Anthony and Emilio worked very hard for 3 and a half hours without a break, were careful, pleasant and polite, assembled beds, and were very agreeable when asked to move a couple of pieces of furniture when we changed our mind about where they should go. They also charged a very reasonable rate as compared to other companies that we contacted. We recommend them highly!

We used their service on 10/13. The movers were done unloading the trucks in less than two hours. I…read morethought I remembered something about a minimum time, so my husband and I were discussing things they could help with (rearranging furniture, taking plastic off of furniture) when the lead mover approached and said they were done, holding out a paper for us to sign. I asked him, you don't have a minimum time? He said no they do not. He said someone from accounting would call us later that day to pay the final total. We never received a call. My card on file was charged and they sent me a bill over email which has a charge that specifically looks like it brings the total to 3 hours work ("minimum charge adjustment"). I called and left a message asking about it, no one ever called me back. I called again on 11/4 and spoke to someone. They opened up a claim and I was sent an automated email asking for more details, which I gave. It is now 11/14 and I have heard nothing. The movers that helped us on 10/13 were incredibly nice and efficient. The confusion with whether there is a minimum time (I still don't know for sure, since no one has gotten back to me) with the extra charge is the reason for this review. If there is a minimum, we had more work that could have been done. It's been more than a month and this is ridiculous. I am out more than $150 with no explanation.

They wrapped everything with packing blankets, plastic wrap, the works. They had boxes of all sizes for your needs. The quality of the service I received was leagues above my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend PacWest to anyone planning to move. Huge kudos to Francisco and Michael, y'all are seriously strong.
