Place is amazing family friendly fun. It's a great workout hidden in fun. They have deals that make bringing kids often, very affordable! They have free locker service with key in hand. They have many games and other distractions for kids. The parents aren't forgetten about, they have a comfort lounge with tv area for adults to relax. They also have a snack bar. Just okay. The ticket sales lady up front was super friendly and helpful. The facility was in good shape and the bathrooms were kept clean despite the traffic. I'll preface this next comment with the fact that I've taken my 4 kids to Get Air and Adrenaline without issue. But the rules were so strict at this location I found it difficult to both jump and parent. They wanted my 4 yr old to only stay in the baby/cage toddler area...but I still needed to circulate and make sure the 6, 9, 11 yr olds were doing well. The 4 yr old became frustrated because she's jumped with her brothers and sisters in all other trampoline parks. I was frustrated because, as a mother, if I throw down $90 for an hour of jumping I plan on having a good time too. If you have one or two kids that are not toddlers Skyzone would probably suit your needs well. If you are a larger family, or otherwise in a group with the ages of children stair-stepping...consider another facility. The kids working there do not understand parenting larger families. I cannot say enough good things about our private event last night! My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast at her birthday party. Paige, Sidney and Thomas were excellent and made us feel so welcome. Paige, in particular, was an amazing hostess and really took great care of us. My daughter felt like a Rockstar all night. Now all her friends want to book their parties at Sky Zone as well. Booking was super easy and the price point for a private party can't be beat. Our large family frequents jump parks often and and this is the first to warrant a less than 4star review; with four kids and 2 adults we brought our own socks cause we all know those grippy ones aren't cheap and reusing them helps save waste. At first, we were denied entry by an employee behind the counter who INSISTED we purchase new socks from their location stating they didn't want other customers seeing socks worn from other trampoline parks in their location. Top it off they only had the jailhouse orange socks in stock and none with the cool patterns that were on display. I understand the importance of advertising but seriously, who's looking at feet when you're at a trampoline park?! We were visiting friends from out of state and had offered to pay when we invited their family of four to join us; that's 6kids and 4 adults. We've never had any issues wearing our own socks before and we haven't had any issues at other places since. Once we were inside the experience wasn't any better. The staff members posted at every activity made it difficult for the children to have a good time especially with their younger siblings. The trampolines were divided into small sections with one person allowed only- this makes jumping with a 3,4 & two 5yr olds difficult. The staff members were constantly correcting jumpers for "jumping wrong" Overall strict rules, too many babysitters & not enough freedom to have fun made this skyzone a dead zone and left our wallet hurting. Save to say, it's not worth the hassle or the cost; we won't be returning to this location. read more

The staff carefully observed their safety so parents are free to relax. They have massage chairs that you can use here to relax a little extra. Took a group of 9 children ages 7-15 on a Saturday afternoon (presumably the busiest time of the week?) and the park had rented out the larger dodgeball area to a group with small children. I brought my two kids here and they had such a wonderful time! I was impressed with how clean (in general) the space was, the number of staff, and that there were several different areas which kept it from feeling too chaotic. The check-in process took a VERY long time (15-20 minutes) due to the staff member working at the front desk seeming to be very confused about each step. It was a little challenging since my kids were really eager to start jumping, but not a huge deal. Their regular prices are a little high, but they have affordable class packs for toddler time and seem to run deals on Groupon pretty regularly. We definitely plan to come back. read more

What a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon! It was a glow party with black lights and fluorescent yellow & pink shirts, and my kids had a blast. The staff is on point, they make sure everyone is having fun and following the rules to stay safe. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. They have a bunch of features we haven't seen at other places, like a ninja warrior course and a warp wall to run up. They even have fun pink camouflage socks. Would highly recommend! read more

