She was understanding even though I was late and explained the process to me the whole way. She told me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. I felt like her prices were fair, especially for touch ups. After my first visit, I came back for my touch up on both areas and had the same good experience. She took her time and explained everything if I had more questions. I kinda feel like she rubs my face roughly to get the the ink and numbing cream off it, but it bothers me because my face is sensitive. I know thats not a big deal because I just want the procedure to turn out well. She's always reassuring and anytime I called her, she was always willing to take her time with me. Unfortunately, I still felt I needed another tough up on my liner after those two visits. I honestly did my best to follow all aftercare instructions but I think my skin on my lids just didn't take the ink as well as I'd hoped. My brows did turn out fantastic, and it's so nice to not have to do my brows all the time. When I called Denise she was willing to work with me and do a touch up another time due to my concern, so we set up a third appointment. That was my most recent visit, and she was just as cooperative and accommodating. She even advised me to move the appointment out of concern that I needed more time to heal; I really appreciated that. The only thing that was different is I felt a bit rushed this last time. It was probably because we only had a 1/2 appointment, whereas the previous two had been for 1 hour. Overall, I was still happy with the result and I'm sure it will heal great this time. I'm glad I found Denise to do this service. I definitely recommend her!

One eyebrow had no arch, and there was a noticeable area underneath with no pigment...just bare skin. I didn't notice all of the flaws until I got home, where it became clear that the work was uneven and not done carefully. When I brought this to Denise's attention, she refused to offer a refund or any proper solution, which was very frustrating given the quality of the work. I recommend paying with a credit card and also the tip if you choose to come here, so you have some protection in case there's an issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. I'd definitely recommend Jane as a real trained professional in this industry over a fad instagram star. She has an abundance of personality and whimsical charm. Went in for the Friday the 13th piercing deal and had a terrible experience. I asked for a vertical…read morelabret and the piercer didn't even clean my lip or remove my makeup before piercing. When she marked the placement I told her TWICE that it looked crooked and she kept saying "no you're perfect." Well... it came out extremely crooked just like I said it would. She also gave me a ridiculously long bar. I understand leaving room for swelling, but this bar was so long it literally looked like an eyebrow piercing sticking out of my lip. The aftercare advice was also completely wrong. She told me to clean it with water and Dial soap instead of saline or saltwater, which is standard piercing aftercare. She pierced my friend's nose too and gave him a bar that was too short with no room for swelling. He even asked if she had a longer bar and she said no and pierced him anyway. I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, but I went to another piercer for a second opinion and they confirmed everything: the placement is crooked, the jewelry is wrong, and the aftercare advice was bad. She was nice, but the service and piercing quality were terrible. I would not recommend getting pierced here.

She then came to the register and handed me a post-it with $160 written on it. I pulled out my phone and showed her their website page with prices. see attached. I calmly told the owner I don't have $160 but I will pay $100 if that's ok and she agreed so I handed her $100. Now she lost a customer when I loved my hair.
