Had a birthday party for my newly 5 year old. Kids all had a great time, adults were able to mix and mingle and keep an eye on the kids. Jets pizza was a hit with everyone, and the hopefully the kids will sleep like champions after running and bouncing for 2 hours. We brought the presents home to open, so as to maximize the jump time for the kids. Staff was helpful and attentive. Would gladly attend or schedule another birthday party here. read more

While it might be a great experience for elementary school children, it is not for high school students or preschool children. High schooler was bored after a very short time. The youngest of our group played with foam blocks which were falling apart. He left sneezing, coughing and covered with a foam rubber dust. A shower did not remove all of the specks. Small, expensive and most importantly no where comfortable for parents and grandparents to sit and wait/supervise their children. They have freaking bleachers with shoe boxes in front of them so it impedes having a clear view of your children. We're a bunch of charges I wasn't aware of when I booked party the room wasn't very updated had to ask for cups and plates more then once and they came in the middle of opening gifts to give me my bill the jumping part was good but the party room was super hot not decorated at all and really expensive for what we got. I paid close to 700 for like 10 kids to jump for literally 2 hours and they deff rush you out at the two hours. And I suppose they give you a jump one time gift at the end but it had a fairly short expiration date was very unorganized I'll use sky zone next time. read more

Last week, my husband and I were entrusted with a little red school bus and a handful of rowdy middle school kids. What did we do? We brought them here for some chaos and fun! Fortuntely, there was little chaos and a lot of fun! Get Air has is a brightly-painted building that has: - One large trampoline area with dozens of trampolines laid side by side for crazy jumping around, including a few along the wall on an incline. - A trampoline dodgeball court! - Four foam pits. One for jumping into, one for jumping up onto a rope and swinging into, and one for attempting to walk a tightrope contraption across. A fourth pit had a Jacobs ladder but it was removed at the time and my kids just jumped in there. There was a sign saying no more than one person in at a time but no one got yelled at... - A basketball hoop you can jump up to. - Separate trampoline and foam pit for small kids. - Party rooms upstairs. - Places to put all your shoes or.... - Lockers that cost fifty cents. - Bathrooms. They were a bit icky. - Snack counter with overpriced snacks and drinks. The things I didn't like about Get Air: - $12/hour for a jump or $20 for two hours. Sort of pricey. - You either have to purchase their socks or go barefoot. Your own socks aren't allowed because they're too slippery. I didn't want to buy socks so I ended up barefoot, which was OK, until you were walking around on the main floor without shoes. Icky. Ick, ick. But I guess you can try not to think about that... - You had to pay every time you opened your locker to retrieve something. Our group of kids had a blast. My husband ended the two hours drenched in sweat from endless dodgeball games. Clearly a great place for adults and kids to have fun -- if it's your kind of thing! I jumped around a bit and attempted the tightrope thing (which I promptly fell off of). I think I would have had more fun if the place wasn't packed. I was almost worried about safety because it seemed like there were too many people jumping around and collisions were inevitable. I know they have a wristband policy where your time expires depending on the wristband color, but do they limit the number of people jumping at a time? Not sure. Good times. Visiting from CA and looking for something fun to do inside as it's just too cold (11 degrees) to go to the parks this time of year. My mother suggested this jump park - and since my kids love other trampoline parks back home I thought it would be a great idea! Wrong. We drove 45 minutes (not a big deal) for a toddler time that was listed on their website. This time is specifically for younger kids. We we got there I saw many older kids jumping around and questioned them to find out that "Oh, we don't do that for these two weeks. They may be able to jump in the larger area but probably not." I get it - I do - but it should have been clearly stated on the website. Clearly we aren't just going to turn around after a 45 min drive. So, we paid the ridiculous price (coming from CA where everything is overpriced - that says a lot!) and went in. My girls were not allowed to jump together anywhere at the park - "Only one jumper at a time" - which made it difficult. They are find taking turns but prefer to do things together. Anytime I tried to help them do anything an employee would rush over and question, "Is everything okay?" Um, yep dude - I'm their mom and I'm just talking to my kids. We eventually meandered over to the toddler area - which is a very small area in the corner of the park. One of my girls really liked this area - the other one was frustrated about something and began to cry - again, immediately an employee rushed over and asked, "What's wrong?" I told him she was just tired and he continued, "Is she hurt? A broken bone?" Umm...no. This happened two more times (she was actually getting sick) and I was quite annoyed by the time we left. I appreciate that he was concerned - but when I tell you she's fine please accept that. The music being played was loud and not necessarily family friendly. The redeeming quality is that the cashier agreed to give us a refund when we left early. Neither of my kids were having fun and we were out in less than 45 minutes. read more

