I ordered spicy fried chicken 3pc (LWT), red beans and rice and a pint of gumbo (holy trinity, chicken, sausage, crab and shrimp - more on that to come and it isn't good). Those are a trinity for me, if you will, when sampling and then judging Louisiana fried chicken places. So, Enter Sandman... I got food poisoning, which is an automatic 1. I don't like to give them out, but for extreme circumstances; this being one of those circumstances. The food: The fried chicken was not golden brown it was dark brown, which says old oil/grease. It was bitter, but edible. I ordered spicy, and if they consider whatever I got as spicy, they need to dial it up. I detected no spice. I ate about 1/3 of it or so, then just pitched the rest. *a few hours later (said in that French accent you're now reading it in)* I'm pounding Nauzene, and pounding the toilet.
