I really needed my tint done so I made an appointment about a week in advance with them to secure my spot. I've seen a looot of bad reviews about this place but I wanted to give it a chance anyway because the owner seemed nice through messages. On instagram they promoted/offered a deal saying $150 for all 7 windows, but when I got there they said "nothing was said about that, it's $150 for only 4 windows and another $150 for the windshield." I was really bummed because I felt scammed and lied to. Also, the owner seemed annoyed that another customer(me) came in, I understand it's stressful but why accept appointments if you didn't wanna do it. I agreed to getting it done anyway since it was fairly cheap even though I was lied to. I waited 20 min just for them to tell me the tint guy called off so they couldn't do it anymore. I made the appointment a over week ago and drove 35 min to get here...... I was really disappointed and upset. Listen to the reviews, they're not lying. Bad service and they're liars! I ended up finding a nice tint service that did all 7 windows $220 nearby. read more

I don't talk down on anybody or businesses but man this place sucks.From the customer service to the Communication.Walked in and wasn't greeted by the owner that always does ads on Instagram should had taken that as a red flag and walked out .He just looked at me like if he didn't want to do business.I asked him for 5% window tint and I even filled out a paper that they gave me saying that I wanted that tint.Once they are done tinting my car the owner walks me around my car to show me the results and I am looking at the tint and sure Enough it wasn't 5% .I asked him if that's the right tint and he said he ran out so we put 15% instead.Could had told me that from the start if not I would had not paid for nothing and just went somewhere else.If you do plan on coming here triple check that they have the tint that you want before paying. read more

I initially brought my vehicle in for ceramic tinting and was quoted a very reasonable price. While I waited I noticed the installers pulled the wrong film and I brought the issue to the owner to address. He stated he would resolve it and he went and talked to the installers. They removed the visible box of film and continued the installation. They tint display is misleading as it's not 3M film, they are installing a local brand named Solar Free. Upon recent testing by another stereo/tint shop they told me I actually ended up NOT getting the ceramic installed and it was likely what I had seen them using in the beginning which was the Nano Carbon. So, I paid for Ceramic, but they likely switched it to the cheaper Nano Carbon on installation. While I was getting the tint done Anthony offered me a great deal on a Kicker hidewaway subwoofer. Thinking I had been treated fairly I went back a few weeks later and had them do the installation. He originally quoted me $400 installed, but on arrival he tells me that they needed to install an adapter since I had a factory radio. I informed him it was an aftermarket upgrade with a 12" screen and not a factory radio. This radio required no adapter as it has RCA outputs for amps. He wrote up the invoice and I paid the bill without looking, later to realized he still added to unnecessary adapter to the bill for an extra $50! As I was doing other work on the truck I decided to look at their wiring. I realized they tapped a power wire instead of installing the wiring to the battery and they didn't use an adapter, one that they billed me for, they tapped speaker wires that go to the rear amp. So in all, they failed to install the amp the proper way and failed to install parts that I paid for. A part that I told them was not needed, but I was charged for regardless. I won't return and I am considering filing a complaint with the DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS * BUREAU OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND SERVICES as they are the ones who licensed car stereo shops. read more

Went there to get a head unit with Apple car play and a back up cam installed in my wife's Nissan Rogue. I paid almost $800 Long Story short: It's trash. I was better off leaving the stock unit in the car here why: 1) Once installed the quality of the audio became terrible! And I mean straight trash. So bad that I went back and had the guy at the front take a look. He looked and cranked the volume to like 30 and said "if you wanna take it all the way You need to have an amp and new speakers installed" after 30min of back and forth I finally understood that what he meant by "all the way" was louder volume. I explained to him about 6 different ways that my issue was the QUALITY of the audio (when at a reasonable volume like 15) not the loudness. 2) The head unit itself is trash. The quality of the audio when you're using the phone is terrible. It literally sounds better for both people on the call when you're just using speakerphone vs using the phone through the unit (I tested this). Also it constantly freezes. If you start a call before plugging your phone in the unit freezes. If you unplug your phone from the unit during a call it also freezes. At this point you can't turn the volume up or down or even turn off the unit. You have to turn the whole car off for it to reset itself. When I brought all of this to the guy at the front desk he said "well you asked for a unit with apple car play and a backup camera. " I asked to have the stock unit out back and he said he'd have to charge me around another $300. I've put new head units in 2 other vehicles I've owned and have never had issues like this. 0 stars, if it's possible and nev coming back here. I agreed with this shop to tint my 7-window sedan with carbon film for $150. When I arrived, they suddenly charged me $170, claiming it was "tax." The receipt showed no breakdown, just a flat $170, which felt misleading from the start. They also ran out of film mid-job, leaving my back windows untinted and making me return the next day. What made it worse was seeing another customer walk in and get their car tinted right away, as if they were prioritized over me. To "compensate," they promised to upgrade the back tint to ceramic. Weeks later, when I went back to confirm, they insisted it was ceramic, but it was clearly just carbon. That felt like a flat-out lie. On top of that, when reinstalling my window visor, they didn't align it properly, the sides were uneven, untaped and looked sloppy. Between the surprise upcharge, poor scheduling, broken promises, and dishonest work, I cannot recommend this shop. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect, unfortunately, I experienced none of that here. read more

