This is the place to go for wings and pizza. They always make perfect wings, and the pizza is amazing. The crust is crispy and the sauce is just right, and the cheese is melted to perfection. Even the bread that comes with the baked ziti is toasted to perfection. The customer service is great, from the phone to the store. Shit is GAS. Got 1/2 buffalo chicken, 1/2 BBQ chicken. Absolutely amazing, soft crust, 10/10 flavor. They didn't skimp on the chicken either. Will definitely make Giavano's my go-to pizza spot. read more

The pizza is solid. The wings are respectable. They make good subs. The prices are reasonable. They deliver quickly. The owner works there and genuinely cares about the quality of the food. Due to recent disappointing pizzas from our favorite place, we have been searching for really good NY style pizza. Tonight we decided to try Giavano's for pickup pizza. The pizza was made by the owner, Giavano. It was on time, reasonably priced, and hot. The crust was fluffy edged and crisp with just the right amount of toppings. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER DELIVERY. The food is decent and reasonably priced. No real complaints here. I like it if you're eating in or picking up and can check before you leave. But it seems like every time I order delivery, they screw up the order somehow. Recently, for example, I ordered a two item pizza but it only had one item. I was charged for two, of course. Other times, they forget a soda or side. And it has been this way for years, so not a "post-pandemic" thing. I know no business is perfect in this regard but it seems to happen here more often than it should. read more

They must sell blow from the back door because they had ZERO interest in selling me food from the front. I order the Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine From the menu. The guy says "We don't make that anymore." Ok, so I ordered the Baked Zit. He tells me it's going to be 25 minutes. He tells me to wait in my car & they'll bring it out to me. 40 minutes later. NOTHING. I go in the door and the crew are all on their phones, watching Tic Tok videos or something, one of them finally noticed me standing there and says "You ordered the Ziti dinner." This place is horrible. We ordered a few orders of food and we got charged for multiple orders we did not place and the best they could do was a store refund which we never received because the store associate hung up on us multiple times . Never order coustmer service horrible and when we orders he never respected the order nor did he say the total before asking cash or card. Please never order here it is a complete scam read more

The pizza was OK not one of our favorites the crust itself was undercooked which wouldn't of been bad except for there were too many toppings it was a hot mess all around plus the pizza wasn't hot when it finally arrived. We had toppings all over while trying to eat it read more

This was the second time we ordered from them. The first time we got 2 pizza pies, wings and two litter sofa. I asked for plates cups and utensils. We were staying at a hotel and they did not give us cups. The pizza was not the best or the worst! The second night we ordered again, it was horrible. I placed the order asking if the baked ziti had regatta cheese in side, I was told it did. Well it did not! The sauce tasted like it came from a jar. It was horrible. I also ordered spaghetti and meatballs. They sent spaghetti and sausage. If you don't want what you ordered, then this is the place for you. However, the portions are small. It is totally not worth it. If you can eat some place else please do! I would give 0 stars. But I guess it deserves at least one star since we did not get sick from the food. read more

Our family used to order from here frequently. I had placed an order at 2pm for a 5 pm delivery where I work. We only have half an hour for lunch. They still hadn't arrived at 5:15, and when I called the restaurant I explained that I didn't want the food, because we had no time to eat it. He was very rude and proceeded to hang up on me. This is not the first time our food has been extremely late, but it will be the last. They have lost a customer for life. read more

Complete garbage. Our pizza was delivered and all of the cheese was on one side of the pizza. It was over saturated with sauce. The pizza was extremely chewy and undercooked. When I called and spoke with the manager to tell him what was wrong with it, he seemed irritated. I was not being rude or giving any attitude. I just wanted a better pizza. They sent us another one that was even worse. The sauce was spilling over the side. The driver said that because we said the last pizza had too much sauce, they added more cheese. Seriously?! Since the "new" owner (who I believe is a former employee, under the old regime) took this place over, quality has been subpar. My family and I used to order from this place all if the time, and quality was pretty consistent. Now, food tends to be under-cooked, and/or cold when it arrives. I had ordered two cheese burger platters a couple of years ago and they were delivered and cold in the middle, tasted awful. I called and was given a credit. Ordered again a few weeks later, and food was delivered barely cooked. Called again and the owner gave me a horrible attitude and hung up on me. decided To give them another chance, and had my friend order from his number, we have ordered three times in the last several months, and the pizzas have been under cooked, all dough, and a meatball parm sub and mozzarella sticks were not just undercooked, but the sticks were cold in the middle. On top of this, the delivery driver who delivered the last two times seemed as though she had eaten a bottle of xanax and it was like pulling teeth to direct her to my location, and I don't put that lightly. Anyway, my friend called and explained the undercooked and cold food, and the owner said he would credit him for the food. Just called to give them one more chance and use the credit and he said there was no credit, and was extremely unprofessional, before saying, "try something else" and hanging up on my friend. This place has great pizza, chicken wings, wraps. This is where most locals in my opinion get their pizza from. When placing an order however please be clear if you are making a change to their "regular" they have a habit of occasionally screwing an order up a bit (specifically I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap with extra cheese and it came with NO cheese) I was shattered but this doesn't happen frequently. read more
