Pepperjack cheese burger and Irish chips
    Elena D.

Coming here on a Friday just after the lunch rush was perfect. We were one of a few diners so found a seat easily. There was one person running the front and one running the kitchen. The woman that helped us was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had questions about the shakes, burgers, sides and the 5 pound burger challenge (not that we were going to try it!) and she answered them without making us feel like she's had to answer them a million times. It was refreshing to speak to someone that seemed to enjoy their job and the business they were in. We ordered burgers, mine was the 1/4 pound with pepperjack and I decided to go with the Irish chips. If you like a salty/meaty flavor much like aus jus, you will like these as much as I did. Without the aus jus mess! The burger was good, a basic classic. We also tried the Oregon berry shake. Yum! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options and I kind of loved that this was the first page of their menu. We noticed that a group of younger kids that came in after us were sticker shocked on the price of the shakes, but keep in mind these are 32 ounces! And totally worth it. We will definitely return to try more flavors of everything. BTW the 5 pound burger challenge is on hold for a variety of reasons and I get it, the thing takes up their whole grill!

We love supporting local restaurants whether we can and this is our go to burger spot in Springfield! Inventive burgers cooked with homemade love. Tonight the sides were inconsistent but the burgers were thick, moist and toppings were perfect! No stupid smash burger here...We like them think and juicy! Burger paradise! Be prepared for a wait as they are handmade, but worth it!

    1/4 burger with cheddar cheese

Just what I want when I say I'm craving a burger. I split a delicious cherry shake and got their 1/4 lb burger with smoked cheddar and crinkle fries. We've passed by here hundreds of times but we only crave burgers on occasions, so it was just right timing today. Booth seating and beers on tap. It's a small team staying busy but everything came out quickly and was fresh.

Very slow service, but the food is great. Servers tend to get the fry orders wrong constantly, even though they write it down.....

The service was good. However, the burgers are bland and i cant stand the curly fries. Shakes are average. Won't return.

Good place for a burger. Staff works very hard but need a another person or two given the amount of customers.

Hello.. years ago I remember you used to sell an enormous burger. It may have been five pounds or more. Do you still offer that?

Yes they do, and if you can eat the whole thing within an hour, it is free!

I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The panko coating on the steak had me intrigued, but it was great! The hashbrowns were pretty tasty, although they could have been crispier. The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

All of the staff are amazing and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. Many staff are high school students. My son worked there and absolutely loved working for Addi. I have yet to have a dish that didn't taste good. Fresh and made to order. Very flavorful food. The pancake is huge as well as the cinnamon roll. 4 people could eat it and each would have a belly full. The vibe is cute inside and very cozy. I love to sit and look at the decor. Addi herself waited on us and was super personable and sweet. I heard her across the cafe ask after a customer's new baby -- he hadn't been in for a year, she just remembered. A homeless guy came in and she listened to his rambling story attentively, then got him some food and sent him on his way. She's a gem. The food was pretty typical greasy spoon breakfast, which is exactly what I wanted. Solid meal and much appreciated at that hour. I think I heard then say they opened at 4am. Delightful little life saver of a spot.

By the time we got there, the only food available was from The Nave but their corn dogs were gluten-free and they don't fry anything that has gluten in it so even the french fries were doable! I had a smash cheese burger and yes, it was smashed. The inside seating area was charming - it's a converted church so all the stained glass, wooden railings, etc. were kept as part of the decor. The outside seating area wasn't covered enough to find tables that weren't being rained on but we soon found a spot at one of the long tables inside. Perfect! Our food was ready quickly and we devoured it. Easy to find location and some day, we'll be back to try something else.

The chips and guacamole were good they tasted fresh made. We also got pizza which was very soggy crust and falling apart would not get again. They have a lot of food variety which is nice as there's something for everyone. Would deff be back.

The fish and chips was sad, the pieces they gave were tiny very dense and breaded almost like a chicken strip and they looked like half of a tilapia fillet, definitely not what I expected from the GIANT picture on their reader board. Dairy Queen's chicken fingers are bigger than these pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is prepackaced and super processed and very chemical tasting. The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up.
