Hi, We decided to try Fierce Plumbing when we had a leak at our house. We thought anyone with such high ratings on Yelp is the company we wanted to work with. Well, what a disappointment that turned out to be! Well called to phone number We called the number, told the gentleman who answered the phone about the leak and that it was kind of an emergency. He said he was unfortunately busy the next day but would definitely come the following day, promising to fit us in. Fast forward two days. I stayed home all day waiting on someone from Fierce Plumbing to show up. I even called twice and left two messages. NOTHING! The never showed and never called back! Ok, things happen, but have the courtesy to call and let us know. That way we can 1/ call someone who wants the business. 2/ we don't sit home the whole day waiting for someone who promised to "fit us in"! Shame on you Fierce Plumbing! read more

This is my 2nd time using Fierce Plumbing. This time, it was my toddler who flushed something on the toilet. I tried the usual plunger and also tried using a snake to try to unclog it, but no luck. Updated 10/20/21 Jo, the owner, is really great. He came out to my place a few times to figure out what was wrong with my tankless and took the time to call Rheem representative a couple of times. After a few trouble shooting, we were able to figure out what was wrong and had the issue corrected and went extra miles to make things nice and clean.
