We had been here a few years back and had fun, so we decided to return over Christmas break this year. We were pretty disappointed with our experience this go around. The park is very run down and clearly in need of maintenance in every corner. There are no staff monitoring the trampolines from what I can see, and no rules enforced. Example: they didn't check if you had grippy socks nor require them- lots of kids running around in regular socks. Also lots of food and drinks in the trampoline area, at one point I watched while a kid with a full cup of ice cream fell over and spilled it all over one of the trampolines. No one came to clean it up before we left. They don't allow any kind of outside snack, drink, etc. Into the building- however, in place of that, they just have a couple of vending machines that don't accept credit cards. Small waters were running $3 a pop. Bathrooms are very dirty and the women's has a stall out of order (with a sign) and another with a toilet that's running non-stop and spraying all over the seat. One of the two sinks is out of commission and there was no soap in either dispenser. Mats were really dirty and I wondered how often they get cleaned. I'm not shy about a bit of dirt but this place was straight up grimy today. Highly disappointed in our experience. This used to be a really cool trampoline park with a lot of unique features- more ninja type obstacles, slack line, ladders etc than other parks; but after our experience this time I probably won't be back. read more

my experience was terrible because my and my family were on the swing and tell me why one of the chains on the swing was loose and he resp tha it happens all the time? Then why not fix it to make sure it's alright for kids to play on? what if one of the kids get injure like my younger cousin she got scratched on it and was bleeding and the Guy that was working front desk told her to wait and gave her a band aid and basically shooed us away! I am so upset with my experience and I will never bring my cousins here again! ever! read more

We recently hosted our son's birthday party here, and despite the location being extremely busy due to corporate lettting people overbook and extend their party times, Matt and his team went above and beyond to take care of us. They handled the chaos with professionalism and made sure our party was fully accommodated. We truly appreciate their effort and excellent service. 5/5 stars for Matt and the crew for making our experience such a positive one! read more

My kid liked it. It was cheap enough, and she had a great time bouncing around with her friend. It wasn't crowded either. It is so dirty however. There were broken foam crumbs everywhere. Dirt stains on the trampoline pads. Empty chip bags scattered around and dirty discarded socks. There was also some shiny sticky stuff on one of the trampolines. I wanted to bathe in hand sanitizer as we were leaving. We will probably be back since I have those $4 socks, but I wish they would clean. Vacuum, sweep, wipe down things. read more

This is the worst place I ever took my kids to. To start he tried to slap one of my kid and called him an idiot and who said that was Richard and 2nd when I told him I was going to put it on yelp he kicked me out and called me a bitch I would not recommend this for no one read more

0 hygiene, it's a bunch of chaos and kids of all ages jumping everywhere with 0 employee supervision. Bathrooms smell like urine and are vandalized. Cheap price but left within the hour. Let me start off by saying if this was just an employee review it would be 5+ stars! Taolan (sp?) the manager who is there on Sunday mornings when I come with my kids for the toddler jump, is incredible. He's polite, knowledgeable, and is always seen buzzing around cleaning or doing something. However, for the jump park itself, it could be cleaner you can tell some of the pads have gum imbedded, it smells like sweaty feet, and the bathrooms are gross! The past 2 weekends 8/27 & 9/3 one of the trampoline ramps is not in use in the middle of the other trampolines blocked off by orange cones, and there's no music playing. When there was no music and the trampoline was broke on 8/27 we figured okay no problem things happen and we're very understanding people. But when these things were still broken the next week we were totally bummed out. Leaving this review to try and get corporates attention to help out their employees. read more

Update as of 1/30- THERE IS NO UPDATE AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT! And this is after emailing and a DM!!! Terrible"customer service" I dont even know where to begin...the line just to pay is ridiculously long (doesn't matter if you already paid online). At the desk they ask if you have socks but FAIL TO MENTION that they mean their own socks. I check in two 6 year olds and they're playing when all of a sudden they have a worker blowing a whistle at them screaming. The employee approaches and says "they need to buy socks" . One had on sky zone sock and the other had altitude socks but this clown was on sock patrol apparently and basically escorted us to the desk to spend $6 on some socks. The worst part was the restroom! The floor was covered in water and raw sewage that was coming up from the floor! I took a video to send to the Health that's how disgusted I am. Kids play and run around in socks here and then will spread feces all over the trampolines. I'll never go back, stick with sky zone or altitude!! read more

Two stars only for the IDEA and POTENTIAL this place has. The idea is wonderful; family fun trampoline park in which kids and their families can have fun together. What's not so great and actually absolutely disgusting is the facilities, meaning the building and structures. When I went, there were leaks in the ceiling and puddles of dirty water on the floors through the back of the building. The bathroom was out of order, and it was questionably dirty bathroom water. Yuck. On the pads where you land near the "ninja course" was wet and nobody paid any attention to it. I feel like this was a huge health hazard. Broken plexiglass on Jurassic park ride is dangerous. Broken machines outline the place including a candy machine with no cups to catch the candy. This place is so gross, and dangerous. My leg went through one of the opening between the trampoline and the edging and if I had been jumping harder I would've seriously hurt myself because my whole leg went through the hole. Not once, but two times in different places. Not to mention the "little jumpers" designated space is constantly crowded with older kids, no management in sight, so younger jumpers just have to deal with it sadly. The foam pits don't have nearly enough foam for my children to safely jump in, and what foam is there is torn shredded and disgusting. There is a wall in the middle of the park with a pretty high drop and no safety railing whatsoever. Both my 3 and 1 year old almost walked right off the edge many times. It was frustrating knowing that this is a safety hazard but apparently the management doesn't think so. The bathroom is worse than a high school locker room, with carved initials all over the stalls. Until this place is cleaned and maintained I will not be bringing my family back to waste $60+ in a place where they clearly don't care about the place they are operating. read more

I can not even begin with this review. The assistant manger is utterly rude and just does not comply with my needs when I came to the park. I brought my two young kids to the park and we had a member ship to jump, every time I was at the park The assistant manger would be on her phone and would not help me with my concerns. She sat on her phone while the other employees were busy taking others customers. I saw one employee taking all the customers with no help even though the manger was right there on her phone. There was this one child that is always at the park whom I see taking beverages and snacks from the back of the park not sure if she is paying for it or not. I hear the child (a she) swearing at others kids and bothering other incoming customers that come into the park, in my belief it could be the manager's daughter because I always see them together. Never will I attend this place again!! read more

Our experience has been really good. Get air has really good supervision. It is well located.

My first visit at get air was not the best upon entering the first thing I noticed was the girl at the front desk on her phone I stood there for about a minute before she said anything to me but I will say the place is very cool with lots of really great obstacles for children however I felt like I was in a playground with a bunch of kids that have no supervision, One example I can give is that my kids wanted to use the zip line, there was a young employee standing at one end telling the kids when they can go but nobody at the other end . There was a boy jumping around and swinging back and forth on the zip line I asked the girl who was working at the zip line if she could ask the boy to get down because my kids were waiting to go she asked the boy to get down in the lowest voice possible and he said No and laughed at her she just walked away so I said something to him which is not my job .my kids moved on to another section I'm not sure the name of it but there was little toddlers climbing all over it once again my kids were not able to use it because of the children who wouldn't move .( it was so obvious it's not for little kids ) not one employee said anything they just kept walking by on their phones . Another thing I observed was 3 very large boys hanging all at once on the surf board . There was a line of people waiting to use it and they did not move an employee actually said something to them , but guess what they didn't care. I think this place could be so much fun if they had employees at each section monitoring the line and the obstacle so it can be used in the correct way. I hope the management does something about this because I would love to return ! read more
