The food was excellent and truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service fell short. I do feel bad for the staff, as they appeared overworked, understaffed and overwhelmed. We arrived for our 6:00 p.m. reservation and were seated immediately. However, it took over 40 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, and our entrées didn't come out until after 7:30, which was an excessive wait. To make matters worse, one of our orders was incorrect--we received white sauce and angel hair pasta instead of the red sauce pasta we had ordered, clearly someone else's custom order. When I brought this to our server's attention, the only solution offered was to remake the dish, which would take additional time. Given how long we had already waited, this was disappointing and unacceptable. It's a real shame, as the food itself was something I genuinely enjoyed

Stopped by for dinner here while in Lake George. Easy to get a table. Friendly staff and service. Plenty of options to select from on the menu and a full bar. Refreshing drink to start off the evening - decided on Honey jack summer smash and a burrata as an appetizer to start. Both of us decided to have shrimp pasta as entrees which were both delicious. Next time will have to same room for dessert as they do make some of their desserts are home made. Definitely an enjoyable evening and didn't feel rushed at all.

This restaurant will not disappoint you. We ate here three nights over the course of a week and were served by Candace twice and Katelynn once. The food is phenomenal - fresh, gigantic portions. One side salad can feed your entire family. The chicken marsala is hearty, cooked just right and very flavorful. And amazing personal pizzas. Both of our servers were fantastic and genuinely cared about us having a great experience. The second visit back, Candace stopped to talk to us after recognizing we came back. After Katelynn served us the second visit, she recognized when we stopped into Biscotti Brothers Cafe the next morning (owned by the same people) and made the effort to say hi out of her way. And the final visit, both servers talked to us and treated us like we were family. They handle special requests extremely well. We will be back next time we're in Lake George!

Ordered the veal bolognese with pappardelle. Perfectly done, The pappardelle was cooked nicely as was the bolognese! Nicely done. Our server Gabby was on top of it too and very nice. This is a very cozy place with tasty food!

French martini. Very tasty. We had 5.

This has become one of our Lake George go-to spots since we first tried a few years ago. Excellent Italian food, always consistent, great drinks and great service. Right on the main drag in Lake George Village. Not just regular Italian fare, some creative dishes and seafood as well. Worth stopping and trying out.

Beautiful meals, drinks are whimsical and well balanced! A little gem tucked in the heart of Lake George Excellent service!

My wife and I go to Saluti every year when we are in Lake George and it is consistently excellent. The food and the service are terrific. For the best Italian American food in Lake George go to Saluti.

Pooh and I were here for supper last night and it was a wonderful experience We started our evening with Saluti Martinis which had basil oil and tasted delicious. For appetizers we felt nostalgic and had a Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were huge and quite tasty For supper, Pooh had Chicken Marsala and I had Chicken Cacciatore. Pooh loved his dish but felt the breading was a bit soggy because the sauce was poured over it The Cacciatore was delicious; the chicken fell off the bone and the sauce and pasta were amazing. We had a bottle of Pinot Noir to wash it all down. We were full so we took dessert to go. Pooh had a chocolate hazelnut dessert (can't remember the name) and I had a Cannoli. Pooh's dessert was great; my cannoli was small for 8$ but it was enjoyable. Our server Duton was very nice and friendly Definitely recommend this restaurant.

One of the finest Italian restaurants anywhere. Great short ribs and ragu sauce. BTW the wine by the glass is not skimpy either.

The pasta I had, angel Hair with Shrimp and pesto, was just oily, heavy, and overpriced. Didn't want to stay for dessert after that.

Ugh Good good, server ok…read more Arrived at 4:10, location is part of the breakfast buffet area of a low/mid range hotel. Bar area of hotel actually. Upon arrival doors open no one there. I spoke to hotel employee who told me the place was open, so I sat at one of about 8 tables with my two daughters. After a few minutes a server arrived with menus. We were optimistic. Ordered sampler platter of appetizers, chicken fingers and a pizza. Very specifically told server to put in order of all good at once and bring it out as it was ready. After 15 minutes we were informed that the pilot light for fryer wasn't on, apps were taking a bit longer. Fine. Pizza should be out soon. Shortly after another couple who came in and ordered after us got their pizza. I asked server about that and was informed that pizza hadn't gone into oven yet, they were waiting til appetizers were served. !!!! Had many words with server who acknowledged I said put in entire order at once, but she didn't do it (hello, Orchard Tavern, same thing). Why is this so hard? 45 minutes til any good arrived. As first customers of night arriving 10 minutes after opening. Good was good, pizza had nice crust. Beer taps not working (noted by someone else in another review weeks prior to my visit). I will give them one more try, due to Groupon type deal, hope for better.
