I have to share our experience because I'm still so upset. My daughter loves GET AIR, so we booked her 4th birthday party this past Sunday, expecting it to be a fun celebration with 15+ kids. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, checked in, and the moment we walked inside it felt like a heatwave -- over 95 degrees inside the facility. Nobody had called to let us know the AC was out. Not a single heads-up, no option to cancel, reschedule, or make other arrangements. If I had known, I absolutely would have rescheduled, especially because my daughter had been so excited for this party. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I physically couldn't even go downstairs because the heat was unbearable. My shirt was drenched within minutes. Worst of all, my little girl didn't even get to jump because she kept saying, "It's too hot." My heart broke for her. When I called the general manager, Bianca Parr, she openly admitted that "her boss" told her not to inform any parties about the AC outage and to just "take the negative reviews." This place owes me $75 and the GM will not return my calls! I had a party here which went great for the most part. We had a few issues and there were some things I wish someone told me: 1)They ran out of water after providing 1 gallon (which I had to ask for) to a party of 40 people, which is crazy during summer in the desert. 2)They did not intend on supplying anything for non-jumpers even though they ask how many you'll have when you book your party. 3) They don't use table cloths or provide decorations. I booked what I thought was an all inclusive "ridiculously awesome" birthday party. However when I arrived the room only had plates and cups strait on the ugly plastic folding tables Although my host tried his best to accommodate us, if you have a party here bring your own waters, and anything for non-jumpers like plates, cups, silverware. I was told by our party host that once the party was over we could keep jumping as long as we vacated the party room. During this time I realized they forgot to give us the goodie bags I paid for. My party host was gone already so I had to ask the girl at the front desk about it & this is where things turned ugly. She was extremely rude to me first of all. She offered me a $5 gift card for each of my guests because they did not have any goodie bags(even though the host confirmed at the beginning of my party that I had goodie bags). All my guest were gone already so I asked for a refund of the $75 I paid for them instead. She said that the General Manager would have to call me: Well 2 weeks & 3 messages later and still no call from Bianca Parr. A few minutes later one of the other girls was helping me with the vending machine and asked me to wait on the side of the counter for her to go to the back for something. Meanwhile the other girl (I wish I got their names) who was rude to me earlier keeps telling me I need to get in line. I told I was already being helped by someone and she rolled her eyes and told me again that if I wanted to be helped I needed to get in line. She kept turning her head to look at me and rolling her eyes and insisting I get in line. To which I replied "YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT I AM DOING!" While rolling her eyes and snapping her neck she replied "I ain't worried about you." Her customer service was HORRIBLE. FOLLOW UP: Apparently no one gave my messages to the general manager to call me on top of everything. But when I reached her she made it right. My kids love get air. However, the last two times we've been here, we've experienced the worst customer service from the employees at the register. During our previous visit the staff rushed us out before our paid hour was over. During our most recent visit the lady at the register became visibly upset when I questioned my total after she charged me for 2 hours instead of one. I never told her I wanted 2 hours. Had a good experience here. I was hesitant, given all the bad reviews online, but was pleasantly surprised. We went to toddler time on a Sunday, and the place was properly air-conditioned, and much cleaner than what others made it to seem from prior post on here.. you can tell the place is pretty worn, but it's well-maintained, clean properly, and it didn't feel dingy or dirty whatsoever. I went here recently with a large group. Let me start by saying that others warned me that the place smells like piss and vomit and the air conditioning hasn't worked in months. I wore a mask, but as soon as I walked into the place I was hit with sauna-like humidity and heat. I stayed as long as I could, but I saw a child vomit from heat exhaustion IN the foam pit. The employees were barely aware of what happened, and when they were told, they did NOT SHUT DOWN the pit. They just pulled a couple of cubes out with vomit dripping from them and allowed the children to keep playing. There was a sign on the door apologizing for the non-working air conditioning. My two biggest questions: 1. Is it even LEGAL to run an athletic park/play business where children are exerting themselves without air conditioning? 2. Is it LEGAL to leave a play area open to all once someone has pissed/vomited/or defecated in it? I checked 'Get Air' website and found they have a section called, 'Our commitment to cleanliness.' Perhaps they have this at all of their other locations, but Palm Desert missed that corporate memo. This place is not only disgusting, it is dangerous. Run in the other direction. I am personally filing a complaint with Riverside County's Environmental Health Dept. This place needs to be shut down. read more

Half of the foam blocks are falling apart and the other half are missing. Several of the stations have no foam blocks (climbing wall, rings etc) which is just dangerous and/or play items are falling apart or absent. Not sure they ever wipe anything down. In a community that needs indoor alternatives, this is such a shame. Don't waste your time or your money and don't put your kiddos in an environment that's likely to get them sick or hurt. So much wasted potential here, beginning with management (the GM) The AC is constantly broken which makes jumping unbearable for the little ones. I bought tickets, took my kiddos and had to leave because of the heat. When I went back to use my tickets the GM refused to honor them because it had expired 20 days ago (they are only good for 90 day). No remorse, no apology, just an aggressive denial. The GM even said "well the AC was working on the date it expired". It might have been, but it wasn't when I tried to use them the first time. More than anything, it was her lack of customer service. She does not belong in a leadership position and I really do hope the company finds a way to overcome her lack of professional. I love the idea of taking my family to this place but every time I return I notice how bad and worse it keeps getting. All the trampolines are filled with trash and debris, the sanitizer stations are always empty and the restrooms are super disgusting. I just recommend that they vacuum the entire area daily to keep it more tidy and perhaps fill a spray bottle with sanitizer and do an overlay area spray down ever night. Maybe even twice a day. It wouldn't hurt. Please do these things so parents could continue to support the establishment. Knowing the place is clean really helps put us at ease. read more

