We had 4 guys ready to help that had never put a pool up like this before. I am so glad we found Luke and his business!!! This team is amazing! They all have their jobs and they are a smooth working machine! They are knowledgeable and very professional. We were informed by the manufacturer were we got our pool it would take two days to put it up with 5 guys. After watching Luke and his team, we would have never got the pool up level...... Luke and his team came in around 7:15 am and was filling the pool before noon!!!!! We couldn't be happier with their services. We will use them EVERY time we need a pool put up or a liner replaced. We were talking with this company for weeks before we hired them to install our pool. They never said it was extra for the basic plumbing until the day of installation. They never informed us that they don't do electrical until that day either. After our pool was installed we called because we could see some bulging in the bottom and we were told to just dig out some more of the dirt from underneath. Overall they installed the pool but communication could be better. We were left after installation to figure out how to get the job finished. read more

We are absolutely thrilled with our new pool liner. We have had our pool for 26 years. This was the second time we had to replace the liner. Luke came to our home in Dublin look at our pool over, gave us a pamphlet with liner choices and left us with an estimate. After we made our selection, One of his staff came back to measure the pool. At Luke's recommendation we got a step package. They left us with a pump to drain the pool and when it was empty they came back and removed the liner. Unfortunately there was a glitch on the manufacturers end,so it took a little bit longer to get it installed. Luke was on top of the manufacturer and was able to get them to discount the price due to the inconvenience the delay caused. When they had the new liner, they came and installed it in a couple of hours. Once it was filled, they came back and replace the filter hook ups and outtake . Our new liner is now in. It looks fabulous. The step package provided for a textured and padded step which makes an incredible difference. I strongly recommend anyone replacing the airliner get the step package if it's available. We're going to keep giant pools in our contacts so next time we need the pool relined we call the right company. read more

I had an above ground DoughBoy pool which ruptured. And I needed a new liner as well. Yes, the founder of the company, came out and gave me a quote. He was not at all phased with what I deemed significant damage. His son, Luke with his crew came out and repaired it with fantastic results. The pool liner company I bought my my liner from assured me that no matter how good the installer was there would be winkles. Guess what? No wrinkles! We had Luke and his team come out to assemble a Doughboy pool. When they started the setup my husband went out there to show them where the outlet was. They initially started to put the pump and skimmer towards the front of the pool where it is visible and blocking access to part of the yard. He talked to them about putting them towards the rear of the pool. The liner was not in yet but the metal frames were up and when he asked them about putting the skimmer side more to the back by the pump they said it would cost more money to fix. They offered a cheaper alternative which was to keep the skimmer towards the front, put the pump towards the back and connect it all with PVC pipe...this still cost us extra. We are very disappointed in this setup. When you step outside you see the skimmer, the pipes are sitting on top of the ground. We are very new to any pool stuff. This company does these kind of installs very regularly and I would think they would keep aesthetics and locations in mind when placing equipment. They didn't ask us in the beginning where we would like location of stuff and when we noticed things before set up was complete they didn't want to fix it. After they left we felt even more upset with the job that was done. Later in the evening when my husband spoke to Luke and expressed his dissatisfaction and asked about them coming back out here to fix it he said he is booked out for months and if he did it would cost us $2,000 (to fix their mistake). Now we either have to try and fix it ourselves, empty what water is in there...thankfully we stopped filling it up....buy a new liner. We inquired about someone else coming out to fix it but then again we are paying some else to fix a problem that should have been fixed and completed by the original crew. Yes it would have taken more time for them but if they would have asked in the beginning we could have avoided all this. read more

Can't say enough good things about this company and its professionalism. We had to have our pool liner replaced and they did so with utmost diligence. They came when called, returned phone calls, contacted TUD to get it filled, and charged a whole lot less than a local crook. I called giant pool service to come out and install my new doughboy swimming pool. I had used previously but that was when he was still working with his dad and they did a good job. His dad has since retired and he took over the business. I'm very disappointed with the job that he did. I bought a liner that was able to have a deep end in my above ground pool when I talked with him on the phone he said yeah that would be fine but then when he got here he told me that they don't do that so I offered to pay him 500 extra dollars to give me a deep end and virtually it's just a hole that is about 1 foot deeper than the rest of the pool it's not even over my head and I'm 4 foot 11. He literally dug out a couple of shovel falls of dirt and called it a deep end what a joke. Also I believe he didn't install a valve on my sand filter that allows me to get the air out of it so every time I try to vacuum I just have big air bubbles. They didn't do anything to level the ground so the bottom of the pool is very bumpy and they left rocks underneath the liner so I'm crossing my fingers and hope that I don't get holes from it. Very dissatisfied. And it cost me $2500 for them to install it. read more

Luke and his crew were professional from the first point of contact until the work was complete. He was excellent with scheduling, returning phone calls promptly and doing as promised. The price was more than reasonable for taking out our pool and replacing it with a doughboy pool that we ordered locally. Luke also took the time to answer questions we had concerning the new pump and filter and offered to put in an extra valve to make it easier to clean the filter cartridge.
