I gave this place 2 stars because the restrooms are consistently out of service. Since this is a children's playground, having accessible bathrooms is essential. Young children often can't wait, and parents are forced to leave the facility and walk to nearby stores to find a restroom. This has been an ongoing issue for months, and it's simply not acceptable. I hope management addresses this problem as soon as possible to provide a better experience for families.

Took my family here for my little one's birthday. I love that this is a big place with lots of things to do, enough room and activities for big kids and little kids. I can see it being overly packed on the weekends so we went on a Tuesday night. I also liked that it's also one free adult per paid child so it's not like you're paying more than $100 bucks when you actually only have one or two kids jumping around. There is a time limit of about 2 hours and I felt this was more than enough time, they were exhausted after an hour and half. I was surprised at how much stuff they have such as a trampoline pole, climbing structures, and their slides are massive, so fast and scary even for a grown adult such as myself. But it's big enough for adults to climb if you have to follow your little one's around.

Website shows incorrect hours for Sunday. They do not close at 8:00pm.

mixed feelings about this place. we've been coming here probably for about a year. Pros: they sanitize & clean at the end of the night, entertaining for kids, great to get some energy out when it's raining outside Cons: there's only ONE bathroom. Apparently, when they have parties in the back room, you're not allowed to access it. The last time I used the restroom, it was out of toilet paper, soap, and seat covers. There was an unknown fluid on the floor, thankfully they provide some slippers for you to use. Posted hours on their website are wrong, and also on this yelp page. Tried to go on a Sunday, arrived a little before 7pm, found out they close at 7:30pm. It should be noted, their website allows you to purchase a two hour block from 6pm to 8pm... not sure why that's possible, if they truly close at 7:30pm. TL;DR: needs more than one bathroom, better maintenance / attention to supplies, parties in the back room = no access to the bathroom. Confusing hours - needs to be corrected on their website. Otherwise, a decent spot for kids to burn some energy.

I was very glad that there was a new play center in Oakridge. It was nice to have something to take my kids to and have them do something for an hour while I shop or something. The place is very clean and has many different activities and sections for the kids. My main complaint when I visited was that during a busy weekend, they close off their bathroom for private parties which doesn't make sense to me because then you have to leave to use the restroom in the mall or target. I had to grab my daughter with a stinky diaper and walk all the way to another restaurant while she was thrashing her arms telling me she didn't want to leave. What a fake out. I think they're policy needs to change when it comes to that.

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Jolly Roger Land!!! With her constant requests, we try to make it a habit of visiting Jolly Roger Land at least once every 3-4 weeks. This indoor play center includes a huge play structure to climb, crawl, and slide. There is a ball pit where you can juggle, enjoy a game of toss, and submerge yourself in a "swim". If all else fails, enjoy the trampoline and the limited arcade. Socks are required to enjoy the establishment. Should you need, socks are available for purchase. A waiver must be signed and an adult supervision is a must. Be advised that weekday visits are going to save you a few bucks and it will absolutely spare you from the large crowds- highly recommended if you can make it work. 4 stars overall. Our visits have only been for 'open play' and the pricing is extremely affordable. I appreciate the business prioritizing sanitation.

New indoor children' s play place in Oakridge mall! Jolly Roger Land is located near Target & GameStop. I took my 21-month old son here and he enjoyed it so much. I took him on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded. I really appreciate the staff organizing and cleaning the place often while we were there. Definitely better than Luv 2 Play at Eastridge. It was easy to sign the waiver and pay online. You can also pay in-person if that's what you prefer. :) loved the trampolines and slides here. There's also a massage chair that parents can use while the kid(s) play.

Don't even bother ! Bathrooms are always out of service or when they have bday parties you can't use them! Super annoying when you have a toddler that can't hold it to get to targets bathrooms.

Finally open!! Been waiting forever. It's so great because everything is new, so you (hopefully) shouldn't have to worry about the cesspool of germs indoor play spaces like this generally harbor. And actually when we were there I saw the employee go around sanitizing random things at one point which was reassuring. It was great to come during the lunch hour on a Thursday as it was pretty empty. Usually in these types of spaces I'm afraid of my toddler getting trampled by bigger kids. There's a good sized play structure, different areas for different ages with for example smaller vs taller slides , ride on toys, a few arcade games, ball pit, a trampoline area. Can really keep a kid occupied for hours! My little one didn't want to leave. It is quite pricey though. $19 for an hour. I was hoping to get membership so we could come more often but the membership is quite expensive and not worth it unless you go two or more times a week.

