Please refer to photo for posted hours on Apple Maps. Showed up this morning at 10:03AM just to drop off two rings for resizing.. not to shop and the door was unlocked. i walked in as any normal person would having scheduled my day around dropping them off as soon as they opened. The owner came out of his office and " oh no, we aren't open." I informed him that his hours on Apple Maps were 10 to 6 and he said "oh thats not true, I need to fix that." And proceeded to keep walking me out of the store. Realistically I think that an owner would be apologetic for misleading hours posted anywhere considering that a customer made the drive to the store in the first place and maybe just maybe ask the customer what they needed to see if it could be accommodated for the inconvenience. He just proceeded to walk me out of the store. After that experience I decided to research for a few minutes in the parking lot where I found Bay Hill Jewelers and I received great customer service and they have far better reviews. Probably should've done my research here in the first place because I would've seen the several other reviews about their lack of customer service. My fault read more

I was not happy with the customer service here. Husband and wife were practically bickering the entire time I was there. Very Unprofessional. I had a ring repaired and I do believe they are charging too much. They re-sized the ring also and now it's too big. $800.00 total for the final bill and I was told it would be $650.00.. I've called to make a appointment to get my engagement ring appraised, we set a date and they "forgot". Then we rescheduled, they confirmed the appointment AN HOUR BEFORE the time we were meeting, and then they cancelled 30 min before when were already on the way there. So disappointed with the quality of my engagement ring and band. Had to get both fixed. There is a visible cut on all of my jewelry where the "cut" was, the band was a mix of white gold and platinum (we requested platinum), just overall the quality hasn't even lasted a year. I do not post negative reviews if they can be helped. However, this one cannot. I'm not sure I can speak to anything but my own personal experience with this shop, so below is my story and you can decide how you feel. In November I purchased an engagement ring from Orlando Diamond Exchange, previously owned by GVJ. They were closing and I got a great deal on a beautiful diamond and ring. At the time they could not find the diamond's certificate and asked me to come back. I took my sweet time, and 2 months later it was closed. As a result I went to GVJ to pick up the cert. I arrived in the store. Pretty average jeweler's store, dark color scheme as an attempt at a luxurious facade. I asked for my certificate and the attendant went to find it. As I'm waiting the owner comes out to me and we start chatting. He asks how my experience was at the other location that previously closed. I told him great. Had a lot of help finding what I needed. He says they had to close for several reasons, one being that employees were stealing from the company. Hey, alright, you've got to take care of that then. Then out of nowhere he volunteers the information that another contributing factor was that the clientele was not what they were after: "a lot of blacks and Puerto Ricans." Now I'm not saying these were incredibly hateful words. But dude... you can't go around just saying part of the reason you closed is because of races in your shop you didn't want there. There are no clarifying questions to understand that. The owner is most definitely a racist. I was offended and stopped speaking to him at that point. In fact I was furious. Here's a fun fact: the ring I bought from y'all is for a PUERTO RICAN WOMAN, and the love of my life. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I'm on your same team. You screwed the pooch big time. After this encounter, I melted down the ring and made a new one from scratch at Bay Hill Jewelers, who were absolutely incredible in their service and craftsmanship. I cannot recommend them enough. Feel free to check my profile for a review of them as well. And to the owner of Gianni Vincent, I know we're all trying to make it in this world. You're an entrepreneur which I can appreciate; I aspire to own my own business some day. I know it's not easy and I know what a bad review can do to a business. But Orlando is one of the most diverse cities in the world, colored by race and gender and young and old, living together harmoniously. You cannot bring your old country Italian mindset into a city like this that is progressing in understanding, peace, and unity. Comments like yours to me will never be welcome in this town. We have purchased all types of jewelry that always appraises above cost. This new location is beautiful and glamorous. It is in a busy shopping area with tons of other shops and dining options. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Jim was absolutely wonderful from the moment I called to when I picked up my wedding ring. I dropped my ring and it needed some work to fix the prongs and shift my center stone. A different jeweler "fixed" it, but did a horrible job and ruined it. I brought it to Jim and he really made me feel like family! He took the best care of us and made my ring look like the first day I put it on!
