I went in to get the screen replaced and it functioned fine from June-August 2019, although I did notice the screen was not exactly the original, it lagged a bit and was not as clear. There's ample parking and the store is extremely clean. Like, meticulously clean. The decor is super cute, very modern and Swedish. I got there at 5:45 PM, showed them my phone and was quoted $69 for a new screen. I asked if the screen was aftermarket or OEM. They expressed that it was aftermarket but could check their inventory for an OEM screen. They had an OEM screen for an additional $20. I went with the OEM screen, I felt I owed it to my poor phone after being so careless. I had no idea they close at 6 PM, but they fixed it right away and I was out the door with my new old phone. It's been a few days and everything is working fine as far as I can tell. They give a 90 day warranty. They also gave me a free screen protector for checking-in on yelp. I totally recommend Get It Fixed for location, parking, customer service, availability & efficiency. I'm not sure how they compare in price to other phone repair shops as I don't time to be shopping around but after paying $700-800 for a phone, you really just want a place that will do it right and take care of you and that's just what they did. read more

I came here because my iPhone 6 screen was cracked. These guys did a good job replacing my screen with a new one. My new screen looks good, the touch screen works the same way it used to, my front camera works, etc. Nothing noticeably different appearance-wise or function-wise from the time before my old screen cracked. It only took 30 minutes for my screen to be fixed, which was awesome. I took off one star because the customer service was lacking. David was the person working. He wasn't rude, but he hardly spoke. I always had to initiate the conversation. When I first walked in, he didn't say anything. When I returned within 30 minutes to see if my phone was ready, he didn't say anything. He just had my phone nearby and started typing on his computer. All in all though, my phone was repaired nicely and it was $55 cheaper than what Apple would have charged me, so no complaints. Update: After posting my original review, Louis called me to help. I dropped off the ipad again to have the battery replaced a second time. The first battery was a bad battery. When I picked it up the second time, the battery was charging, though taking longer, and it was holding the charge. yes!! BUT, now the replacement screen was not working properly, so back I went (my fifth visit). Louis was very helpful in taking care of the screen right away and he was able to test it before I came back to pick it up. I hope that my experience is not normal and that others do not end up with a double dud, first the battery and then the screen. The work is guaranteed for 3 months and Louis told me the battery should last about a year. I'm not sure I would do it next time. I would appreciate better customer service up front since I was told it would be ready in a day or two and was not able to reach anyone or pick up until three days after the original date. Original: I spoke to Sergei on the phone first and he told me he can replace my ipad battery and it would take a day or two with a 3 month warranty. I dropped it off on Saturday and he said it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. Well, Tuesday comes and no call from him. I call and leave a message. No response from him. I call again on Wednesday and leave another message. Again, no response. We decide to go there and find out the ipad can be picked up Friday. Evidently they were closed because of constructions, but we were not informed of this at all. Now that we finally get the ipad home and use it. It dies within ten minutes of being turned on. A couple others had similar pricing. I was told it was going to cost $45 to replace the back on my husbands phone. They never said anything about there being any possibility of additional charges or add-ons.. when it came time to pay, we were charged more.. Not a huge vast amount more, but more none the less & that didn't set well with me.. Just a courtesy FYI, so your aware before you visit and not surprised at the last minute.. On the up side. The quick diagnosis of what was wrong with my phone to how quickly it was repaired - I'm thoroughly impressed. I went in for a repair to a damaged screen which wad popping out of the frame for what seemed like no reason at high elevations and when the device was warm to the touch. Learned it was actually a battery malfunction which was causing the issue in just under a few minutes. The phone's battery was replaced along with ensuring the screen wouldn't pop out anymore. The cost of the service was very inexpensive, totally affordable. I will be bringing all my devices here in the future when needed. Brought in my iPad mini 2 to replace the screen. Repair was expected to be over an hour so I left it overnight since I arrived around closing time. Shame on me for not dropping it off earlier. My iPad is my life but it only made me realize how reliant and glued I am to it. So picked up my iPad the next day. Looks good as new.
