We frantically were looking for an alternative within 30 minutes before his party started! Luv 2 Play answered our prayers and were able to accommodate a last minute party within 30 minutes. They even asked what theme and color table cloths and had the pizzas ready. Absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean, the party attendant was helpful and attentive. If you're looking for a fun indoor play spot, I definitely recommend Luv 2 Play inside Eastridge Mall! Helpful tip: park near the 24 Hour Fitness side of the parking lot--it's the easiest entrance to get straight to Luv 2 Play. From the moment we walked in, everything felt super organized and clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. As a mom of a special needs child, I had done my research beforehand and asked again in person if parents are allowed inside the play structure to support their kids if needed--and they said yes! That alone gave me so much peace of mind. I didn't grab a photo of the weight limit, but I believe it was around 250 lbs. One moment that really stood out: the attendant helping us with wristbands was so patient with my son. Because of sensory reasons, we needed to place his band around his ankle instead of his wrist. She stayed calm and flexible, even when he was on the verge of a meltdown, and quickly adapted when I suggested the alternative. That kind of understanding means everything. There's also a cute little café in the back--we grabbed a juice box--but if you're a boba lover or want more options, there's a Quickly right next door to the play area. Pricing was $24 for unlimited play time (no re-entry), which felt worth it for the experience. The only small downside was the shoe area near the entrance--it got pretty crowded, and it was a little stressful finding our shoes when we left. They even opened up the room for us 45 minutes early so we can go in and decorate and get it ready. They had a balloon stand rental we can use as well. Ive been coming here for over 3 years. I take a trip, come back and was told I have to pay $10 for a new membership. Ive been a member since before you had auto pay and all these "new" charges. My son had a birthday party here and then we went on vacation. He was excited to go back to your establishment only to find out were getting "double charged" for the membership again. I think its bad business and not family friendly to lose a 3 year loyal member over $10. Just sounds like you guys only care about money. Side note...the team members here are absolutely amazing, nice, and kind. It was the manager that was all about the money and didn't care that we invested 3 years of joyful memories at this establishment. It's a kids place so you get what you expect! Big kids running through the place knocking the little ones down. No worker walking around monitoring and making sure rules are being followed. My biggest issue with places like this is that they don't allow the stroller. Having a designated stroller spot in the building would help families out with multiple kids of all ages. I have a 1,3and 5 year old. When my 1 year fell asleep I had to hold him while walking around and keeping an eye out on my other two. Having the stroller parked near by would've save my arms and shoulders some pain. They make you wear socks which is cool but then you have open toe sandals for us to put on to go inside the bathroom, why not slides? Places like these are always employed by young teen girls with attitudes and act like they don't want to work. Once I would like to see some adults working at least one to supervise. The pizza was huge with big slices but it didn't taste good. We had more bread than cheese. My daughter who only eats pizza barely ate 1/3 of her slice which told me everything I needed to know before I took a bite of my own. Only three slices out of our large pizza was bitten out of the rest went untouched and we through it away. The fountain drinks had a nasty after taste so we didn't drink those either. My kids gone have to be invited to a birthday party the next time we come here, they did have fun but it's too many inconveniences for me. We left and I had to go feed my kids and get them something drink since we weren't allowed to bring our own food in and there's was not up to standard for us. read more

This is an indoor playcentre for kids at Eastridge Mall. It's decently priced at $18/kid Mon-Thur or $20 Fri/weekends/holidays and the first two adults get in for free. The play area is pretty spacious and clean. They have a big kid area and a toddler area for younger kids. There's also a small arcade for games. There is a cafe inside that sells drinks and hot food. The food is actually not bad for mall food. Pizza, pretzel, and chicken strips were decent. The only thing I didn't like was how loud the ball air gun is. It's deafening every time it comes on. There's also a ball game machine that didn't work. Overall, it's a fun place for kids. I'd come back if I'm in the area. read more