I had a party there it was a total nightmare. The receptionist was very rude was actually cussing and using profanity in front of the kids. I asked if if we can sing happy birthday but she said no. she said it would be an additional 100 if we did not have the table cleaned up by in 10 minutes so we cleaned it up and still charged me an extra 100. They are a rip off pizza was late charged us all for jumping even though the adults did not jump. It could be fun but they need new management. I wanted to give this place another try as we haven't been in a while and I instantly regretted it. From the second I walked in. If I didn't have a super exited 5 year old, I would've walked out. To start, they had a buy one get one 40% off. Must be purchased online so I stepped aside to do so. The lady working became irritated and gave the grandma attitude about the price of socks and how she doesn't come up with the prices. Extremely unprofessional and rude. After about 20 minutes (if I knew it was going to take this long, I would've just paid full price) I finally got up. It turns out that I bought the wrong tickets online and had to pay a difference. The same lady working gave me attitude about not reading fine print and proceeded to charge me another $20 or so. I have no clue how much it cost to get into this filthy place but whatever. I finally get in and had to pee. Every single toilet was filthy. Urine everywhere. And the smell was just over powering air freshener to hid the urine smell. Mind you, it was noon so still early and not too many guest so no excuse for the bathrooms to be this gross. I get in and the entire park is filthy, not just the bathrooms. Just had my daughters joint birthday party. Very disappointed. The girl with the black short hair was extremely rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, pretty terrible. Twenty something year old. She needs to be fired. My Boyfreind and my elderly dad were sitting at the table next to our party for 5 minutes and she told me they needed to get up, and not sit there. I told them to get up. No biggie. I come to find out that she charged us 50 dollars for sitting there! She did not help us anyway. We needed spoons for the birthday cake and she just looked at me with an attitude and handed me a few spoons and a knife for the cake. Never helped out. Just gave us attitude. Kids had a blast at my daughter's birthday party. Genesis was on top of the service constantly coming by to make sure we were doing ok, and all the staff was extremely helpful and cordial. Save your money if you have a little one. I brought my 2 year old grandson only after I called and asked a few questions. I was told they have a separate area for little ones. It's basically a trampoline ramp that he ran back and forth. Several times we had to dodge older kids ripping through the area. It was not safe enough for a toddler and absolutely no employees to handle anything. I finally went over to the bigger kid area but was told I had to buy special socks for another $4. When my sister talked to her party host about it they told her the ac was running so there was nothing they could do. I am reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau and reporting the business to public health officials. There was no air conditioning running when I visited with my 6 year old niece over the weekend. The outside temperatures in the desert were 105+ degrees. I do not understand how a business that provides a physical activity service could be operating without air conditioning during August. It had to have been at least 90 degrees inside the building. The staff was sweating, the customers were sweating, and the poor kids looked like they were dying of heat stroke while jumping on the trampolines covered in sweat. On top of no running air conditioning, the entire warehouse smelt like a trash can. It was hot, humid, and the air smelled rancid. A total sweatbox. Especially during a pandemic, I cannot believe a business would be operating this way. The vending machines were empty and the water fountains hardly worked and were shooting out hot moldy water. There were absolutely zero employees monitoring or regulating the warehouse floor. I saw multiple people jumping barefoot without any socks. There were hardly any foam pieces in some of the pits to break kids falls, adding to the already dangerous situation. No wonder they make you sign a waiver! This place is a death trap waiting to happen. I literally thought I was in a third world country when I entered this establishment due to the poor conditions. We were visiting my mom and looking for something to do. It was a great afternoon for my son. The staff is friendly and there is a lot to do. They do need a bit of a renovation and I know they have that planned but need funding. I do wish they had people out on the trampoline area to supervise. Their Facebook page had no information about reservations. The website clearly states they do not take reservations. I tried calling to verify and received a recording saying it was a call center, that I was number 8 in line, and that my expected wait times was 18 minutes. We didn't want to wait that long, so we headed over there. Our son was so excited. We were greeted by a badly, hand-written sign saying they are only open by reservation and were totally booked for the day. It was noon. Awful communication. I do not know why people are complaining. As a mom who traveled here from Redondo Beach, this place was great. Is it crowded and rowdy full of kids? Well, yeah, it's a trampoline place for kids. My 7-year-old had a blast jumping, swinging on the monkey bars, climbing the rock wall, and diving into the foam pit. There is obvious wear and tear because it's not like you can keep the palace brand new when lots of kids come here daily. For parents looking for an indoor play place for your little ones - this place was great. My 16 month old loved it too. We got a deal through Groupon and so it was worth paying for 2 hours but my 7-year-old could only take staying 1.5 hours at the max. She was tired and worn out. So, it's a great place to get your kids energy out but 2 hours is more than plenty of time. I wouldn't recommend paying for more than 2 hours. No complaints here.
