1 lb wings and house made chips.
    Janice T.

The interior was unexceptional, nice good size screens for a sports bar. My server was also the bartender and was prompt to get me started with a beer and came back in a couple of minutes to get my food order as I had never been there before. I opted for the order of wings and they could not do two different sauces on 1 pound of wings, but he brought me two sauces on the side. I chose to try the medium buffalo sauce and the stout barbecue sauce. Both were unremarkable and a bit on the watery side. The wings had a nice smoky flavor and they were done, maybe a little overdone and dry. I opted for their homemade chips. They were also unremarkable, not salted or not salted enough And almost overdone. I was surprised the wings did not come with carrots nor celery nor was I offered ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. They did have a nice parking lot.

I have to be honest, my boyfriend and I ate here and like within the hour got HORRIBLE stomach pains. Tums helped but the next morning too, stomach pains and you can imagine what else, but no puking at least. Unsure if it's the meat or what as we both had burgers but regardless, not really interested at all in returning after that. The service was very casual otherwise. We didn't contact them after the fact since it's not like we needed the hospital, but just severely uninterested in trying this place again.

Tri tip sando w/fries! Very lovely!!

Stopped in here for lunch in early January while in Eugene for lunch...very pleasantly surprised!! Staff was super friendly and much to my surprise they had an extensive BBQ menu. I ordered a tri tip sando and man was it good! Tri tip, bacon, onion straws, Swiss and sauce in Texas Toast! Lots of flavors...it actually reminded me of the infamous Z-Man sando at Joes BBQ in KC. Came with a side of shoestring fries that were also tasty. Price was reasonable -- my only complaint was that the bar area was very cold (I had to leave my jacket on and zipped!). Maybe a space heater might help...just a suggestion. Otherwise this place was terrific and will certainly be back!

Holy cow this place is so so so good. Great vibes and customer service. We had the SMOKED mozz sticks which were crazy gooey, the popper burger and the brisket Philly cheesesteak and everything was phenomenal. We also tried mac n cheese (clearly scratch made) and coleslaw, and although im not the biggest coleslaw fan it was delicious!!

The pulled pork sandwich I had tasted really good and the coleslaw in it was not distracting. Really good and a bit salty tots. Customer service was good. No major ambiance. Very good pulled pork that did not need the barbecue sauce (still good with the barbecue sauce), which is something that you don't see very often with pulled pork. I will have to try some of their other dishes.

Grilled Chicken thigh and bacon on a toasted pub bun, fries and a half order of onion rings.
    Ilona S.

I did not have high expectations so was completely pleasantly surprised when our food came out: delicious grilled chickenthigh meat and crispy bacon on a perfectly toasted pub bun. The fries were crispy, hot and salty but not overly salty. The half order of onion rings were crispy, nicely battered and we received quite a bit of them in a half order. Got a pint of good amber beer to go with it and dinner was Done Right! You order at the bar and they bring the food out to you. Pleasant wait-staff. Lots of parking. Ambiance, well it is a kid friendly pub/sport bar so lots of tv monitors but nothing too loud or obnoxious. I will be back!

I came in here for dinner with my husband last night and we both loved it. I'm so glad they are open on Monday now, as we wouldn't have the chance to go in otherwise. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We sat down to browse the menu before going up to the counter to order. There were two employees working at the counter, and both were amazing. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, and oh how happy my inner fat kid was! My inner fat kid is only slightly smaller than my outer fat kid. Lol. We each ordered the two meat and two side dinners. I had brisket and chicken with macaroni and cheese and a salad. My husband picked pulled pork and burnt ends with chili and fries. My husband ordered his with sauce on the meat, and I ordered mine on the side. Needless to say, we had leftovers! Food was all cooked to perfection. I tried a bite of my husband's chili (I hate beans) and it was actually good. Cheese curds are served with a house made garlic aioli, but they included a salted caramel sauce as well to try. I didn't want it to work, but damn, it absolutely did. So two things I didn't expect to like and ended up loving. Props to them on that one! Restaurant itself is clean and pretty spacious. I noticed even on a Monday, they cleaned tables immediately after customers left, so they obviously have good cleaning habits. Nothing irritates me more than walking into an empty restaurant and trying to find the least-gross table because they all need cleaning. That definitely wasn't the case here, and I appreciate that. Customer service was amazing. The employees working were so kind and patient with customers. One couple ordering took forever. Like spent 30 minutes reading the menu, had to call 3 other people (on speaker phone) not present to read the menu to them, then spent another 20 minutes finally ordering everything. I'd have lost my shit because I'm not a patient person if it was me taking their order. But they handled it all with ease, grace, and patience. I was definitely impressed. It is clear they care about going the extra mile for customers. The food was definitely worth the price, which feels so rare to say these days because inflation has raised prices and shrunk portion sizes almost everywhere. But it really felt like I got an incredible value for the cost. Would I return? Oh my, yes! Between the value for my money and customer service, there's nothing to keep me away from here. This is a great small business to get behind and support.

