, expensive and most importantly no where comfortable for parents and grandparents to sit and wait/supervise their children. They have freaking bleachers with shoe boxes in front of them so it impedes having a clear view of your children. They do have a uncomfortable wooden box against the wall maybe four adults can sit on if kids don't grab it first. Go to skyzone

This is my son tangled up in the ropes and the employee that left him still tangled.

This place is meh. Not a fan over all. I makes it difficult when you have older children and younger children. They put the little ones in the corner with the smallest little area to jump and play & they are not allowed in the larger area. While I understand safety is key, it just makes it a challenge for the parents who have to sit in the area for the smaller ones while the older ones are not in view. Our son was injured in the foam pit. I was all the way across the room in the corner section with my younger child. I heard a cry didnt know where it was coming from. The cry turned into a louder cry almost a scream. I look for my son and seen him tangled in the ropes in the foam pit. No worker even noticed. As I was going over, a young employee finally realized something was going on but yet looked puzzled as to what he should do. He walked away from my son while still tangled in the ropes. I jumped in and tried to get him free from the ropes. It took a few minutes but I got him out. None of the employees asked if he was okay or even offered him an ice pack. I asked for one and was told that I couldnt have one for him unless I did a report. Really??? I told them that a report should be done reguardless. I feel the staff there needs better training on how to handle situations such as this and I also feel that the "toddler area" should be larger and the parents should be able to see their older children from the area since we have to be there with the smaller kids. I ended up taking my son to the doctor to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully nothing more than rope burn and some bruising. Needless to say, my kids will not go back.

A hole in the wall. Not enough seating for parents in the "lounge". The place has a rundown appearance and is not really inviting.

I'll preface this next comment with the fact that I've taken my 4 kids to Get Air and Adrenaline without issue. But the rules were so strict at this location I found it difficult to both jump and parent. They wanted my 4 yr old to only stay in the baby/cage toddler area...but I still needed to circulate and make sure the 6, 9, 11 yr olds were doing well. The 4 yr old became frustrated because she's jumped with her brothers and sisters in all other trampoline parks. I was frustrated because, as a mother, if I throw down $90 for an hour of jumping I plan on having a good time too. If you have one or two kids that are not toddlers Skyzone would probably suit your needs well. If you are a larger family, or otherwise in a group with the ages of children stair-stepping...consider another facility. The kids working there do not understand parenting larger families. My kids would certainly come back to play...but they'll have to wait until they can drive themselves and foot the bill ‍

This review is solely based on the schools out camps over holiday break…read more I signed my child up for camp and we were very excited about the program so I even shared with two other parents - who in turn signed each signed their children up. One child was 6, while mine was 5, but I called ahead and spoke with a kind lady who just returned from maternity leave, she confirmed the 6 yr old could join my kids 5 yr old class. Here's why it was so important that the 6 yr old join the 5 yr old class, this child medically can not get in any public pools, and the 4 and 5 yr olds do not have pool time so this worked out wonderfully. At the first day of camp, we again reminded them about the situation. Howecer, they didn't listen and had the child in the 6 yr old class, the child was terribly upset when the entire class got to swim. This all could have been avoided if they listen to our communication. My child did have a good time running around all day, but the point is that the breakdown of communication is scary and untrustworthy when dealing with a medical child.

We chose to come when the business opens to avoid bigger kids and the crowds and its the perfect morning activity for us during the cold winter months. The kids leave tired and wanting to come back. I have also hosted a birthday party at Sky Zone. Easy to plan and setup but there are many parties held at the same time so it can be a little chaotic. Running, jumping, falling off of stuff and…read moreunintentionally injuring themselves are always at the top of their to-do lists, so trampoline parks fit nicely into their lifestyles. Xtremenasium Trampoline Park is fine for doing all of those things that kids love to do. It has multiple trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, a ninja warrior course, multiple foam pits, an indoor playground for young kids, and a few other features. The admission fee grants you unlimited access to everything for one hour, which was more than enough time for my kids. Honestly, I'm glad they limited it to one hour, because then I didn't have to be the bad guy and drag them away from their fun. It was more like, "Oh no! We have to leave! Our one hour is done! Xtremenasium said we have to go!" It's Xtremenasium's fault, see? Not mine. The whole thing was too stimulating for me, and I was ready to leave after about 10 minutes. But our visit to this trampoline park wasn't about me. It was about my kids, and taking them to a place that was fun for them, so nevertheless, I persisted. I ignored the crowds and screaming and lack of fresh air, as you do at these places. But the reason for the three stars is that all of those stimulating things seemed a tad more amplified here, and everything I touched was just a touch grimier than it should have been. I don't know -- your mileage may vary, depending on how high-strung you are. In the end, Xtremenasium served its purpose. My kids were here to bounce and play and leave sweaty, and they did and had a good time.

It's super fun very clean very respectful and you get to have a long jump time so it's a great placeread more
