The young man who helped me asked good questions ad to what I needed, was friendly and knowledgeable. He said if there were any additional charges, he would call me which I appreciated. My repair cost $85 which I thought was fair and reasonable. What was a pain were two things; there is no ramp into the shop via the sidewalk - NOT the bike shop's fault I understand - nor was there a ramp inside the shop - just stairs - so getting a full-size bike in and out was awkward, to say the least. My repaired bike was rolled out to me in the store and the young man who retrieved it carried it up the stairs and said, even though I said my van was two cars over, I'll put it on the sidewalk.' While I am a pretty fit person, I AM a senior citizen and I would have appreciated his putting it in my van.

I have a bike with a Shimano internal hub that needed to be calibrated; it would skip when I had to pedal hard uphill. I took to another shop in the area that wasn't able to solve it, they told me it was "bad" and that it would "get worse", needing a new one eventually. I called Trek; Chris was very patient with me over the phone and Drew readjusted the tension on it! They took the time to explain the issue and how they solved it. I will bring bikes there in the future, especially the two that I have with internal gear hubs. Thanks again!

Once I was trying to get the latest Brooks Ghost and they didn't have my size. The sales gal says well we have last years model in your size and it will save you $25. They will watch you run/walk to see the kind of foot you have (neutral/pronated). They have great running accessories like flashing nights for night runs, hydration belts, fuel. Like them of Facebook. They have sales, do pub runs and support all the local racing.

The first time we brought one in we brought it because the tire wouldn't stick to the rim and when we got home to try it out, the tire fell off the rim. The second time, they told us that they fixed the patch in the tube, but then when we rode it it ran out of air instantly and had a hole exactly where we asked them to fix it.
