Placed an order for delivery at 5:09, the ETA given was 5:49. I called at 6:01 to see if it was out for delivery yet. Girl who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me after telling me they're backed up and down a driver. I can understand that, but 20 minutes later I called back - she was nicer this time, but at that point my food was over a half hour late. Currently 6:40 and still waiting. At this rate my order has been "out for delivery" for at least 40 minutes. Can't wait for my cold food. This is a small town, it should not take over an hour and a half for delivery. worst $95 I've spent in a while. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 in the hope that my food will actually come at some point and be edible. read more

I used to eat at this restaurant all the time. i won't anymore after receiving some boneless wings that never should have left the kitchen let alone been delivered to me. I was offered a credit for something else but, I just got my money back and eat elsewhere. Quaility is everything. lf you wouldn't eat it, don't expect a paying customer to do so. read more

I Love New York catered an event for us today at work which included Chicken Parm, Alfredo, salad and garlic bread! All was amazing!! I'm a pizza snob and this is the best NY style pizza in the area, hands down. Both the cheese and sauce have great flavor, and they don't drown the pizza in sauce- they add just enough. It's usually always cooked to perfection, with some brown on it, but not overdone. We've ordered many, many times, and only a few times we had to cook it a little more in our oven because it wasn't browned enough. But that's really rare for that to happen. The mozzarella sticks are great and I love that they offer Melba (raspberry) sauce with them, as most places just offer marinara. I only wish they'd change the garlic knots to a style that's a little more authentic. The knots are more like dinner rolls and don't have much seasoning, so we just skip them now. No big deal, but I figured I'd mention it. We usually order and pick it up because we're out of their delivery range, but we've eaten inside quite a bit too. The restaurant is always clean and has a nice atmosphere (clean bathroom too). They've got big booths and tables that can accommodate a large party. The counter girls are always super nice no matter who is working that day. They're usually very busy though, so when you call you might be placed on hold for a little bit, but I don't mind waiting for awesome pizza. If you like the pizza in NYC, try this place out because it's the closest you'll get to it. read more

My wife and I come in for a couple slices almost once a week. Last week, I got a hair in my slice. -Today, I noticed every food handler with a beard does not wear coverings as required by law. One of the fellows has a pretty wild and long red beard, just hanging out there, no covering at all. The FDA "REQUIRES all food handlers that have direct contact with food must wear hair restraints, such as hairnets, beard nets, and caps, that fully cover all exposed body hair. In addition to food, the hair restraints must effectively prevent contact with clean foodservice equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces." Until this issue is corrected, we will not be returning. read more

These guys are Pizza pros - They nail it.  Reasonably priced menu. Multiple fresh slice options  available. Their lunch deal is a steal. two slices of your choice and a fountain soda for $5.35 is Cray (no extra charge for slices with toppings) the slices are big enough to legitimately fill you up.  I recently discovered garlic rolls, 3 for $1 it's legal theft - add their marinara dipping sauce and it's over! These lil sukkas would literally rock Kung Fu Panda's world! The service was/excellent. The place gets jamming, but their consistency justifies their wait. Even when it's busy, the counter gal/guy are always friendly and they keep things moving. To my vegan brothers and sisters, they got your back with a lot of vegan options. The food is fresh, delicious and most importantly consistent. I've made it a point to bring out of town friends there to try and they always leave satisfied. My family ate lunch we got takeout and it was delicious. Bianca pizza even tho I ordered a small there was plenty for two of us and there wings are huge and saucy . The restaurant was very busy Sunday lunch I got take out and the girls at counter was courteous and with a smile . I was turned on to this place by a friend. It's in a divy town with some real characters walking through the door, but they have this huge ready made slice selection where you get any two slices and a fountain drink for just $5! I have no idea how they stay in business. The slices are girthy and full of toppings an cheese and the crust is tasty and not dry. It's far from where I live, but I make the 15 minute drive every couple of weeks because it's so tasty. I've even taken my family there a couple times. I've gone here many times over the years. I've always loved it and there staff until lately. Tonight I was in there with family they were busy waitress had no clue on how to take customers. My apps I ordered as a dinner special I got 11 wings I was suppose to get 20? I never even got them when I was there I had to get to go because I finished my dinner. ( not the first time this has happened) cook was rude my wife asked to have two slice with just pepperoni the cook who has made it many times told the waitress to come tell us he wouldn't make it. The pizza's not half bad. But I ordered a tuna sub for my friend last night, and we had to throw it away. It tasted like raw fish scales--completely inedible. Hopefully, it wasn't bad, and so far neither of us--we both had a few bites--has gotten ill. Either the sandwich person is a dumbo who can't even make a simple tuna fish salad, or the owner is cheap and uses a lousy brand of tuna, or the tuna salad had gone bad. A total waste of $6.99! I might as well have flushed my $20 I paid the delivery guy down the toilet. My BBQ chicken sub was kind of crap, as well. Who puts mozzarella cheese on BBQ chicken? Stick to the pizza. Stay the hell away from the subs, they are either clueless or careless or have no proper culinary experience. And having been in there haf a dozen times, I can tell you that the place isn't as clean as it should be, either. Not saying it's filthy. But neither is it spotless. Good pizza, mediocre everything else. The slices of pepperoni I had were quite good. The cheese was tasty and the roni had a good kick to it. The sides were not as good. Wings were nothing special and the garlic knots were what I call "lazy knots" (basically just some rolls with a little butter and garlic basted on top.) I was there on a hot summer day and the air conditioning was either busted or useless. Service was ok but far from stellar. We order here often. Very disappointed in the margherita pizza we ordered. I don't think they even know what that is. We received a sauce less crust with cheese tomato slices and dried oregano. I Love NY Pizza of Fort Edward (now located in Hudson Falls) is simply the best pizza place in the area. There is no reason whatsoever to go out or order in pizza from any of the "National Brand" pizza places near by. These guys got it going on, the ingredients are of the best quality, the dough is hand tossed by "The Big Guy"... the expert Pizza Chef, the salads (all) are fresh with homemade dressings. Generous portions, the finest ingredients, crafted to near perfection are what to expect, no matter what you order. The wait staff is friendly, timely, and proficient. The blonde waitress is new, and needs to learn a bit, so I cut her some slack, but either of the brunettes do their jobs flawlessly, and will remember you and your preferences after 2-3 visits giving the place a warm familiar atmosphere. No stars. I couldn't be more disappointed with this place. I understand that everyone has an off night, but we ordered a pizza at 6:30 and we're told it would be 45 minutes. An hour later there was no pizza so I called to check. The woman said it wasn't in the computer so it was out for delivery and "should be there any second". Another 20 minutes go by. When I call back asking about our pizza and another girl goes to check on it, she tells me it never went through and it got stuck in their register. She also told me that they had taken more orders after ours...interesting how ours was the only one stuck. It's too bad really, because this place has great pizza. Ordered a medium pizza with wings and fried mushrooms, I told them on the phone call i was allergic to Blue cheese and need ranch for the mushrooms and wings. I paid for my order got home and went to eat my wings with what i thought was ranch (nothing was labeled) dipped it in and took a bite and yup it was Blue cheese had to use my Epi- pen because i had a massive allergic reaction. i gave them a call back about an hour later where i talked to a manager who told me in the long run that he could do nothing and that i should be able to tell the difference between blue cheese and ranch and that it was not his fault they messed up (not caring that i could have died or ended up in critical care) and all the while blaming me for the mistake they made telling me i never once told them i needed ranch and not blue cheese. so not a good experience at all!
