There is very limited seating outside with tables available for people to eat their breakfast/lunch/brunch/snack, with a handful of chairs for people to sit at the inside counter against the clear windows while watching people go through the lobby, or people can sit in the lobby. The employees who run this cafe/convenience store are very welcoming, nice, quick and efficient. Tower Cafe makes various types of hot rice bowls that contain different proteins, and are very delicious. They also have various types of sandwiches that you can eat cold or they can heat them up for you. Various types of salads are on the menu, as are a few other items. My favorite items are the rice bowls, the chicken sandwich and the tuna sandwich on a croissant. The convenience store section of this restaurant is stocked with a lot of different snacks and drinks, and many other items that would be perfect for people on business travel. Prices tend to be higher than average for convenience store items.