Casual BBQ/Burger place with a laid back atmosphere. Portions are HUGE. Service was kind, fast, and fun! Food was served hot and with extra sauces upon request. If you order a meal to-go, there is a service charge for the to-go box. ENJOY!

Philly cheesesteak and chili, with O-rings

Service was top notch and very helpful! The owner's son was friendly and accommodating. The ordering process went smoothly and they had a full bar so I enjoyed a peach mule. ALL items were excellent and the beef brisket in the salad was the best I've ever had. It was tender, well seasoned and had that great backyard barbecue taste. Also good-sized portions. After my husband's comments, this will most likely be our favorite location to eat out. Note: Order at front and they deliver it to your table. Casual and fun restaurant with plenty of TVs.

I consider myself an excellent judge of chicken wings so if I am impressed by a place, you should be too. Walking in the doors you are met with the ordering counter and an extensive menu with a list 16 of sauces from no heat to "damn hot"! Chicken options to enjoy include traditional bone-in, boneless or tenders. There is a full slate of sides including shoestring fries, beans, mac & cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and okra. There are even some burgers on offer. My nephew and I came in hungry and luckily for us Chicken Bonz offers an "all you can eat" option. For $27.95 it's all chicken all the time! First they bring you a basket of eight wings, after that they bring you four at a time; and you can change the sauces at any time. We added some of those amazing shoestring fries and a drink. What I liked about Bonz wings is the sauces were inventive. I started with the Buffalo lime cilantro and that was the highlight sauce of this visit. Such a complex flavor profile. I went on to mild and then parmesan garlic. The other thing about these wings is there is a coating from the fryer that puts BDubs and Wingstop to shame. Whenever I am in the area, I am coming back here.

Plus they tasted a little freezer burned. When asked about the former... I prefaced the question and told him it might be a tough question to answer: "why are the wings so mushy?" His answer? They sat too long after they tossed them. Because they forgot one wing on my plate they sacrificed the entire batch. No one - NO ONE - wants to eat mushy wings. If you F up? (1) Re-make the order! Or (2) serve what is done and walk out the remainder when its ready. Its as simple as that! This manager shows his willingness to dismiss customers as "being a dick" when I just spent $25 on MUSHY WINGS. Albeit I asked a tough-loaded question... Rather than being professional, in so many words he said "its my standard to push out mushy wings and if you don't like them you're being a dick." Look man.... I dont come in here very often and would never want to order wings prepared that way. Please understand, I'll pay for good food no problem; but DONT SERVE ME SOGGY WINGS AT A WINGS JOINT.... And then act the asshole by calling me a dick because I pointed out the obvious... ! I'd give this place another chance because I cant imagine this standard being "normal" for a restaurant thats been open for so long.

Restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a nice vibe to it. A definite asset in the revitalization of downtown Springfield. Bartender/waitress was kind and attentive, did an excellent job. Nothing fabulous or memorable, she just did her job and did it well. We order fried cauliflower, which was delicious. But I also have a weakness for fried cauliflower. Lol. Burgers, my husband really liked his. I didn't get to try it because it was far too big and messy to put down or try to share. I ordered a basic cheeseburger with extra pickles and added avocado to it. Both were cooked medium well, but definitely not over cooked, although I prefer mine far more rare than that, but that's a personal preference. Complaints... beer menu has to be accessed through a QR code being scanned on my phone. I'm getting old and set in my ways, and I refuse to use my phone during meals. So scanning any kind of code basically just means I'm not going to do it. Which is potentially a missed opportunity in sales for them. Second complaint is the buns on our burgers were not toasted. In fact, they were straight up cold. I have a thing against soggy buns. Would I return? For the cauliflower and other appetizers? Maybe. Beer, no, because of the QR code thing. Burgers, definitely no. Here's what gets me about this place, it was good. Nothing wrong with it, honestly. But I wanted great, and I didn't get it. There was nothing memorable to write home about. My husband called it "satisfying" and I'm always like, so is McDonalds or a frozen dinner if you're hungry enough. Lol. Which is kind of how I view this place, if I hadn't written the review, I'd have already forgotten it existed. It's basic. Pumpkin spice and Ugg boots kind of basic. But in this day and age with inflation and what I spend just to go out to dinner, I want great every single time.

At a previous visit the server mentioned I should consider a Tuesday visit to enjoy the $16 all you can eat red sauce spaghetti dinner. Entering we stopped to observe the message board mentioning the $16 special and $4 Margarita. Arriving at 3:30 pm we found the choice of seating plentiful with booth and table space available. Children welcome until 10 pm. Our server immediately arrived to take our drink orders. The $4 Margarita was tasty and obviously free poured. I appreciated that our server was attentive without being intrusive. Our spaghetti dinners arrived when we ordered our 2nd Margarita drinks. Now here is the unbelievable portion of this review.
