The food and drinks came out fast. The taiyaki was awesome in Nutella and Oreo - we ended up ordering 2 more. Dirty milk tea was also chef's kiss! My friends ordered a strawberry drink and the taro drink, and did have some complaints that it was overly sweet at 50% sweetness (shop recommended) - also if you have a texture sensitive, just note that the strawberry drink is much thicker than thin liquid and almost has a yogurty texture.

I got an espresso instead, and I noticed that Melt also offers macaron ice cream sandwiches in a cooler, and packaged cookies and cakes. They also have matcha and smoothies. I really love the interior of Melt. It's decorated calming and trendy, and there's a large outdoor patio that is completely fenced and reminded me of a Biergarten. They also offer some simple board games and books for entertainment. I really wish I liked the ice cream better here to enjoy this open-late hangout spot.

They like the decorations and how pretty the windows look. After the 3rd try, no thanks. I tell the kids no and we go to Beth Marie's or Braums. They told my kid that had cherries and could put one on top of her ice cream. Next week a different employee said they can't do that. The third try took 15 min to give us a "chocolate ice cream cup with fudge and strawberries on top". This order wasn't very good, the fudge was too thick and it was like a hard sauce with strawberries from a can. It was barely half of the cup and didn't look pretty, didn't taste good and she couldn't even finish it. My order was a Kit Kat shake. The picture on the menu looked pretty with whipped cream on top with Kit Kats sticking out. What I got was a small shake, nothing on top, and very dense which made it hard to drink through a straw. The environment is clean but very quiet, usually we were the only ones in there, no music or tv playing. You want to leave!

I just wish I could have gotten a refund, you can't just serve people foul tasting drinks and not offer a refund when they're dissatisfied. I had already left by the time I tasted the drink but the least they could do was offer some store credit or something. It doesn't really matter, I'm not coming back. I couldn't even drink it, I just feel so disappointed. Come here if you want bad customer service and to waste your money.