This place is meh. Not a fan over all. I makes it difficult when you have older children and younger children. They put the little ones in the corner with the smallest little area to jump and play & they are not allowed in the larger area. While I understand safety is key, it just makes it a challenge for the parents who have to sit in the area for the smaller ones while the older ones are not in view. Our son was injured in the foam pit. I was all the way across the room in the corner section with my younger child. I heard a cry didnt know where it was coming from. The cry turned into a louder cry almost a scream. I look for my son and seen him tangled in the ropes in the foam pit. No worker even noticed. As I was going over, a young employee finally realized something was going on but yet looked puzzled as to what he should do. He walked away from my son while still tangled in the ropes. I jumped in and tried to get him free from the ropes. It took a few minutes but I got him out. None of the employees asked if he was okay or even offered him an ice pack. I asked for one and was told that I couldnt have one for him unless I did a report. Really??? I told them that a report should be done reguardless. I feel the staff there needs better training on how to handle situations such as this and I also feel that the "toddler area" should be larger and the parents should be able to see their older children from the area since we have to be there with the smaller kids. I ended up taking my son to the doctor to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully nothing more than rope burn and some bruising. Needless to say, my kids will not go back. read more

I was very offended that Get Air charged me $6 to watch my granddaughter jump after charging me $10 for her to jump. "Company policy" was their reason for the charge. In my opinion it was unnecessary and was taking advantage of the situation. Any time company policy is used to make decisions rather than allowing people to look at a given situation and make a rational decision is poor management. I WILL NOT BE BACK! read more

I wish I could give less than one star. This place is a complete joke. My son is 2, and all he was allowed to do was play in a couple small corners. When you tried to play with him you were jumped onto by employees saying that no more than 1 could be in a certain spot, and when he would try to walk and play on the big part in the middle we were jumped onto again. You cannot interact with your child at all. If you want to a kid friendly environment, then maybe put some thought into a more professional area for the smaller kids and not have the entire place open for them to watch. Kids love the place, but they're only concerned with the trampolines. There is a general lack of cleanliness throughout the facility. The bathrooms are gross, urine on men's room floor & people walking around in socks is a bad combo. My daughter had her birthday party at Get Air a few weeks ago. It was expensive and there was no one to help you with the party so you did everything yourself. I had called Get Air the Tuesday before the party to order our pizza for that Sat. They didn't have that order when we arrived Sat so the pizza was late. They said they provide plates, forks, and napkins but there wasn't enough. I wrote a review on Facebook giving it a 2 out of 5 and only stating our pizza was late and there was no party host which I felt like should have been included in the price....that was it, nothing more than that in the review and definitely nothing inappropriate. Rather than an apology or a "thank you for your suggestion" Get Air reported the review to Facebook. Not only is it a bad place to have a party they obviously can't take any criticism. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this trampoline park. The bathrooms were very unsanitary with paper all over the floor, messy toilets and no toilet paper In either stall. With all the current health concerns it seems that this would be priority number one. Had I visited the restrooms before paying I would've walked straight out. But my little 4 year old friend would have been heartbroken. In retrospect that's what we should have done. Also there is a small stairwell to the left of the toddler area which had a huge build up of dust and debris on the floor. The nets on the basketball goals were ripped off, the balls were partially deflated. The whole place just seemed to lack the necessary maintenance that is necessary. The young man at the desk was polite but seemed very distracted. With all this being said. My little friend had a lot of fun on the trampolines. But we won't be returning. read more

Drove out yesterday to Get Air from downtown Lexington to purchase a gift card. Miriam at the front desk had to call her manager/Autumn for help. They didn't have any at the desk and I was told to order online and one could be emailed to me. The Lexington GA website does not have a tab/link to do this and the corporate link said "URL could not be found". Today I called GA to follow up...they didn't know why website doesn't offer this--even though that's what they told me to do and then told me the actual gc's were out of stock, and were ordered yesterday--I guess because my visit prompted them to re-order.When I was on the phone with Miriam today, she never put me on hold when she was speaking to her manager/Autumn and I heard her tell manager, "she's aggravated with me and wants to talk to you". I gave Miriam my info and then told her, I was not agg'd with her, I was agg'd that I was inconvenienced and given wrong info and she should put someone on HOLD next time. Crickets. Is it too much to ask for a basic apology? This place seems very unorganized on the business end. Autumn did call me back to say sorry, but gift cards would take 1-2 weeks to arrive--too late for what I needed.. (What high-traffic business geared toward children/parties/gifts runs out of gift cards????!!!!!) I have a hard time recommending this place to anyone who has to make an effort to get to Get Air. I made a serious effort to do so and basically hit a wall. There are other jumping options in Lexington that don't involve Nicholasville Road traffic and poor customer service.. read more
