Mark really goes out of his way to educate you every single item and ingredient you are curious about. He's extremely well versed on the products and strives to achieve the best experience which I'm sure has a lot of people coming back. I am so glad I found this place! The supplements are much cheaper than other vitamin/supplement businesses. They are big on giving discounts also, so make sure you sign up and put your email down in their website to receive some discounts through email. They have multiple locations, and Burbank is much closer to me than this one in Glendale, but the service in Glendale is much better than Burbank. Not only that, but this location is inside the Glendale Galleria on the 4th level, near Gold's Gym. Parking is not bad for the most parts during the week, but expect harder to find parking on the weekends. Online order pickups can also be made and they make it so easy for you! They carry BUCKED UP pre-work out, my favorite.. and it's less expensive than GNC. Also.. YOLK'D is right outside of golds gym. Love the vibe, and how simple this shop is set up. Employee's are kind and knowledgable about all products. Big selection of pre workout, protein, supplements, energy drinks, sugar free food toppings, YOLK'd gear and more. They have a good selection of protein snacks, I usually pop over here after a smashed lower body workout and eat them on my long painful walk to my car. So much so, I went to GNC inside the Glendale Galleria, and asked if they priced match, and they told me that they would indeed price match. Love it here! The employees are very knowledgable and more importantly approachable. Ive been a fitness goer for more than 15 years and needed to mix it up since my lifestyle is busier, metabolism is slower and need a few recommendations for whats new these days that wont wreck my body. For my first visit I asked for a specific protein that isnt whey because Im lactose intolerant and just about every protein (plant or whey) makes me bloat. I'm a beginner into nutrition and gym and like protein stuff and made sure to ask the workers for advice since I don't really know anything they ended up convincing me into buying a mass gainer and I was very hesitant and made sure to ask if it was worth my buck repeatedly asking. They ended up convincing me and was very excited of the mass gainer I bought going home got home and did some research on the thing only to find out that that type of mass gainer is not very good and none of mass gainer as are good and that eating appropriate foods are better for gaining muscle so I basically got scammed for 60 bucks and was very upset that the workers hadn't just told me it was better to jsut eat instead of buying a huge bag of mass gainer that isn't even good.
