Awful service!!!! Very unprofessional and rude. This has happened before, but this is the worst that's it's been for me. Me and my friends started by walking in where we were greeted with very rude stairs like we did not belong there because we were interrupting their middle school hangout. Not only were there a ton of people in there just staring at us, but they were behind the counter when they quite obviously did not work there and were playing around with the food. It was very unsanitary. When they were closing up shop, they loudly yelled "CLOSED" and immediately turned off all lights. All customers were forced to leave except for the 10 friends of the maybe 1 very unprofessional "employee". When we left, I was taking pictures because this is the worst experience I've had here and trust me I go her a lot lol and this isn't the first time this has happened with this group. When I was taking these pictures the worker blocked the door so I couldn't take pictures of him and his friends past closing hours and he proceeded to call me "special needs". Visited FroYo Joe's on a Monday evening to celebrate with our family. It was pretty crowded for a Monday evening. They have a good spread of fro-yo including a few dairy free and low fat options and over 30 varieties of toppings, everything from popping bobas to cheese cake and Oreo cookies. The booths are pretty comfy to sit on, but the table was too small. It wasn't close enough to the wall. I took a mix of yellow cake batter and birthday cake and chocolate. Pretty good the California tart was awesome too. The service was great because I got to serve myself, lol. The line was a little bit long so we had to wait but otherwise it was pretty decent and the froyo was good. I have had better fro yo, so not the best but for what's available this is good. Superrrrrrr unprofessional establishment. I went there with my friends about 30 minutes before closing and right as we walked in we were greeted with complete silence and stairs from about 10 or 13 people who looked all to be about 14-15 year olds. The silence and stairs continued for an uncomfortable amount of time. Very rude stares and all we're doing is just waking in? They proceeded to start talking about how someone was "coming back" and me and my friends noticed there is also a Yelp review posted one hour ago about how the same people gave another woman horrible treatment and called her racial slurs. I'm assuming this is the person they were talking about and they said that they were going to chase that person. I was the only one out of my friends that was getting yogurt and when I was ready to pay, I had to wait for about a minute to get service. When they saw that I was waiting and interrupting their conversation, one of them looked to one of their friends and said should I get her? And then proceeded to give me a blank stare and Ring me up.. I noticed how in the other women's review they said that the kids were ringing her up wrong so they very well could have rung me up wrong as well. No one was wearing any identification whatsoever. No one had on a Frio Joe's shirt. No one had a name tag so I have no idea who is a worker and who wasn't. Me and my friends love going here, but I've been avoiding it recently because in the past year, the only people that seem to work there are extremely rude middle schoolers. When it was getting close to closing, it was around 9:59 and they just turned off all the lights and yelled "we're closed" in a really rude tone. No warning whatsoever just told us to get out so they can continue. They're a little hangout. When we got out, we immediately started talking about how bad that experience was and then we decided that we wanted to take pictures of them because we were so dissatisfied. When we were going back to take pictures of the employee, we got in front of the door and then one of the kids was blocking our view so we couldn't take a picture of them and then proceeded to call say " are you guys special-needs or something?" I really like going here, but I have been extremely annoyed the past few times that I've been here and I know some of my other friends have felt the same way. This is a lovely shop and we truly do love going here, but it's truly insufferable with the people that work there. I really hope the owners of this shop fire these people because it's beginning to be every single time I go there it's just unexperienced and rude middle schoolers. read more

We LOVE this froyo place! Locally owned and operated, we stop in here as much as we can. They have an awesome selection of froyo flavors and soo many different toppings. They also offer shaved ice, hot cocoa, chocolate dipped fruits, and a variety of other things. The staff is always super nice and helpful. For Covid they require masks to be worn inside and you still get your own froyo but they do the topping scooping for you- you tell them how much you want. I actually really like this change, I felt very safe stopping in here and I appreciate that. If you're looking for some froyo, you can't go wrong with Froyo Joe's! read more

when we walked in on a sunday afternoon, we get our froyo, and go up to the front to pay. as we are paying, THE ONLY EMPLOYEE first sneezed into his hands, then he proceeded to take his neck sleeve and blow his nose (not to mention hard core). after he did that he gave us our spoons, WITH HIS GROSS SNOT FILLED HANDS! then he took a rag and wiped down everything in the store. this is flat out disgusting. the fact that there were other people that witnessed this happening and didn't have the gut to say anything is sad. someone needs to fix this now. read more

Some flavors are low fat, reduced fat, non-fat, all natural, no sugar added, etc. My fav after going several times and trying different flavors is still the Candy Bar Crunch reduced fat gelato.