The weather has been very cold and wet and finding indoor play areas has been what I've been exploring. I visited a few and did a Yelp search for more local ones and found this place. Inside Eastridge mall which I've been to maybe 2-3 times in my whole life and for bowling not even the actual mall. I wasn't sure what to expect but I brought my youngest on a rainy day for a day of fun. There was already a line when we got there. While waiting I completed the waiver for my kiddo and I. Got to the front desk and the lady asked if I did the waiver and for my #. My kiddo already has grip socks so I didn't buy any and we got our wristbands and took off our shoes and we were let in. The space is LARGE. A baby area, a toddler area, and a kid area. The toddler area is a small ball pit with an area to climb and go down the slide. The large area is compiled of spaces to climb, slides, tunnels, and areas to navigate. There's ball pit areas and things to maneuver around. Think the Mc Donald's play are but larger, cleaner, and more fun! My youngest still very much needed adult supervision and I had to ask if I was allowed to get in and join him which I was. I've been to others where parents aren't allowed in with kids. This was a PLUS because I was able to supervise and also play with my kid. While playing the staff was busy cleaning and disinfecting the space. Wiping down the area and all around keeping the space tidy. They were inside the area and also had a chance to supervise for rough housing etc. Parents WATCH YOUR KIDS. Too many kids with zero mannerism pushing and shoving. You gotta know how to wait your turn. Be aware of tiny hands to not trample over them. How to move around other kids etc. If your kids don't like being around other kids this is not the place for them. Staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. As a parent it gave me peace of mind to have staff walking around and keeping the place tidy and watching out for unsupervised kids. I've been to places where the staff is all up at the front the whole time. Price is about average for the area and depends on age. 2 free adults with child. 13 years is counted as an adult. The space is clean and well managed. Areas that need more TLC are covered up or taken care of. The space is suited for children that can navigate tunnels, climb, hoop through, etc. It's quite the workout so if you're going in wear light clothing that is stretchy. Bring water to hydrate. And have fun! Definitely surprised to find this gem in Eastridge. read more

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR CHILDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. WE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR PARTY HERE. IT IS SO CHAOTIC, UNORGANIZED, and HUGELY OVERPRICED. We normally enjoy coming here for playtime but doing a birthday party here? AWFUL. We had SO MANY PROBLEMS with our party it was truly outrageous. First of all, they only give you 15 MINUTES to set up before your party. In what world is 15 minutes enough time to put up a table, a banner, balloon arch, gift bags, cake, decorations, table covers, and everything all together? That's CRAZY and highly UNREASONABLE. We showed up to our booking ready to set up our room as fast as possible when.. FIRST PROBLEM POPS UP. They told us we need to check in first. WHY? HUGE WASTE OF TIME. We already had an extremely limited time window to set up and our party was ALREADY BOOKED. They made us wait in a huge line when we literally paid over $1000 to book this party room. How OUTRAGEOUS. Why is there no priority for BOOKED PARTY GUESTS??? They ONLY give 15 minutes to set up BUT after having to wait to check in?? It made us have LESS THAN 10 minutes to set up. NOT COOL. &None of the staff helps with your set up! I had one of the teenage girls roll her eyes when we asked if we can take our stuff to the room while checking in. The workers don't help carry or cart your party items and they don't help you set up at all. SECOND PROBLEM: NO BATHROOMS! They were completely shut down and "out of order". HOW AWFUL IS THAT? It was so beyond embarrassing to have our party guests kids crying because they couldn't use the bathrooms. They had to leave the place to find a restroom! HOW EMBARRASSING. Multiple guests had little children that needed to use the restroom and they have NO WORKING RESTROOMS! Pretty sure that is a health violation holding large parties without working bathroom facilities? I could not believe it. Imagine paying over $1000 and the party guests + kids can't even use the restroom? HUGE PROBLEM. I complained to the staff and they said it's been out of order for a long time. So WHY are parties being booked with no notice of broken restrooms? I never would have booked if I knew they had BROKEN RESTROOMS. That's so irresponsible for a business to do this! Especially in a kids place where children can be prone to accidents. THIRD PROBLEM: MISSING & WRONG PARTY ITEMS. We specifically asked for white cupcakes as our daughter does not eat chocolate. We