If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The whole process took three days. On the first day, the guy helping me was not knowledgeable at all. After he realized my phone was an iPhone 14 instead of the 13 he originally claimed it was, he tried to put it on me as if I had told him it was a 14. He said he would have to order the battery, but he never explained that he would call me when it came in. I called on Sunday (day two) to see if the battery had arrived. It didn't show up until Monday. I took my phone into the store so they could swap out the battery. My phone was working fine at that time. After they replaced the battery, my phone started shutting off during calls, then right after sending a text message, and again after another phone call. I took it back to them. They removed the new battery and put the old one back in, saying the new battery must have been defective. However, once the old battery was reinstalled, the phone continued doing the same thing--dying during phone calls and after sending texts. Now the phone just turns off and on by itself. As a result, I had to buy a new phone, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by getting a new battery in the first place. They completely messed up my phone. I would not refer anyone to this place--not even my worst enemy. read more

I have been coming here off and on since I was a teenager getting my phone screens fixed by them , I came in to try and sell an iPhone 14plus and was given the run around all because my power button was "sticky" which I openly admitted was my fault , they quoted me a price of f $200 , I said I needed time to think so I left and came back. When I came back I had gotten the manager I'm assuming who told me " he needed to clean the power button" at the time there was two lady's in there looking to buy the same phone I was trying to sell and they were quoting her $500!!!! They literally were making a $300 profit off of the phone and did it right in front of me , so I said fuck it if they might not buy it let me ask this lady , and the owner got so mad and tried to be petty saying " I can't buy it anyway cause the power button is broken" when it's not and became aggressive saying I could go somewhere else , I meant in no malicious way but if they tell me they probably can't buy my phone I might as well ask while I'm waiting to get the phone back. I would not recommend this place at all , you don't have to become aggressive with people and tell them "don't do that" when your trying to rip people off anyway . On top of it I wasn't attempting to "steal" business from them by asking the lady because SHE TURNED THEM DOWN , she said she didn't want the phone and proceeded to walk away . read more

Called around for best price on a battery for an older IPhone. Sell Phones was easily the lowest. When I brought the phone in, they had already ordered the battery based on me calling the day before. The next day, they installed the battery, and the phone was ready for pickup. Great service. read more

Horrible customer service This place is known for quality fixes but they are so rude. I called in the morning and was told that it would be 70$ to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed. I came in the store and when I picked up my phone I was told that it would be 75$ plus tax. I told the men what had happened and Instead of apologizing they told me that arguing after the fact doesn't change anything and if he would of know he wouldn't have agreed to fix my phone. They then began to talk about me in their language to each other. I mentioned my concern about volume and he said well the phone is in your hands now. I used to come here to get my iPhones fixed when they first opened, they used to charge me $30 to get my charging port fixed on my iPhone, I went in recently to get a quote for the same issue with my newer iPhone and they quoted me well over $100. When I spoke to the manger he looked at me crazy and said it wasn't true that I used to pay $30 for the same issue on my phone. I bought a cell phone for a friend of mine on the 3rd of January. It started acting up and T-Mobile replace the SIMS card. The phone would not get phone calls in or out. My friend is disabled and just had cancer surgery, what she needed to be able to call the doctors and etc. She was in the process of getting an apartment , and she almost lost it because they couldn't get a hold of her. Horrible service to say the least. I approached the counter asking for help with trying to find a iPhone the man went to a glass box and begin to show me his stock. Upon grabbing a couple phones out I'd asked the prices. He began to give me the prices on a few of the phones. At this point I had merely mentioned that the price for which he was telling me seemed a bit high he then slammed the counter closed as begin to insult me as if I couldn't afford his phones. I then had told him it wasn't the fact of me being ale to afford the phones but that his prices seemed awfully high for the old phones he had. So my iphone started to separate from the glass screen and the rest and you could see the inside of the phone, although it was still functioning fine. I took it to the Apple Store and they said they could not get one of the screws at the bottom of my phone off so I needed to replace the phone which would be 600$. I didn't want to spend the money on a new phone since mine was working fine it just needed to be snapped back in. I came here 10 minutes before closing, they fixed it within in minutes for 20$ and my phone is back to normal! Highly recommend. read more

