This review is specifically to express my appreciation for Sharif, the Office Manager of this location. I first met Sharif at the Rialto location more than 6 years ago. Since then he has moved to different locations, currently he is at the Riverside location. Due to his genuine personality and the care factor he has always had for my needs, I have made the effort to travel to him at his current office. Sharif is honest, fair, trustworthy and I am very appreciative to have an experienced and knowledgeable insurance broker on my side. Sharif will give me options and allow me to choose which is best for me, along with giving me best advice as to what I need and what I can go without, or where I can keep costs down. Most recently my husband and I both got new cars, which required full coverage insurance. Sharif was able to give us 3 different quotes and discussed with us the pro's and con's of each quote. The best feeling is knowing that, after making our selection of a quote, I know I can always call Sharif back at any time if I have unanswered questions, need clarification, etc. He allows me to pick his brain and ask questions until I feel completely confident with my decisions. He may get a bit busy during the day, but is always available via email. Would highly recommend City Best Insurance Services to anyone, more specifically, Sharif. Wow, how many Insurance offices do you know anywhere, that stay open until 8 o'clock at night? After a long hard day at work, battling the traffic on the 91, and trying to get home in time to make dinner for my family, I was absolutely relieved to find out that I could actually take care of our family automobile insurance even after all of that. Any other insurance company would close their doors at 5 o'clock.... Maybe 5:30, at the latest., City best insurance told me at 7 o'clock at night to just come on down and I could resolve any questions and make any changes that I needed on my policy. This is the second time I have had to get insurance, and both times I have gone through City Best. They are extremely helpful and patient! The customer service is phenomenal. I have worked with both Elizabeth and Alex and I have been more than pleased with them. Every time I was given a quote, they worked harder to see if they could find something even cheaper and both times they have knocked at least $50 off the original quote. After driving by on my way to work, I spotted City Best Insurance so I figured I'd go in and get a quote on my new car. What a horrible decision that ended up being, they asked for a HUGE downpayment and assumed I wanted a high deductible, this place is beyond shady. Worst part is the high downpayment they ask me for, even if i did feel comfortable with the agent, which I didn't! What makes you think I'm gonna pay $350 to start a policy.
