Love this park. The staff is so kind. We got the su.mer monthly pass so the staff started to get to know us as we came in. Idaly, is one of the employees that is on the ball and comes up with her own solutions for problems. The location could do better at making sure the staff has the tools they need to fix problems that may come. There is a separate play ground if you don't want to jump that is nice when the kids need a break. I loved the massage chairs for the non jumping adults as well. All items are tall enough for adults to join their children if desired. Chill place to have a birthday party as well. Super fun, bring water. read more

I take my toddler here at least three times a week, at different times of the day. Honestly, the place is just okay. I honestly think it stays open because there's no better option around not because it's great. The cleaning is super inconsistent. Same trash laying around for days, sticky plastics, lost socks in the ball pits... it really makes you wonder if anyone's actually checking the place. For somewhere full of kids, you'd expect them to clean way more often. Also, there's no kind of security or check-in before you get to where all the kids are running and playing. Anyone can walk in and go straight to the play area and any kid can walk out too. That doesn't sit right with me. It's also kind of pricey for what they offer. My kid has fun, which is why we keep going, but as a parent, I honestly don't feel great about it. I just really wish they took better care of the place. read more

Don't come here unless you want your kid to get pink eye. This place seriously needs to deep clean its play areas. 2 of my toddlers developed PINK EYE, 2 days later after coming here for one of their cousins birthday parties, that didn't even last 2 hours, btw. Restrooms do not have toilet seat covers! And none of the soap dispensers had soap! No towels to dry your hands! No security at the door any child can literally just walk out! No employee supervision! No food court! No wrist bands! You can literally pay for 45 min jump time and be there 3-4hours. read more

This trampoline park advertises many activities that it doesn't actually have. No balls for the basketball, No human bubbles for soccer, No surf board, No balance beam, I asked for any discounts and they said there were none. So I paid nearly $150 for 5 kids for 2 hours and while the kids were jumping, I looked and saw the 25% off coupon but the management would not honor the discount. Pretty let down by the customer service and false advertising. We left after an hour, we could have stayed home and jumped on our own trampoline for free. read more

Employees were very rude and tried to rush us out the establishment before the 2hr time frame. They came over and put trash cans in the middle of the party, brought computers over for me to make the remaining balance payment and reminded me several times that my time frame almost up! The bathrooms were very nasty, didn't have soap in any of the soap dispensers and no seat covers in any of the stalls.They should've been worried about that!!!! Not to mention the dominoes pizza that they over charge for when I can get 5 toppings for $9.99 on a daily basis and they charging double for a 1 toppings pizza smh total rip off!!! So much wasted potential here, beginning with management (the GM) The AC is constantly broken which makes jumping unbearable for the little ones. I bought tickets, took my kiddos and had to leave because of the heat. When I went back to use my tickets the GM refused to honor them because it had expired 20 days ago (they are only good for 90 day). No remorse, no apology, just an aggressive denial. The GM even said "well the AC was working on the date it expired". It might have been, but it wasn't when I tried to use them the first time. More than anything, it was her lack of customer service. She does not belong in a leadership position and I really do hope the company finds a way to overcome her lack of professional. Went yesterday and kids had a blast. Everything is still pretty new so we liked that, however 2 areas were "out of order" and the one arcade game we tried wudnt work. Other than that there was only 2 staff working on a Friday evening (mostly at the front) and I think there needs to be at least one more whose walking the play areas monitoring. A bit pricier than other places, but still didn't stop the fun, will probably return. read more

I would rate this lower than one star if I could!!! We had a kids party scheduled yesterday for my son who is turning10 years old, everything would of been great except for the AC broke down earlier in the day. They mentioned they were fixing it which gave us hope but odd enough there was no one onsite working on the AC, no trucks nothing. They told us we can bring a fan but what will a small fan do in a large place area. Why wasnt this business ready for an event like this? Why didnt they call an emergency HVAC tech, why didnt they have large fans to helped the situation?? The manager wasnt around and the only staff there were teenage kids who seemed very apologetic but helpless. We spent hundreds of dollars for a party of 15, but with a busted AC it was horrible experience and nerve wrecking to say the least. I was afraid of the kids fainting due to heat exposure, the grandparents were suffering, there were toddlers and a disabled your girl in a chair who were having a hard time with the heat. It was absolutely shit show! Being that there were only kids theres and no managers, I waited till today to speak to a manager but he isnt around till Wednesday, I cant get a hold of corporate but they promised to call me back in a few days! This doesnt happen at Johns incredible pizza, its amazing for a being a new location the AC failed. They should of closed down the place for safety issues and refunded us our money! I feel absolutely terrible for my family, guest and my son who didn't have the greatest 10th birthday! The cake melted inside the place, the balloons lost helium because how hot it was and there weren't enough water for everyone! I feel cheated, and Im focken appalled how this business wasn't ready for such an event, a manager should of been on site to address the issue! Before this, we like GeTAir trampoline parks but now I feel like not only did they endangered my family but at the same time they took my money ruining my little boy birthday!!!! Whats going on here? They really need to get it together. I call this past Sunday to find out what activities were taking place for their Pirates and princess toddler time. I call the customer service line and was hung up on twice. When I was connected they tried to call the park but no one was answering the phone at the location. I was told that they should be there because of the toddler time event but we tried three different times and still no answer! I'm glad I did not end up going because I'm pretty sure they didn't have activities for the toddlers. How do you advertise an event with activities but can't even answer your phone to let us customers know if the event is actually going on and what is taking place at the park? I wonder if anyone was even there. Bad business Get Air. Get it together. It's not a good look. read more