were told we would have cupcakes half vanilla and half chocolate with possibly white frosting. We got 24 CHOCOLATE cupcakes and many of the kids including the birthday girl don't eat chocolate! Only 3 cupcakes got eaten because there was no vanilla. Our birthday girl couldn't have a cupcake at her own party. I ate one, the cupcake bread was tough and DRY. I would've loved to bring my OWN cupcakes but they said we are not allowed to. Which is a terrible rule considering the fact that they don't honor cupcakes requests. &I paid for the kids to get juice boxes but they gave us Caprisuns. My daughter doesn't even drink Caprisuns I know that I SPECIFICALLY selected "Juice Box" as my kids drinks. They gave the wrong kids drinks. FOURTH PROBLEM: BAD QUALITY PARTY FOOD. All of our cheese pizza looked burnt and OVER COOKED. I tried eating some cheese pizza and it was overdone + very dry and lacked sauce. The soda they gave us was AWFUL. We bought two soda pitchers for the party and they forgot to add the syrup into the drinks and everyone said the soda was BAD. How embarrassing. It wasn't even real soda. FIFTH PROBLEM: MISSING PACKAGE ITEMS. Our package said we would be provided decorations. They gave us NO DECORATIONS, NOT EVEN BALLOONS. We were also told our guests would receive a $2 off the next visit pass and we did not receive those either! I asked the workers and they said they don't do that. Then WHY does my package I paid for say I am supposed to get that? What a RIPOFF. SIXTH PROBLEM: YOU GET KICKED OUT OF THE PARTY ROOM. Our time ran short FAST because they made us late with their unnecessary check in line and by the time we finish our set up we had to take it all down within 30-40minutes. Such a dumb rule. I asked our host to please announce nicely that the time in the room was done but someone decided to turn half the lights off in the room with people still inside! HOW RUDE is that?? Absolutely EMBARRASSING. SEVENTH PROBLEM: MISSING FOOD + DRINKS. We were required to tip our room attendant over $100 and I had to repeatedly ask for the things we had already paid for. Why aren't the party hosts given a list to help them coordinate properly? Luckily our host Adrian was actually super helpful! He helped us with all the missing items and he had a great attitude and was super helpful throughout the party. Adrian was a great listener and helped serve the kids with a big smile on his face. Adrian's service would have to be one of the ONLY positives of the party service here. read more

We decided to celebrate our son's 5th bday here after debating between Chuck E Cheese & Round 1. So glad we chose this place as the kids absolutely loved it. Everything with the planning went smoothly from start to end. Communication from the time we booked up til the week of was on point. I even liked that we could confirm details via text as I'm not always available to tall on the phone. Our party coordinator was Magaly. She paid great attention to detail and even placed napkins creatively in each cup rather than just stacking them in a pile. They were also able to accommodate our sons theme which was Storybots. 4 stars!! We got the ultimate plus party package and the party went pretty well! I took off 1 star because the restrooms were out of order. We were warned when they called to confirm final head count and food order that the restrooms were under repair and may or may not be fixed by the day of our party. It wasn't fixed yet and we had to use the restrooms in the mall/macys which was super inconvenient. Especially with younger kids who are busy having fun, sometimes they hold it til the last second and won't make it to the other restrooms. Things to note: 1) with this package, kids have unlimited play so they can come earlier if they want, kids get 2 slices of pizza and a juice pouch each, $5 game cards 2) you get 15 mins to set up. I didn't bring any decorations (I personally think it's just a waste of money) so it wasn't an issue for me, but might be for others who like to decorate 3) We had no problem with our food or drink orders. Everything came out when they said it would and the order was correct. We had about 28 kids, 42 adults as in addition to the package included food, I ordered 5 more pizzas, 2 chicken nugget platters, 2 fries platters, 3 fruit platters & 8 pitchers of drinks. This was more than enough food and I didn't worry about anyone being hungry. Pro tip, the chicken nuggets are actually really good! 4) The staff was helpful and our party host was super sweet and attentive. The owner answered all our questions in a timely manner. 5) I do wish we had longer in the room. Under the Ultimate Plus package, the website has a little "+" symbol with 1 hour and I interpreted that as this premium package has an added hour compared to the base packages but that was not the case. $200/additional hour is a little steep considering how much we're already paying. 5) Overall, the birthday boy, his friends and accompanying parents seemed to have a great time!