My children had fun here. They are more restricted though, they were only allowed to jump in one square, and parents can't jump near their children. I suggest, if you don't want to jump but want to keep a close eye on your children, to purchase their socks. That way you can be near them while they jump. We're a few days into"fall" and it is still nasty, beastly hot. So how do you get exercise for your kid while lowering the risk of heatstroke? Take them to Skyzone! Plenty of jumping will insure that they will sleep well tonight! So why 4 stars instead of 5? We've been here twice so far, and both times it has been a bit toasty considering all the jumping that is going on. I came across a thermostat today that said it was set for 74*, but it was currently 77*, leading me to believe that their AC system is at least a bit undersized. The kid I borrowed to bring with us is hot enough that she wants to leave early. Truthfully, I'm hot sitting here typing this into my phone (but I have Yankee blood). read more

The Good: organization, trampoline quality, multiple activities, good for all ages. The Bad: not enough balls in dodgeball, very slow to do basketball and jumping in the pits, employees handling stress situations. The Rundown: having been to some other trampoline parks this one ranks well in terms of most of the things that matter, safety, organization, systems of control. There was only one major problem that I had from what I saw. My son fell and rolled his ankle, thankfully nothing serious happened, he had just twisted it a little. The problem is that not one employee came over to him even though he was rolling on the ground holding his ankle. To make matters worse I went over to check on him and sat on a mat, still no one came over, I looked over my shoulder, made eye contact with the employees, still no one came, they we too busy talking to each other. From my experience every second counts when anyone is hurt, esp a child and I expect that the employees at a facility like this that regularly has to deal with injuries should be more attentive in every situation. The Impression: I like this place and the concept. Please keep in mind that this is very dangerous and that for the employees this is an entry level job that has 16-18 year olds that don't necessarily have the responsibility yet to be as attentive as they need to be. read more

This place is amazing. Every time my son goes here he get's his wiggles out completely! but, he goes here every Friday and every other wendsday. Not anymore! Wanna know why? Because he had been there so many times, it got old... That is the only thing about this place. It is so much fun, yet gets old when you go too many times.' So, do not come here so many times that you will get completely worn out! Overall, I recommend this place to you, because they have yoga classes... & I recommend this place obviously for your child! This place is great, clean fun for kids and adults. I've had many birthday parties there for my boys too. It's a bit pricey, but I like that they email me specials sometimes. I think the party hosts could be trained a bit better to interact with children but overall it's a good experience whether a birthday party or a couple hours of fun. read more

If you are the type of parent that wants to look cool taking your kids out to do something fun and active and at the same time with they were wrapped in a hypoallergenic bubble to keep the world away, then this is your place. We came for a birthday party, but are not locals as we live a few thousand miles away in the Rockies. It's important to note that the staff was friendly and kind and when they weren't it was just because they were doing their jobs. They do a great job of policing all the kids who just want to be kids and breaking their spirit by forcing them into tiny little squares of solo bouncing. Even when a smaller kid latched onto the leg of an employee he was able to drag the little guy away with a smile. The idea of trampolinong in general is great. As a child my sister and I did gymnastics, and growing up we had a trampoline in the yard. It was a large trampoline with exposed metal springs, no safety net of any kind, the whole thing was on an incline since we didn't have a flat spot of land and if you jumped off the wrong way you'd hit a tree. We would jump on that with friends and have a great time. Double bouncing and bouncing to try and "crack the egg" where one person would curl into the fetal position and grab their knees while the other would bounce dangerously close trying to make them lose grip. This makes trampolinong with friends fun. This place is full of kids but most seem really lonely when they should just be having fun. As soon as a smile comes, they've done something wrong that needs a whistle. On a previous trip we did another place by a different name/brand in Kentucky for another unrelated birthday party which was much less rigid. Had a pretty good time there everyone just ran wherever. As many people to a space that could fit. Jumpers high as you want. Do back flips and jump off the side walls without getting the wrath of the fun police. I signed a waiver, they signed a waiver, why the rules? As to the place itself, it is actually on the small side for a trampoline place. It has 1 main jump area with a 5x6 arrangement of individual cells. Then 2 slightly smaller areas with 5x3 arrays that were used for dodgeball, kind of. No dodgeball I had ever seen before but that's what they called it. There's no dodging of wrenches here to teach the game... Then they have a small area for dunk shots on a basketball hoop which is a nice touch. The people in charge of the party itself had it down like clockwork. One hour jumping, one hour of pizza and cake with gift opening at the end. They even made a gift list out so the parents could match presents to kids which I feel is very over the top nice and would be appreciated. Can not say enough good things about this jump park. Especially if you are having a birthday party. Which I recently did. Prices were good. They completely take care of everything. The mom actually gets to enjoy the party too and just worry about getting pictures. They make sure all the kids are taken care. Have a lot of people in the jump areas to keep an eye on things. The hostess for our party was really good. She kept everything going in the room at a good pace and the kids had a fantastic time. Be sure and tip the hostesses they do a fantastic job and make the party enjoyable for the parents. I seriously had to do nothing. Was a nice relaxing change of pace. read more

