Rapha Racing: cappuccino + tax & tip ~$6

Inside this bike shop is one of the best coffee shops in Cow Hollow serving the finest espresso drinks. Long communal bench to enjoy the frothy perfection right there as intended.

Friendly staff posed for a photo op with me! Thank you guys ‍

This is my favorite store in the bay! Anki, Tyler and the rest of the staff are amazing! Thank you Rapha!!

The store looks great, but what can you expect from luxe brand Rapha? Oh, I know what- friendlier employees! Literally walked in and got kicked out because they were"closed". Maybe it helps to say "sorry, we're closed" or better yet just close the door so no one walks in. Maybe I'll have some luck next time and get to experience some customer service.

Pretty good cup of coffee. They also have plenty of expensive spandex. Their baked goods change every now and then, but typically aren't amazing. There is ample outdoor seating thanks to the wacky looking vintage bus parklet. I always enjoy basking in the sun here (assuming it's out) while slurping down a macchiato or two. Plenty of bike parking too (duh!).

This place has a cafe?! I am no cyclist (maybe some day), but I totally respect the Rapha clubhouse concept. The almond milk latte I ordered was awesome. Thanks Adam. I was pretty impressed by the sheer variety of Rapha branded products. The service was friendly, too. I enjoyed sitting out on the quirky clubhouse bench outside the clubhouse. As it was explained to me, the cafe is a place where cyclists gather. It's also an homage of sorts to the Italian heritage of cycling (think espresso). Looking forward to returning.

This place is amazing. I always get a latte when I go, and it is easily one of the best in the city in my opinion. The staff is also quite friendly. John has helped me in the past, but I have also had terrific service from the others in the shop. But perhaps my favorite part of this shop is that you are meant to bring your bike inside. They even have several wheel slots to park your bike. Most bikes inside are actually really nice, so you can definitely spend a lot of time just admiring the bikes that people park inside. This shop also sells Rapha gear for biking. It is pretty pricey, but from my understanding, it is some of the highest quality stuff out there. I ponied up for a set of arm warmers for $50, and I absolutely love them. I actually fell while riding my bike not too long ago. Every article of clothing I was wearing was damaged with at least a rip somewhere. My arm warmers, however, were unscathed. Maybe it was the way that I fell, but I am going to keep telling myself that it was because of their quality. I can safely say that I love everything about this place from the atmosphere to the gear to the drinks!

    Just the drip.

Rapha has been my coffee stop for the better part of 7 years and it's still my favorite in town. Perhaps it's because I'm a moderate cycling enthusiast but, either way it's a great stop for a proper pull of espresso on my way to the office downtown. The best part about this place is the parklet outside on a sunny day. There's plenty of seating and offers different tiers, depending on how you want to consume your cup of joe. They recently changed their roaster from Four Barrel to Bicycle Coffee from Oakland and it's a little bit of a downgrade but, not enough to knock this place down to 4 stars...I love it.

Really cool shop with such friendly staff. They have great cycling clothing, a Saturday group ride, they serve coffee, have an awesome seating area, and an upstairs art installation. And bike parking inside!

Windproof gilet and cargo bib shorts

I really like this place for several reasons. I can get a good advice from Alan (he helped me on 2 different occasions), try different sizes (jerseys and gloves- dressing room is still closed, but you have 3 months to return unused items so you can try them at home. Not as convenient, but better then buying on line and returning on line). Everything is designed and made very well. I just wish that if I am paying $270 for bib shorts from European company, they were not made in China... If you need great cycling clothing and willing to pay for it premium prices, this is a great place.

My favorite coffee spot in SF. Great staff, kit& organized rides. Also great bikes to rent if you have a Rapha membership & visiting.

rude and pretentious. The customer service isn't great here. I ended up just going home and ordering what I needed from the online store.

Awesome little local spot. I had a Gibraltar and it was top notch! The pastries were pretty good.

My critique is the lack of online price transparency. I wish they posted their service rates on their website so customers could shop around and compare options more efficiently. As it stands, you have to call just to get a basic quote. Overall, the mechanical work appears to be good, but a little more upfront info online would go a long way!

They know their bikes and electric rides really well, and you can tell they've been doing this for a long time. I brought up some general questions about maintenance for small electric scooters, and they were surprisingly open to helping even though I didn't buy mine from them. They checked a few things, pointed out what to look for in future wear, and gave me honest advice instead of pushing products. One thing I forgot to ask -- do they work with other compact mobility scooter brands too? Mine is one of those lightweight, foldable 3-wheel models with a removable battery (similar style to TopMate scooters). If anyone has asked them about servicing that type of scooter or about getting compatible spare parts, I'd love to know your experience. Overall, solid customer service and friendly people. Just curious how flexible they are with brands outside their usual lineup.
