DONT COME HERE EVER!!!! These people are terible they are very rude and very disrespectful. I came here two weeks ago to get my nails done and they look TERRIBLE AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE. The nails were really wide and i could not see my skin and it looked like i had worn them for years. when i told her to fix something she wouldn't do it. Then!!!! I came back 3 days later to get them fixed and they charged me 18 more dollars because i "changed the color" but they would have to do that anyways. And they were SUPER THIN. About 3 days later i noticed cracks forming in the sides and so they fell of. I came back about a week later to tell them this and the lady was very rude she kept telling me to be quiet and let her talk. They were saying very rude things and it was not mature. They ended up telling me that i couldn't get a refund and i had to pay even more to fix the mistakes THEY made. I don't see how that's fair. I had to pay 75$! TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES! WHAT!? I've been to plenty of salons around the valley, and this is by far my worst experience. We were ignored after we walked in. After we finally got taken back, my water was okay but my friend needed hotter water. She had to wait for the guy to come back from his smoke break (he reeked of smoke) before he could take care of her. He adjusted the water without paying attention to my friend, so it was super hot. My lady was trying to file my nails and made a video call at the same time, but at least that was short. My friends guy constantly was snorting, like he was very sick, and wiping his nose on his arm. I got toe separators and flip flops, while my friend had to ask for flip flops 10 minutes after he was done with her toes and she never did get the toe separators. There was no customer service at all. Everyone who didn't have a client disappeared in the back room after they were done with us. I'll go anywhere else next time. read more

Nice place to come to get nail and the eyelashes done. I like to get the eyelashes extensions but my eyes so sensitive, it really hard for me to find the person can do that without any problem for my eyes. But I'm so lucky when I found Tiffany, she so talented and take time to make sure I felt ok when she put lashes on my eyes. Got my lashes done and it amazing. Stopped in and thought I'd give this place a try. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, $35, which did not disappoint! The man massaged my legs so well during the scrub and clay mask on my legs while my feet had the hot wax on them. They took their time but also didn't waste time. Massage chair was great. Consistently good work! Every nail tech is professional and I've been going there over a year. Pricing is higher than I'm used to, so get the price nailed down before service. I've had sticker shock a couple of times. But you get quality work and they try hard to take walk ins. During Covid they require masks take everyone's temp. Super clean and wonderful spa music to relax instead of an annoying tv. Love it! read more

They did not offer the services advertised and did not assign someone capable of doing a simple design. She actually would not do the color my daughter wanted saying another color would look better. It looked awful. Also my acrylic tip is stuck to my skin and very painful and my nail beds hurt. I received no lotion with my manicure and it was very pricey. What a disappointment. read more

I love this place and especially love Tiffany. I do volume lash extensions and she is very precise and fast! I get tons of compliments. She's understanding too. No judgement when I've had a rough few weeks and go back with missing lashes because I've picked them off. Tiffany is amazing and you can tell she has a lot of experience doing eyelash extensions, which is super important. I went to get a mani /pedi today. I was cut by the tech on my toes and nails. The tech did not know the price and there was no list so I did not know what was included in deluxe pedi. The tech Was inexperienced and did not do a good job! I had been there once before the Covid and Vin the manager did such a good job that I could not wait to back when things opened back up. I told then before I paid that the tech cut me so they took $5.00 off but I think they should have done more considering I was cut and the total was $50. The last visit they gave cash discounts but they have stopped doing that now. I might go back one more time and ask Vin to do my services as he did such a fantastic job the first time.