Great place for kids and adults! My husband and I brought my 5 year old nephews here and we had a blast! It was a little different than I expected. There is more than just jumping. Other activities are setup such as dodgeball, basketball dunking and free jump stunts. Staff are very friendly and the facility is extremely clean and organized. I also thought the environment was very safe for kids, the staff monitor the activities very well to keep children safe and prevent accidents. This is an excellent activity to spend time with friends and family. We could barely get the nephews to leave! The minute we left, the kids were already asking when they could come back! The boys were exhausted afterwards, so it is also an excellent activity for parents if they need to relieve energy from their kids. We will definitely come back! read more

UPDATED FROM BEFORE - Torn on how to review this place, as we came in to town for a wedding and visited and are not local to here -- but here is my best shot. We went to similar jump places in VA, OH and Alabama before, so are familiar with the concept, if not this one. We saw it listed on the TripAdviser list of Top things to do in Lexington, which I always use when we go to random cities --- so that was helpful. Good -- Loaction is good and space of the facility itself was large. Appeared clean and had amentitites, like food, snacks and drinks. Music was good and kept kids moving round. Bad -- Space for small kids needed to be bigger -- having only 6 or 8 jump squares for those kids 5 and down, is way to small of a space when a lot of kids are there -- and leads to issues. When you tell little kids only one per square and only have 8 squares, it makes it hard. :o( Cost -- $10 for a half hour is pretty nuts I think. I didnt mind paying for $2 my socks to do nothing but stand there and watch my kids, and help them if they needed it -- but to get an hour of time for 2 kids nd my socks cost $30 -- which is steep. FOR COMPARISON - A similar place called Shaka Laka in Huntsville, AL where we moved -- has small kids price of $8 for an hour, which with 2 kids is $16 and it was $28 plus my $2 sock fee for an hour here - so a decent amount more. Time -- and we got there at 11:10 and they told me you get 30 minute blocks. I said ok, that will work. Then I see my kids time sticker say 11:10 - 11:30 was a bit annoying for $20. And when I asked I was told I could wait till 11:30 for them to start or pay for 30 minutes and get the 20 minutes left. Boo to that! So I had to do the hour, b/c 3 and 4 year olds can't wait patiently.... So good to burn some energy before a wedding night and a lot of people were having fun, as my kids did too...BUT cost and limited space for little kids would have me say no thanks next time and save my $30 for other things. read more

Let me tell you- this is no trampoline park. What I experienced at this Central Kentucky Sky Zone allowed my soul to transcend into a higher vibration, leaving my physicality behind, and giving my being's vibration a vessel for spiritual awakening. As my body reached the peak of each parabolic path caused by the endless ocean of trampolines and my urge to soar, I began to question my existence. Not many Central Kentucky entertainment establishments have had this effect on me. Not only this- the blonde cashier boy, whom for privacy purposes will not be named, provided me with the best experience I could have had. While being courteous and kind, I could feel his true passion for the trampoline park business. What a nice young man. I took my friends 7 year old here for a girls day. I couldn't bounce because it was just way to much gravitational pull for my old ass. So I stood on the sidelines and watched the joy appear on the little Girls face. Kids love this place! There's an adult room upstairs to overlook your kiddos. I don't go up here but I was curious to see if they had a happy hour bar. Joking. I love seeing the kids get involved in physical activity! My little one kept jumping and jumping and 2 hours later I had to beg her to leave. The staff were super friendly and helped, supported and joked with the kids.
