Said it would take another two weeks but I finally heard back. They told me they can't fix it to come pick it up. I go and pick it up. They're on lunch break. I come back a second time a different day at a different time they're on a break. I finally get in there to get somebody and they told me that there is a 90 day policy that they will recycle it if they want the only proof that they reached out to you is them giving you a screenshot that is not legible. Customer service is rude. The guy comes out is basically like so we recycled your item deal with it. I told him I've come during your business hours and I live out of town so I can't just wait around for an hour for you guys to get back. He says there's a phone number on the door and treats me like I'm stupid. Needless to say I ask him for some kind of proof that they try to reach out to me before recycling. My PlayStation five I get a screenshot that only has the days they told me they couldn't fix it. If you want rude customer service to pay a fee that you don't get back if they can't fix it and for them to fix it on their own time, take it here just be careful with whatever you take there because they may tell you it's not fixable just so they can keep it for parts.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The whole process…read moretook three days. On the first day, the guy helping me was not knowledgeable at all. After he realized my phone was an iPhone 14 instead of the 13 he originally claimed it was, he tried to put it on me as if I had told him it was a 14. He said he would have to order the battery, but he never explained that he would call me when it came in. I called on Sunday (day two) to see if the battery had arrived. It didn't show up until Monday. I took my phone into the store so they could swap out the battery. My phone was working fine at that time. After they replaced the battery, my phone started shutting off during calls, then right after sending a text message, and again after another phone call. I took it back to them. They removed the new battery and put the old one back in, saying the new battery must have been defective. However, once the old battery was reinstalled, the phone continued doing the same thing--dying during phone calls and after sending texts. Now the phone just turns off and on by itself. As a result, I had to buy a new phone, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by getting a new battery in the first place. They completely messed up my phone. I would not refer anyone to this place--not even my worst enemy.

    To the very competent, kind and hardworking young man that was working today, thank you. To say the…read moreleast, this young man deserves a raise, a promotion, and recognition. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. Based…read moreon my experience and many of my friends experiences, it's clear what he does js break your device so he can sell you another one for " a super good deal." I took my phone in that had a cracked screen. I was told to come back the next day, I did, wasn't ready, come back the next day, I did, still wasnt ready. On the third day of me driving 40 miles round trip he tells me the phone js broken but he can sell me a nicer one for 400$. Broken? No. Broken screen. Was working fine when I left it there and THEY broke it. So I ask for my phone back and he says he feels bad so he will get me a new iPhone and give my old one back. I go in at the time I was told and then sat there and waited over an hour for my old now broken phone to be put back together. Then they tried to give me my broken phone and charge me 150$ for another one. At this point I had already gotten a different phone up and running, day 5 and I needed a phone, I told them this and they still trying to convince me to buy this other phone i don't need after they broke mine. I had to threaten to call the police for them to even give me back my 40$ deposit. So 5 days later, I drove about 150 miles trying to get my phone, all I get back was my phone which was not broke when I left it there. I lost all of my information and a lot of photos. Had I known my phone would be broken I would have saved my info before dropping it off to have the screen fixed. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen and while Mohammed seems like he's trying to help, it's clear he is just a very good scam artist. The same thing happened to my friend with her computer, needed a software update and 3 months later went in after he was ghosting her and found her computer in the garbage bin, her hard drive swiped, lost everything. Go to auburn and watch the lady fix your screen while you sit there. It's honestly absurb and he has some lawsuits coming his way. In response to bS response.Why is it that you had someone call me to make sure I had saved my data after you already told me it was broken? And how am I supposed to back up information on a phone that no longer works? When you break someone's phone to the point of no repair, the data is lost. Your response is very unintelligent..And your several options to fix the issues all included me spending hundreds of dollars on a new device when mine wasn't broken in the first place. I've had my screen fixed several times and everyone has always done it right in front of me and it's never not turned back on or been broken. Having me come back day after day without even so much as a call to tell me not to drive there again if it's not ready. It's very unprofessional and based on other people's reviews this happens often, it's not a coincidence. Im sorry but yoh aren't fooling anyone. Im sure you've fixed thousands of peoples devices that don't know any better and just listen to your con and pay you. When I was there, a man came in that said he had now been there 4 times in the past month and his phone a week later after being fixed had more issues... you should truly stop taking advantage of people.
