Well, what a disappointment that turned out to be! Well called to phone number We called the number, told the gentleman who answered the phone about the leak and that it was kind of an emergency. He said he was unfortunately busy the next day but would definitely come the following day, promising to fit us in. Fast forward two days. I stayed home all day waiting on someone from Fierce Plumbing to show up. I even called twice and left two messages. NOTHING! The never showed and never called back! Ok, things happen, but have the courtesy to call and let us know. That way we can 1/ call someone who wants the business. 2/ we don't sit home the whole day waiting for someone who promised to "fit us in"! Shame on you Fierce Plumbing!

What professionals! I found Mike in the office to be beyond gracious and helpful when it came to scheduling service and follow-up for our refrigerator. Technician, Craig, came and assessed that the control board needed to be replaced. Less than twenty-four hours later, Mike had scheduled for Craig to return with a re-built board. Craig arrived promptly, at the time Mike said he would. Craig was polite and after he replaced the control board, he asked to use our vacuum cleaner and he proceeded to vacuum the kitchen floor!