Called on the phone asking for a repair on my wiring harness that 1 wire is showing copper after i told him that he said "ok and what" which i replied your company says it repairs wire harness and he said "ok come tomorrow" i said ok can i show you pictures and he said come tomorrow and then i said ok what time and he said at 10 which then i said are you guys going to fix it or just see if you can fix it and he said i don't know bring it in. I asked i can send pictures so it wouldn't be a hassle but with a rude attitude the whole call says no you have to bring it in then i'll tell you what horrible customer service. Best place to get your windows tinted!! Thought it was going to take longer than 2 hours and it was less than expected. Got 5% on all 7 windows for my Nissan Kicks. They had a great deal! Initially was happy with my purchase they did some good upselling got me a full system. Same day that I left my back up camera began to have issues called he said come back the next day. Missing work that day of work I came in and they said they did not have time. Rescheduling for another day I went in they worked on it I got in the car and had the same issue. They said they will order me a new unit and give me a call in 2 weeks. It has been since September 4th it is now February 3rd still no call. I decided to call they claim to not be on site and call the next day. I called again they say it's in stock I can come in. I tried to schedule a day that works for me because I can't keeping missing work but they are "busy". Highly disappointed do what they need to make a sale but unfortunately does not fix the issue. My back up camera still does not work and navigation tells me I'm going opposite way or flying over buildings in different locations than where I am. beware of this "business", if that's what you want to call it... had spoke to someone on their instagram to get tints done on my car, spoke back and forth, confirmed my vehicle year, make, model, and confirmed the price they'd be charging me. i drove 40 minutes to get it done, and was met by the absolute "nicest", "welcoming", person ever (sarcasm if you didn't catch that). he then proceeds to tell me it'll actually be $170... after telling the guy and showing him the proof of the conversation in regards to price, he then proceeds to say "yeah we've been having that issue a lot"... ??????? Place "seems legit" but...nah. These ppl are "too short staffed". Paid for audio and rear camera with installation. Made an appointment only for my car to be parked on the street all day without being touched. Called me at the end of that day to tell me they were short staffed and suggested I come pick up my vehicle and reschedule. Then he starts "explaining" how BMW takes more time (bullshit, he knew that in the beginning). So I pick up my car and make another appointment for 2 days later. Came back on the day of, gave him my key and asked if it would be done today. He says "is your appointment for today?" I got irritated immediately and told him my original appointment was 2 days ago. He asks his boss if it will be ready today and his boss replies without ever looking up "yeah today". Aside from the horrible customer service, they are completely under-staffed, leaving customers cars parked along PCH which is the busiest street in Long Beach. Also, gaining access to this place in a vehicle is dangerous af being that it's tucked in a tiny ass alley. I'm writing this standing in front of the establishment as my car continues to sit where I left it 35 minutes ago. I'm curious to see when they finally get to it. They hooked my sounds up and naaah... they sold me cheap equipment for medium good prices $1400 later and I still had to turn the volume up to 50 just to get a little bump... used skinny ass wired, gave me a bass knob and some kickers (basic) and 1 bs amp for the bass... & redid my interior speakers....4 speakers (That was basic maybe good for like a 1998 Camry but naaah we talking about a Gbody... never coming here never recommending no one or anything... just go downtown La on 12&Central... They'll do you a whole lot better than this place.... But don't get me wrong if yu want a place to go to where someone talk to you nice and sweet talk the hard earned money out of your pockets this is it for low quality. As I'm writing this review, I'm currently waiting again, for the 5th time this week for my radio to be fixed because it keeps on popping a fuse. I first stepped in here on a Tuesday, got a few quotes about a couple different radios and was going to be on my way. The manager seemed really aggressive about me getting a sound system installed today and he told me about the financing portion, which I was inclined to do. I put together a list of items of what I wanted and they said they could easily do that with the budget I was given by the finance company ($1500). They said it's possible, as I was going through my invoice, they charged me $250 for an amp, which was $60 on sonix electronics. They said they'd price match it, but would have to charge me all these extra fees equaling to the $250 I originally had been charged for the amp. It was confusing, but I guess that's how they charge for installation? Not really clear how they do things here. Then, I went ahead with the installation, left the car overnight hoping it would be done the next day. That was not the case, I came back the next afternoon and they said the amp they installed was bad and they couldn't get another one til the next day. So I decide to come back the next day, because I need my car for work. I take the car back the next day, around 1pm for the amp install. It took about 3 hours. I drove off thinking I was completely free of anymore mishaps. That was not the case, I purchased a rear view camera and that was never installed. Also my passenger seat belt was removed and never put back. The next day I had to come back to install the camera and seat belt. This took another 2 hours. I left and after driving a few hours, my radio went out. Probably due to a fuse, so I replaced it. Then that fuse blew out. Now I'm here again trying to figure it out. Today is Saturday, I've been in-n-out of this place for 5 days straight. I also told them that my passenger seat motor wasn't working, they said they don't touch the seats? How can you take my seatbelt off if you don't touch the seats?!You'd think for spending close to $2000 in car audio parts we wouldn't have to deal with all these issues. Good luck to anyone looking at this place for an easy car audio solution, pretty sure it won't be easy. read more

Went to the one in Long Beach 524 E PCH and it was the worst $1,000 I ever spent I went to the front desk and since I'm young I wasn't taken seriously and he sold me some ridiculous prices to say the least and we made a deal that without the camera it would be $900 but when he did the whole transaction I saw when I got home he charged $1,000 instead of $900 but I let it slide. Then I noticed that he gave me speakers I did not want, So I basically paid full price without getting a backup camera that they said came with the package(which I complained about and got after and it's the cheapest low quality backup camera ever) and for something I didn't want . Honestly you're better off buying and doing it yourself cuz that's what imma have to do now. Btw I saw on the pch custom audio on Wilmington was selling the same speakers I wanted for $500 with amp and a small sub for when I was going to get charged for the same one for $1,300 would not recommend to my friends never coming back I wish I would get a refund fr BTW if I paid $1,000 do you really think my speakers should be distorting when it's not even at full volume. read more