We turned in my daughters Iphone to get fixed. 3 weeks later the screen popped off. I took it back into the store, you can clearly see where the screen popped off, there are no drops or breaks and they wanted to charge me for a new screen. They did offer to give me a discount, but there was nothing wrong with the screen it just needed to be put back on. I do not recommend this place. 07-25-2017 My girlfriend walked into this store, and received an estimate for a diagnosis on her cell phone during her lunch break. I came to the store shortly after with her phone because she had to return to work. They quoted me a different price for the diagnosis, and were not willing to negotiate on the difference with the quote. I paid their new up charge, and they quoted me an hour. So I ran some errands around town, and showed up shortly after an hour. The same salesman told me that the test was not done, and that it would be not too long before they knew what was going on. I was okay with that, and asked for an appropriate time to come back. They told me they had my number on file, and they would give me a call when it was done. I took off again and returned about 45 minutes later to check on the status of the phone. A different person from the back came out which I figured was probably the tech. He asked to see my receipt, and continued to ask why I had showed up without being called. I figured he was busy, and already upset with a separate customer. I told him that I wanted to get an appropriate time that I would be called that way I can arrange my day approipriatly, (at this time it was five till 5 pm). He became upset when I asked again for a better time estimate. A third salesman came from the back, and tried to tell me that I need to leave so they can do their job. I told the third employee my conversation with second employee was not delaying the computer that was plugged into my phone. I restated all I wanted was an estimated time. Both employees went to the back after saying they were just going to hand me my broken phone. The original person I spoke with came from the back, and he told me very politely that the tests were not done yet. He explained it would be a little while before they called me. I was okay with that, and went to exit the store when the other two walked out of the back. The second employee had my girlfriends phone in hand. The second employee handed me the phone, and stated here's your phone, goodbye. I asked if it was fixed, and he said "No you can leave my store, I'm not touching your phone anymore." I asked for my refund, and he said "no you paid for it and I don't like the way you spoke with me." I told him I paid for a service that wasn't fulfilled. He told me he did not care, and he was not fixing the phone. I spent a total of almost 2 hours waiting to receive a service that I did not get. I went here to get my screen repaired $130 later it finally was fixed within a hour. Really stoked it didn't take that long but was kinda pricey in my opinion. A few days after I got it fixed my phone I placed it down on my table and walked away can back and my phone went complete black and blue. I called Sell Phones and asked if it was covered under my 7 day warranty the guy said "yes come in and we'll fix it for free". I went in after work and the guy told me I'm pretty much SOL and they aren't going to fix my phone that was working completely fine until I got the screen fixed by them. I recently dropped my friends iPhone and cracked his screen, so I paid the $70 to fix it with this company which is a far better deal than elsewhere. I've gotten my iPhone screen fixed here 3 times and I've always been sold faulty screens. The first time the touch screen only worked half of the time and I had to wait a month just for them to get new screens to replace the broken one they gave me. The second time there was a crack inside the screen but I didn't notice until it was too late and they wouldn't fix it. The third time when they were checking my phone to make sure it was okay for another screen, the sales associate asked the manager of the frame was okay for the screen and the manager said it was fine. Then a week later I noticed the glass was popping out of the frame which caused my screen to crack again. I was extremely busy and had no time to take it in at that time so I took it in a week later and they said since it was longer than a week they wouldn't do anything to fix it. Even though their manager lied and said my frame was fine when it wasn't and most likely knew something like this would happen. Not to mention they get a ton of their cases at the 99 cent store for $1 and resell them for $15. But they says that's just "business". They are a bunch of scam artists that will lie to get your money. read more

I am busy so the first time I had a chance to call was a few weeks later but well within a month. They only offered a discounted repair. This place does poor work and does not stand behind. Beware!! After waiting for over a month to get my 80 gig ipod back. I find that the tech put a 32gig harddrive back in its place. I called the store right away and was told the ONLY thing that they would do is put my old broken harddrive back in it and I could go somewhere else.
