Battle rope (one lighter, one heavy) two landmine ( one on the turf that is lighter, one next to a squat rack that's a barbell 45 lbs and a new hip thruster machine that is similar to a booty machine. Standing squat machine, declined leg press and seated leg press, Seated calf raise and three different cable machines!!! Two squat racks with platform for deadlift and more!!! One new assisted pull up/ dips multi functional machine, stair masters and lots of cardio machines!!! One or two smith machines. Free weights has a huge mirrors and variety light to the heaviest db you will need for your workout! They even have enough space to do some push sleds, Olympic rings, jump boxes, rowers and bikes! The only thing is missing: medicine balls They have some weighted balls but those do bounce! I was looking for something to slam into the turf. Other than that, this is absolutely beautiful, clean, bright atmosphere and an A grade sort of gym that you will enjoy being there! Things are put neatly, disposable wipes are easily accessible!!! Also, staffs and the owner are there to help you if you ever want to know how to use the machine. They are helpful and friendly! Great community since the owner is super friendly. I had stopped in a couple times to try and cancel my membership in person and there was never anyone in the office and the office was locked . I finally stopped in when someone was in the office and canceled my membership the person had a very hard time canceling my membership because they had never done it before . I thought my membership was canceled until a 6 weeks later I received another charge from the gym for $130 I called ABC which is who bills them and they have no record of my account but yet the money is still coming out​​. I used to really enjoy this gym they had great management and amazing small group trainers as well as personal trainers the gym has gone downhill immensely and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Norovirus spreads like crazy during school season, and it's ridiculously irresponsible (and not fair) to expose customers to bodily fluids directly in front of your establishment. This poses a huge health risk and is simply disgusting. Don't go to this location unless you enjoy the smell of stomach acid or enjoy stepping over landmines each time you walk through the entrance. Not sure who is exerting themselves to the point of throwing up at an anytime fitness, but honestly good for them - put a trashcan out there or something.

There's a small Turf area. tRx, rope battle, rope pulls, one deadlift platform, two squat racks, a one multi cable machine... lots of cardio machines. Lots of cleaning clothes and cleaning station for members to wipe down after use. Sometimes the gym does get crowded though. Really depends on the time and day. Staffs are pretty friendly and everyone seemed to be respecting one another's space. I do like the policy about only being able to get in with the key for members only. It feels more secure especially if you come in late at night.

This spot had bad reviews, but I noticed it was mainly due to getting scheduled into the gym. I really liked that they had individual spray bottles and towels to wipe the machines down... you can tell that this place takes cleanliness seriously. They also have a sign as you walk in telling to to change out of the street shoes. For those who haven't been to a gym that doesn't do these things... you tend to notice the conditions are gross. I can tell you that THAT WAS A BAD DECISION!! (Don' get me wrong - Grafton AF isn't bad) Now, i don't know what happened back in 2012/13, but those postings are NOT for today's Medway AF! It's possibly one of the cleanest gyms that i've been to, with a great variety of equipment to use... ranging from cardio (treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters & a jacob's ladder, if i'm not mistaken), to machines, to a wide variety of free weight options! Now, it's not a HUGE gym, but for it's size (and it's not tiny), it offers a lot of options for you. And to my surprise, it has an "outdoor gym" - but i've been hitting this gym at 5am, that is only open when there's staff so... makes sense. I'm driving in from CT for my job, so if\when I move to Mass, Medway AF will be my new "home gym"!

Regular sessions keep you accountable and on track, and the workouts change each time you visit. You can carry the knowledge with you, of course, but the trainers make the difference here. I had a Tough Mudder to run in about 4 months, and after seeing him once a week, and actually doing what he told me to, I did it. He pays really close attention to your specific goals, physiology, and capabilities to customize the one on one workouts to your needs, while teaching you movements you can take and practice the rest of the week. His demeanor is great, he's always upbeat and giving you encouragement when you're doing your best, and doesn't try to drill sergeant you when you do fail. The training regimen is decidedly crossfit style workouts, but only if you can handle it. Team X is a great bunch too. I stumbled into a great set of people through this trainer. Big fan. He also runs bootcamps for those who can't make it out to Natick in the morning.
