Hi to who all it may concern. I purchased 4 MRR GT Wheels for my 500 SL Mercedes Benz and when I went to mount them the installer said they had too much run out and wouldn't put them on the car. I contacted and he sent me a video and that that was normal and wouldn't replace the wheels and after many weeks of waiting I had no choice to put them on the car with no customer satisfaction. It has been since February only 8 months and the chrome is pealing on the chrome. I contacted Jason and he said that there is a limited warranty that cover only re-chroming if they feel like it their fault. I can't be without my vehicle for 10 to 15 days. Beware they sound great on the phone and after payment up front the wheels took forever to get here and they out of round now issue with the chrome pealing I would never do business with ever again read more

This place is JOKE! Don't believe the other reviews, they're probably fake or friends of the business. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW... TRUST ME! GetYourWheels has the WORST service I ever had from any kind of business EVER & they act like they're doing you a favor by taking your business! I wrote emails to Jason & Josh & also called both of them once. My first email had about 6 questions about cost, fit & finish of various wheels. I wanted to be sure I get the correct wheels because the last time I ordered wheels online the fitment was awful. Josh replied to one of my emails & when I called in & spoke to Jason he was nice on the phone; but after that it all went downhill. I had a few more questions based on the response I got from both Jason & Josh & wrote them one more email w/ 6 or 7 simple questions about powdercoating costs & offsets... Heaven forbid after hearing the cost of a particular wheel, I change my mind or am interested in some other wheels. I never got a reply to my emails even after several days. I tried calling in & they refused to take my calls. I started an online chat session & Jason said my emails were long & then just said goodnight & refused my business. How is 6 or 7 questions too long? That's also why I tried calling in!!! So is a customer isn't allowed to ask questions so they can make an informed choice about what they're purchasing!?! Other shops I wrote the same emails to had no issues replying. The only job a wheel shop has is to sell wheels & if you can't take 5 or 10 min out after numerous days to answer a customer's questions, you have no reason to be in business. I saw a lot of negative reviews about GetYourWheels on various forums as well so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was looking to buy wheels for 3 different cars, but I couldn't even get them to help out with one. Customer service is going to hell these days & I won't send money to such a rude business. Due to rising COVID rate I ordered a wheel and tire package so that I would limit contact with others. GetYourWheels was the only source I could find for the specific wheel and tire I desired. Up until install the process went without a problem. The reason for this low rating is that when Jason was contacted re the failure to have correctly programmed the sensors his response was for me to seek a specific discount tire vendor to correctly program the sensors. I expected some voiced concern on his part as well as an apology. Neither was forthcoming. Subsequent online searching found only two of the recommended tire vendors requiring a round-trip of from 70 to 120 miles. Future buyers should first locate a tire seller having the correct (in this case a HUF) programming tool. I am now having BMW perform a contact-less pick up to have the HUF sensors removed and discarded and OEM BMW TPMS installed. Peter B. read more

I have gone out of my way to create an account here to post the only review I have actually given of a company because of how terrible I feel the service I received was. I purchased a set of Beyern Ritz 19 inch staggered setup for my BMW on April 7th. I received a call the next day to confirm payment and shipping address as the billing and shipping were different. Customer service was friendly and responsive and claimed the wheels would arrive in 7-10 business days. After the specified time, I had not received any updates on the status of the order other than the initial email stating that the order was "processing". I placed a call and was informed the front set of wheels were being shipped from another location and will arrive soon, have the tires mounted and be shipped by the end of that week on Friday. Not a problem but I would have appreciated some sort of notification. The next Friday after they should had been shipped I had still not received any updates or shipping information on my order. I placed a call with Jason and he informed me that they have had a busy month and that they had not gotten around to shipping my wheels out yet. At this point I decided to be more stern and explain that I placed my order at the beginning of the month and have already paid for the service and products so my order should be a higher priority. Only then did Jason tell me my order would be shipped out that day under 2 day shipping. They arrived today April 27th, technically 1 day earlier than the final promise. The wheels look great and came with the correct tires mounted and balanced, but *DID NOT INCLUDE THE FREE INSTALLATION COMPONENTS REQUIRED TO MOUNT THE NEW WHEELS* promised upon purchase. I am not sure if this is a mistake on their part or if they are actually stupid enough to ship the mounting hardware separately. Unfortunately the one guy who works for customer service is off for the weekend so I have to wait 2 more days to find out when I can mount my new wheels since I still never received shipping information like promised. They also did not require a signature for drop off, so anybody with half a brain and two arms could steal the $2,000+ I just spent with this company right off my front porch. Luckily I was home at the time and heard the truck leaving. If you value your time and the respect of those who you are paying for a service, I would advise you do not purchase from this company. They only seem to have one person to cover all customer service problems and he obviously is not up to the task. I am not saying you are guaranteed to have a bad experience with this company but I will say the chances are much higher than other reputable more well known wheel and tire distributors. TLDR: Company promised arrival date and failed to deliver. Would only inform me of delays after I reached out to them and managed to deliver my order 10 days after promised date without the proper installation hardware included. They also do not require a signature on drop-off so your expensive purchases can be stolen if you are not home. read more
