We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. The person that came out was knowledgeable but his communications was lacking and when I checked his contractors license it had expired. He had an explanation that he was a partner in a business and he was bonded with them. However none of his paperwork reflected a current license, so it was a no go with him. I decided to get a bid from the store to install the floors. They came out measured and said the quote would be ready that afternoon and someone would call. They never called or followed up. Their floors seemed nice and they had a large selection but no one followed up so I moved on.