An indoor play space for kids of all ages! There's multiple zones areas such as a ball pit, interactive screen games, trampolines, a maze, and slides. You can host a party and bring your own catered food. It's located inside of the mall, right near Target and Loving Hut.

    Changing Table- fell

I've been here a few times over the past couple years- they have always only had one working bathroom. The play area is great for kids and sanitized regularly. However my last visit on Wednesday this week, I was changing my 15 month old in the one working rest room, located behind an employees only area, leading to a storage room. The changing table fell off the wall as I was changing him. Luckily I caught him before he hit the ground. It was a very traumatic experience for us both, the loud noise of the table hitting the ground shook him up for a while. The employee working called the owner while I was gathering my things to leave the restroom and he just said he would be there tomorrow to fix it- didn't ask if anyone was injured. I found this odd. Also nobody filed an incident report.

This place is great for kids around 4-7 years of age. They offer a variety of games, play areas, and apparatuses to entertain kids that like to jump, throw, swing, climb, and shoot. The space was clean and was not crowded on a weekday. The workers clean and wipe the area intermittently. Prices are less expensive during the weekday and they have cubbies to store shoes.. They require clean socks that you can bring from home. A waiver must be completed prior to entry. One adult enters free with one paid child.

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

I think if they put a fresh coat of paint on things or maybe invested in some newer toys this place would be 5 stars. With that being said, even in its current state it's still worthwhile coming if you have small children!

We met with the manager prior to the birthday for a walkthrough of the party space, and we coordinated our group going from our party to the Lego movie after the party. I had a million questions as a detailed planner and the team were incredibly efficient at answering all of my pre questions so that I could ensure my guests had all if the information upon arrival. Ultimately, we had a 5 star experience. This is an excellent venue because your group is together for the party and then everyone can free play and explore for as long as they want afterwards. It was so delightful to see all of the kids and parents engaged in their activities of choice when the party room ended. We learned that all of our guests had a blast and many kids are still talking about our son's party to this day. This is on par price wise for the jumping birthday places, so we felt like we had a unique and fun birthday experience for about the same price as we would have paid for the standard jump birthday. We've been to 4 birthday's at the same jump house business this year, so we loved mixing it up for our guests. The facility is awesome, staff are super friendly and the experience is wonderful! Pros: - Length of time / it's an all-day camp from 8:30-3:30. - Variety of activities / they stay indoors most of the day either playing in the play structure area or in the party room doing arts and crafts. However, they also have a designated area in the spacious parking lot to do activities as well so the kids do get fresh air outside. - Staff / the camp counselors are AWESOME! Super patient, friendly, and sweet to the kids. Ms. Yadira, Zoe, and Jojo need a raise. They were SO good to the kids! - Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up line / except for the first day of camp, you can use the drive-thru line for the rest of the week. Very convenient, safe, and fast since there's one staff member with the sign-out sheet and another staff member helps with loading or unloading the kids. - Communication / prior to camp, we received a detailed email that included information on timing, activities, and themes for the week. We knew exactly what to expect each day. - Photo privacy / they take photos and videos to post to their social media accounts, but if you want to opt your kids out, they honor that easily. - Snacks / two snacks were provided each day, but you bring your own lunch from home Cons: Can't think of any! This camp may not be right for older kids (the pre-teens), but for the littles, it was very fun. Highly recommend!

