We shared a few dishes at Saluti that were all pretty good. I tried the vodka penne as the waitress recommended it as one of their staples and I was not disappointed. I would recommend adding the optional shrimp to this dish. We had a lot of food overall with their portions and ended up with some nice leftovers. We also tried the seafood pasta. They did not skimp on the seafood but at the same time, the little sea scallops weren't as flavorful as expected and it was a bit strange how all of the shell fish was still in their shells. It made it a bit harder to eat it with the spaghetti. We also had a shared Caesar salad which we enjoyed. My son got the kid's steak and fries meal which was surprisingly huge for a kid's meal. Overall the food here was pretty rich and pretty good and if I could give this four and a half stars I would. read more

As a Long Islander, I talk plenty of crap about Italian food in Lake George - this is easily the best Italian we've had in our many years of coming to town! Everyone was happy with their dishes. Large portions and no complaints about the flavor. Pretty reasonably priced. Our waitress Brandy was also delightful. I really enjoyed my roasted eggplant rigatoni! The vibe is also pretty cute. The food was excellent and truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service fell short. I do feel bad for the staff, as they appeared overworked, understaffed and overwhelmed. We arrived for our 6:00 p.m. reservation and were seated immediately. However, it took over 40 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, and our entrées didn't come out until after 7:30, which was an excessive wait. To make matters worse, one of our orders was incorrect--we received white sauce and angel hair pasta instead of the red sauce pasta we had ordered, clearly someone else's custom order. When I brought this to our server's attention, the only solution offered was to remake the dish, which would take additional time. Stopped by for dinner here while in Lake George. Easy to get a table. Friendly staff and service. Plenty of options to select from on the menu and a full bar. Refreshing drink to start off the evening - decided on Honey jack summer smash and a burrata as an appetizer to start. Both of us decided to have shrimp pasta as entrees which were both delicious. Next time will have to same room for dessert as they do make some of their desserts are home made. Definitely an enjoyable evening and didn't feel rushed at all. read more

This restaurant will not disappoint you. We ate here three nights over the course of a week and were served by Candace twice and Katelynn once. The food is phenomenal - fresh, gigantic portions. One side salad can feed your entire family. The chicken marsala is hearty, cooked just right and very flavorful. And amazing personal pizzas. Both of our servers were fantastic and genuinely cared about us having a great experience. The second visit back, Candace stopped to talk to us after recognizing we came back. After Katelynn served us the second visit, she recognized when we stopped into Biscotti Brothers Cafe the next morning (owned by the same people) and made the effort to say hi out of her way. And the final visit, both servers talked to us and treated us like we were family. They handle special requests extremely well. We will be back next time we're in Lake George! read more

Ronaldo our server was wonderful. Only one word to describe the food...MAGNIFICENT! Had shrimp with marinara sauce over angel hair pasta, the shrimp were so big they should have had their own plate. Pooh and I were here for supper last night and it was a wonderful experience We started our evening with Saluti Martinis which had basil oil and tasted delicious. For appetizers we felt nostalgic and had a Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were huge and quite tasty For supper, Pooh had Chicken Marsala and I had Chicken Cacciatore. Pooh loved his dish but felt the breading was a bit soggy because the sauce was poured over it The Cacciatore was delicious; the chicken fell off the bone and the sauce and pasta were amazing. We had a bottle of Pinot Noir to wash it all down. We were full so we took dessert to go. Pooh had a chocolate hazelnut dessert (can't remember the name) and I had a Cannoli. We stopped by this place after seeing great reviews and we have really enjoyed the service and experience here! We started off with some clam with butter (very fresh!) with our drinks. He got the Cab Sav and I got the espresso hazelnut martini (one of the best martinis I had with a perfect balance of coffee and alcohol ). Checked in for a late dinner near 9:30 pm with my family after a sunset cruise. Our waitress was pleasant even though it was a late night dinner. Spaghetti meatballs were pretty good. This is the second time I have tried their food and it's AMAZING. First time, we ordered to go, second time was dining in. All the pastas I've tried were so delicious. It tasted so fresh even taking it back to our hotel to eat. We got about 4-5 different ones bc my family and I wanted to taste everything. Onto the dining in - my gfs and I tried the bread board and I had the braised beef. The bread board could have been more. I felt it was a bit slacking on the types available (2??). But the star of the show was definitely the beef. It was fall apart and so tender. The gravy and meat was packed full of flavor. I can still taste it in my mouth. Mmm!!
