Love this place! Especially on Fridays when they have a DJ come in around 11am to add to the vibes. There are plenty of outlets and I never have issues with the WiFi. The breakfast dishes are delicious and the pastries are always so fresh. The only thing I'd add to make it perfect would be signage (or more if I missed it) letting patrons know to clear their own dishes and where to put them. The baristas are hardworking and busy (shoutout to them all), and sometimes the duty ends up falling on another patron to clean up dishes that weren't theirs. I assume people just don't know. First time that I came, it was for their OOO event that take place in Friday. It had a cozy vibe but it can get packed quick. More of a space to network, catch up, or catch a vibe but no so much for actually co-working/studying. I do like their lattes, very good. Not a fan of the matcha. This is a great local coffee shop. It was crowded for a Friday late morning but the drinks came out quickly and were good, although on the pricy side. They had both indoor and outdoor seating, with music playing in both. In not sure the typical volume at this place but at the time we went, they had a DJ performing. I don't work remotely as often as I used to, but when I do I like to find a coffee shop to work from. I stumbled on Peoples Town Coffee Bar and what a gem it was. Let's get into it! Location and Parking They are located right off University at the bottom of an apartment building. There is plenty of free street parking as well as a lot on the side of the building. Venue and Atmosphere There is ample seating both inside and outside. It was a bit on the windy side when I stopped in so I sat inside. The decor is cozy with table as well as bar seating, and even some couches. Food and drinks I had the lox bagel and the orange caramel latte. You can never go wrong with a lox bagel, and adding pickled onions to it? Amazing. Because I like my coffee to be more sweet than coffee I added extra caramel syrup in mine and it was really great. Service Food and coffee both came out in good time, and the staff was friendly. Verdict Good food and good coffee will always be a winner for me. Peopletowns Coffee has both, which is a winner. Finally got to visit this coffee when I was on a walk with my husband and dogs. Easily accessible from the Beltline, which is perfect once this portion is paved. Tons of street parking and looks to have a private lot behind ad well. It is located at the bottom of an apartment building. It was plenty spacious and loved the bar area. They also serve wine, sandwiches in the afternoon. I ordered a 16 oz lavender latte ($6.75) with almond milk (forgot how much this was) plus 20% tip, which cost me $10. Yeah it's quite pricey but isn't everything else nowadays? Pick up was at the bar area outside. Overall, cool place and would love to actually enjoy the ambiance one of these days. read more

Fantastic chai tea latte, bold and unapologetically spiced. Easily one of the best I've had in the U.S. The interior strikes a great balance: calm, comfortable, and refreshingly free of loud music. My hairstylist recommended this coffee bar to try after one of my appointments and I'm glad I did! I ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with a London fog latte, and both were delicious! I cannot tell you the last time I went somewhere that actually offered other meat alternatives such as turkey bacon, as well as made it with scrambled eggs opposed to the egg patty most places serve. And at other places, depending on the barista, the London fog is usually a hit or miss. Maybe I'm not hip to many quality coffee shops in the city, because I'm usually not this impressed. The inside is bigger than I thought. I ordered the Seasonal Ginger Latte and it is the absolute best! I waited quite a bit for my order but the barista checked in with me and made sure I was taken care of. I also tried the Cold Brew, Lavender Latte, and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bagel. Great customer service. When I walked in there was a book club meeting going on so the wait was longer than I'd expected and there was no seats available. I wasn't a fan of the drink I had gotten. People's Town coffee bar is in a new developed part of Atlanta , with new homes and apartments being bulrit along with yoga facilities such as Dancing Dogs yoga and Sacred Yoga if you want to grab coffee then yoga or the other way around. So Zach who is one of the owners was kind enough to chat with me while making my mocha with Valrhona chocolate , very gourmet, a little tidbit about me volunteer at the Northwest chocolate festival so I have become somewhat of a chocolate snob and this is gourmet chocolate!! Came here on their 3rd day open. The opening of this coffee shop has been much anticipated by the neighborhood, and it did not disappoint. The staff and owners are so nice, Wi-Fi is high-speed which, along with its ample seating options across about 10 tables, 2 counters with chairs, and a large sofa, make Peoples Town Coffee a great spot for remote work. The shop is clean, great lighting, and an overall good vibe. Their outdoor space was closed due to the rain, but plenty of seating inside. The location is more of an up-and-coming part of Atlanta, right next to the Beltline. In a few years this will be a great location. read more

I was visiting Atlanta for the weekend, and stopped here! Staff was so friendly and warm I had a double espresso and a drip coffee, and my friend ordered the seasonal spiced maple latte iced with oat milk. The espresso was well dialed! Best shot I've had in a long time, and definitely the best I had in Atlanta during my trip. I neglected to ask what coffee was on the bar, but it was sweet and delicate with a little bit of fruit on the back end/aftertaste. Loved it! The drip was so good too! I love when a shop cares enough to get the flavor correct on drip coffee. It's a little bit of effort that goes a long way The iced spiced maple latte, that I stole a few sips of was also amazing.