They had 3 people on staff for our party. I brought balloons, snacks, drinks, cupcakes and colorful tablecloths. I wheeled in my items from the car, dropped them off at the front with the team, and they literally did the rest. Super turn-key. The first portion is play time and then you move to the party room for snacks and cake. You can also have some snacks laid out in the front part of the play area. The party room is in the back and I had meant to go in and give them some basic set-up directions prior to us going in, but totally forgot. I ran into the room while folks were already filing in as I hadn't even viewed the room, yet, and it looked amazing! They had laid out all the snacks and drinks; they supplied plates, napkins, basic party tablecloths and a royal birthday chair and birthday banner. I didn't even have cake stands so brought a few plates from home to display the cupcakes, but they had some cute cake stands and took it upon themselves to beautifully display them! Far better than what I would have done! They even took it upon themselves to move the balloons from spot to spot as the party migrated - whatever looked the best! Then they helped pack up the leftovers and clean everything. Easy peasy. They do include 18% gratuity, but with the amount of mental load they took off my plate, it was 100% worth it. And of course, the kids loved it! The only thing I wish they had was a bit longer play time option. The kids LOVED playing and wanted more! The venue and level of service is truly exceptional! The team at Peek-a-Boo in San Francisco are true pros, with a level of customer service that totally surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Peek-a-boo Factory Team!

Located in the local & city combo vibed Geary neighborhood in San Francisco, Peek-a-Boo packs a lot into a well organized kids space. Although it has limited seating, the entry way contains some retro distraction as you wait to be let into the main play area where your party time begins - those coin operated machines from the 80's that you win a prize from when you turn the slot with 2-4 quarters. My nephew & I played two. Then as his friends and their parents started arriving, it was the official time for his party start time and so our family could walk through the locked gate into the kids world of swings, slides, climbing walls, and colorful tunnels and passageways. For an estimated 90 minutes, about 20 kids ran through the time of their lives as their parents and Auntie looked on in awe haha! A face painter was also setup on one side of that main room who painted next level and intricate animal, tribal, and celestial themed designs on some of the kids' faces while the others played. When the clock ticked to a certain time, the staff made an announcement to head towards the back party room for pizza, cupcakes, and presents. (My brother chose the food options and arranged for them to be delivered ahead of time.) The staff had setup the room perfectly, with a happy birthday banner over the cupcakes on the middle table, then little tables setup on both sides of that table with snacks, drinks, pizza, goodie bags, and long tables setup in the middle for the kiddos to sit at comfortably as they entered the room. Then the staff served them pizza. It was a sweet time - filled with laughter, smiles, birthday song, and full bellies. What a wonderful Sunday afternoon of childhood bliss!

We did the party package where you had play time in the playground, then time in party room, then arcade. We chose last time slot on a Saturday I think. Since the play time is timed I'd recommend warning all your guests about it and have them arrive early. We sent all the parents a schedule and heads up so things could run super smooth and the kids could enjoy every minute of play time. Parking is very limited since it's a super small lot and there's a party ahead of you too. The host family has a reserved parking spot out front but our guests definitely need to just find street parking, they came early and seemed to find parking fine. Staff will collect bday gifts in a cart which is super helpful. The indoor play structure is super big and spacious and has a toddler area too. A big kids track with basketball like area with soft balls is right next to play area and had some areas for adults to sit. Adults can chill upstairs in the lounge area too. Play area is gated. You have option to have staff lead the kids in a series of games at the track area which is great way to get the entire party together at end of play time which my daughter loved. Afterwards the kids line up n wash hands n everyone is led upstairs to the party room. The party room is like jungle safari theme decorated painted on the walls. Space is a bit tight/cramped but good air flow and fine. Staff will walk around serving the kids food which is great. Everyone can eat and enjoy without the adults spending time to serve and feed the kids. Afterwards we went down to arcade room and played and you get tickets and redeem for prize. Everyone was able to walk away with a prize which is perfect. Only downside is it gets hot. "Arcade area definitely needs a remodel with AC or at minimum very good fans. I would suggest the owners to highly consider this as it's a bit run down looking compared to the rest of the facility". But even if a remodel is not done, the arcade area is good as is. Maybe buying a few portable fans to hand out to the few guests who might overheat is good enough. Guests had so much fun !! and we got a lot compliments how well run everything was !! They have a food vendor which was perfect too. We plan to have our daughter's 7th bday here again this year as we can't find a better venue that can be so spacious and run so well. Definitely 5 stars. At end of the night, the staff loaded our car with gifts, leftover food. For us, the less work the better so we can actually enjoy the party while hosting. Thank you so much to all the staff and for leading that game time too.
