They went above and beyond with looking for part that possibly was left behind at their tow yard initially they thought they did not have the part, but called us back to tell us they had found it. Completely shocked. My 16 year old was in an accident on 8/2/24. The tow company arrived. I was on my daughter's speaker phone. I am the owner of the car she was driving. I asked for it to be driven to a collision center. I was told no. I said we have Allstate full coverage and had a claim number. We also had AAA towing. They said my 16 year old had to pay them $400 to tow it anywhere other than their yard. The next day I went t to get her property. The drivers were nice, no issues. Gave my info to them. I let the tow issue the day before go. I was in communications with them and Allstate. Completed a letter for both companies with the claim info, collision place I wanted the car taken to, and a release signed. Five days after my daughter's accident, 8/7/24, the tow company placed a lien on her car. I received the letter from I-lien on 8/12/24 dated 8/7/24. I have contacted our insurance, the tow company, the attorney for our daughter, the BBB, and I-lien this evening. Pending a response from all. Such unnecessary BS. Do not use this company. Especially if you have children or are a female driver. They will take advantage. read more

I was recently involved in a vehicle collision. I immediately requested for a local towing company. Four corners towing showed up right away. The driver was very kind & helpful. I wanted to provide my AAA member Id/info in order for them to bill for services. The driver kindly explain they are not contracted through them. I figure since normally you need to contact the customer support line. CHP required my vehicle moved right away since it was considered a road hazard. Vehicle was immediately moved and towed to a safe location. I am Very happy for the AWESOME service!! read more

Calvin at Four Corners Towing just saved our vacation. Rain turned dirt into mud as we pulled off the side of the road to see the ocean at Avila beach. Even with our off road 4runner we still got stuck in a mud puddle. Triple A came and went in two hours without help. Made a call to this amazingly friendly, courteous, and understanding man named Calvin, he let us know not to worry and he would be there soon as he got his mud boots on. 20 mins later he showed up in a huge 2WD truck and winched us out with no problem. GF was crying, both of us covered in mud, and all we wanted to do was get home to our family for the holidays. I cannot thank these amazing people enough for their help tonight. Our 30' RV broke down and needed towed. Too notch service! The Grover Beach location was unable to come so the Santa Maria location drove up and got us off the freeway and to repair shop at a great price for such a large vehicle. Four Corners Towing released our totaled car to the insurance company without our permission. They agreed to not release it until my daughter could retrieve her books and other personal possessions but they released it before she could retrieve them. We did not even receive a phone call a phone call from these inconsiderate people before they allowed it to be shipped to a distant city. College books are very expensive but they don't care. Rude and illegal. Avoid this place. read more

I was hit by a minor driver. Who's first comment was "thanks for being so nice, the guy I hit last month was mean and yelled at me". In any case, since it was an accident and my car was in-operable I could not use AAA acording to the highway patrol and had to use a towing service. Four Corners towing showed up, asked for the keys and said I could pick it up in Santa Maria when I got the accident report. Well..... Since it's a two hour round trip to Santa Maria I called and called and called for almost two weeks. Not open on the weekends when I'm off work. So after almost two weeks of answering service, answering machines and no calls back I finally get a hold of some one in Santa Maria. No record of my car being there. So, I finally find it in Grover Beach and its 1600.00 to get it back. The car was maybe worth 800.00. The person I spoke to said they would call Ray Lopez (the owner) and ask for a break. I never even received a return call. I called one last time and they said. Oh, yeah Ray says the fees stand and we already started the lien process. I guess nice guys finish last. Well this nice guy wishes Ray Lopez and the sneaky tow truck driver pay more than their legal car theivery ever gained them. Fortunately for me I deal with the public every day and will be sure to let everyone know for the rest of my life Ray Lopez is a piece of s**t crook. read more
