It's perfect for younger kids with a huge playground area, multiple slides that land in ball pits, and a huge climbing structure with slides that reminds me of Discovery Zone when I was a kid. We took advantage of toddler time and paid only $13 with tax for two hours. There were maybe ten other kids there total, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. In comparison to the Tonawanda location, this place is ten times better. My daughter barely even went on the trampolines because there was so much to do. I took a star off because the water fountains were out of order but they had vending machines for water bottles and Gatorade. The walk to the bathroom is a bit far too from the newer area.

There was literally poop on the walls! Biohazard. 6. There were so many children there that my kids were miserable and bored because they had to wait in line for over an hour for 1 activity! 7. There were a lot of kids there with no discipline or manners. It was like parents dropped off terrible children and left them there to be someone else's problem. This establishment is an absolute nightmare. Even my KIDS said they never wanted to go there again.

They have 4 floors with a wide variety of stations and things to do for the kids. If we didn't have to worry about nap time, we could probably spend the whole day there. If you have a Bank of America card, this museum is part of their Museum on us program- IYKYK. I also like the cafeteria where you can purchase snacks or meals for the kids. I appreciate that they don't police you, if you just use the space to eat your own packed snacks, just clean up after yourself is all they request. There's just so much to do. I would say the only issue we ran into was finding parking, but that's to expected at that side of town. Overall, a must for kids.

This place is AWESOME for our little guy. He loved this entire place and had so much fun. The building is 4 floors but Explore & More really starts on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a lobby and a cafe though which is nice too. The main floor of Explore & More is great. There is a Delta Sonic kid car wash, and so many cool historical Buffalo things like the Erie Canal and interactive boat for them to try out. The next floor has so many interactive things for kids to try and run around on. Everything has great theming for Buffalo and really shows off the hometown pride for the adults who are there with their kids. I'd recommend this place to anyone with kids because they have so much fun. There is something to do for all ages here. Definitely felt like a Buffalo gem.

Especially not one with the variety and inclusiveness that Jungle Jims has. The place is so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Roger threw on Disney+ , offered and made us all tea, and without hesitation jumped to helping with anything. The kids get to choose from 3 different food choices , & the package even is thoughtful about including a pizza for the adults.  There's unlimited drinks from the drink fridge, and an entire counter of bins filled with awesome little snacks or toys for the loot bag each child gets to make themselves at the end. The playground is actually so much bigger than meets the eye and the slides are absolutely, hilariously fun. Roger went above and beyond to make things personal and even with our insanely loud group; not once did he seem bothered by it. I can't say the same for any other indoor playground place we have visited. Jungle Jims is clean, and exceeded all expectations. My daughter turned 5 and was NOT happy about leaving. She wanted to stay overnight and play even if it was closed aha. So grateful for this experience . I was for the first time able to spend my time playing and socializing instead of frantically running around. I'd recommend to everybody.
