OMG!! I regretted trying this place so late! Loved loved loved this place!! You can basically choose whichever frozen yogurt you like.. you can mix and match and choose a variety of flavors to try.. and you can then choose the toppings that you want and then pay the price based on the weight of the frozen yogurt! We chose a variety of flavors too including chocolate vanilla swirl, cookies and cream, strawberry, strawberry mango sorbet, and vanilla. They also had a variety of toppings... we added brownie, cookies, mnms, chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries! I just loved the holiday cup! Well, yogurtland has gone way down hill. Let me tell you, it used to be amazing and affordable. Now, it's eight bucks for a small and most flavors are out of stock(half the machines were out of order on our visit!) Next, why did I take the time to leave this review? Because how am I supposed to know what flavor I can get, without having a sample cup? They don't offer them anymore. So we guessed and got the basics, which stinks, maybe we wanted to try something new? Guess we can't do that anymore. Lastly, after telling me that they don't do sample cups anymore, the employee looked up and smiled as the nice friendly iPad asked me to leave a 15% tip... When the employee did nothing, not even provide me and my wife some sample cups. Ha. Eye contact, smile, and hit that skip button. Maybe I'll be back in a year. Maybe they will be bankrupt. This is the only Yogurtland location we go to! Owners are so on top keeping this place clean!! Frozen yogurt stations are always wiped down, and toppings are kept tidy as well. Sorry don't recommend this place. You get Yogurtland everywhere so they taste and look the same. No surprises there. But the discount of my ratings comes from the poor customer service. The kid behind counter jokes around with another worker and never looked like he was here to serve. Then when we asked if we could have sample size cups he laughed and said "we don't do it here". My favorite frozen yogurt store ever. Yogurtland has been a staple in my life since I was a teenager and it first opened 18 years ago for many reasons 1. The prices have always been better than their competitors. While it is definitely more expensive now than in 2006, I still feel like I'm able to get a good amount for my dollar here but not always at other places I visit. 2. The toppings have always been top notch and I love that they usually have a few extra ones you don't typically find everywhere like jelly boba balls (not sure the actual name). 3. The yogurt is by far and away the best quality of all the places I've been, which is what really keeps me coming back. Not only are the flavors absolutely amazing but the consistency of the yogurt is kept perfect. If you come here you should definitely try the plain tart. It is insanely delicious and you might just fill your whole cup with it. Other favorites of mine are the red velvet batter and the cheesecake. Sometimes I do miss the frozen yogurt craze that happened about a decade ago. I'm so sad that there aren't many frozen yogurt spots left in general, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a Yogurtland here. Compared to inflation, the price didn't increase as much as I thought. I remember froyo was usually 45-49 cents per ounce. It is currently 56 cents and ounce. My favorite flavor has always been and will be original tart and I was able to get a good bit along with the toppings. I don't know if it was due to COVID or policy change, but they do not provide sample cups anymore. Some of my favorite toppings are mochi, popping boba, and fresh strawberries. My total came out to around $4.50 which was more than reasonable for a dessert. It tasted great! I don't always crave froyo but when I do, I love the refreshing taste it has. I hope a 2.0 revival trend comes back because froyo is still some of the best desserte out there! read more

I went here right around 11 and asked if I could have one of the limited edition Nintendo spoon, and the employee there told me I had to buy something. Fine by me, but then she said I was only allowed one spoon per cup of yogurt. No thank you, and she didn't even ask me if I wanted sample cups. I've been collecting yogurtland spoons since 2011 and I've never heard of such things as paying for yogurt in order to get the spoons or that you have to buy multiple cups of yogurt in order to get more than one spoon. Every time I go to yogurtland I would share it with my kids and we were allowed to take as many spoons as we wanted to for one cup of yogurt. I went around many yogurtlands and have asked them multiple times if I had to pay or buy something in order to get the spoons and they've all said no. Actually, I think it's just the employee of this place because I've talked to the manager before and he would give me the spoons whenever I asked for it. I went here around beginning of July and asked for two spoons, and he gave it to me. Without the necessary of a purchase. So I am not sure why this woman decided to make her own rules. If y'all are wondering why I'm going all over the place or many times a month: it's because a new spoon comes out at different times and different yogurtlands have different designs. This one had Luigi, Mario and Peach today. Most yogurtland does not have peach anymore since Luigi just came out and they're replaced the spoons. They have it here and she was the one I needed. I also need bowser since I was procrastinating and ended up missing my chance of getting one. Overall, the yogurt here is the best location. It's one of the original or is it the original? I forgot. This place is always packed. That should tell you something. There is an awesome assortment of flavors, large selection of toppings and the place is usually pretty clean. Parking is a mofo in that area because of all the shops. They offer special, limited flavors every so often to entertain (which are alwasy good!). PLEASE BRING BACK RED VELVET!! We used to come here a lot, when they first opened 3 years ago. This location was super crowded and set off a lot of interests in yogurt store openings across DFW. I like that they have lots of different toppings (unusual back then - common these days) and they provide better quality froyo. I love their pistachio flavor yogurt. I love, love, love, love Yogurtland. LOVE. You may not understand what the big deal is about frozen yogurt - but let me tell you, this is not like the frozen yogurt craze of the 1970s and 1980s. My favorite is still the plain tart, but I'm amazed at the other flavors and they rotate some of the flavors regularly. You pay by the weight - so you only pay for what you want. Tasting cups available on request - although they started having them up at the front to help yourself which is nice. Great add-ons ranging from pure junkfood (oreos, gummy bears, broken pieces or Reese's peanut butter cups, white chocolate syrup, etc.) to fresh fruit like kiwi, strawberries, blackberries, and other healthy add-ons such as sliced roasted almonds and shredded coconut. This location replaced their strawberry pop boba with some other flavor that tastes a bit like medicine, which is disappointing. That was the only 'junk' I liked to put on my yogurt other than the fresh fruit and almonds. Something for everyone here.
