This is our first time here at the dealer. We were here just because we really want to buy the 2023 GMC Acadia and this is the only one dealer has the brand new one with super good deal! We were greeted by Mo, and that's the good start! He is super nice, friendly and helpful! He helps us going through all the things, tell us lots of good stories about his life! We not only buy the excellent car but also learn lots of good things. The second person I need to mention is Calvin! We can't have enough words to say thank you to him! He's awesome and super duper helpful! If we were not meet him, we don't think we cannot make it to the end! This is the best dealer we've been to! We have really good experiences here and just don't know how to express enough our gratitude to Mo and Calvin! Thank you

random fees ?!?!

Leo helped me today on the phone and in person, this is my very first time buying a car especially by myself on my own! I am very VERY dissatisfied because the pricing online did not reflect the final sales price! He even said we would honor the online price and he did not. There were random charges for "door guards" and "serial etching" which apparently is what they charge for "every car they sell" and it costed and additional 800$ for a sticker. that was NOT listed on the car and when he went outside to prove it was it was not, yet still tried to charge me for them. This dealer ship has broken doors and a leaky ceiling honestly I should have been an easy same day sale yet all of these sneaky prices are crazy too me! And I walked RAN ACTUALLY lol

If you're looking for friendly, or even DECENT customer service don't come here. I absolutely hate and avoid leaving negative reviews unless it's REALLY bad. I went in for my first oil change at this location and i left within 5 minutes of waiting in the waiting area.. when i first arrived there was an older Spanish speaking woman that told me she'd been waiting there for some time and nobody has come to the front. We both went to go look for help. A very nice mechanic came out from the back and told us the man at the front desk was gone. he proceeded to make small talk and was very polite! He waited with us until the man got there. i believe Michael was this man's name, not quite sure. he was so rude, he kept saying "it's my lucky day" and sighing when he had to help multiple people at once. Then said it again when he asked me if it was my first time getting serviced there, i said yes and he said "wow it's really my lucky day, I'm going to have to sign you up" complete silence because....do you not work here? he had so much attitude towards the spanish speaking woman. It seemed like it was a burden to help us out, especially her. Once we were in the waiting room, he comes out to tell the other woman that her oil change wouldn't be free ( for whatever reason) then the woman calls her husband and he mentions that the first oil change is free. The man gives her attitude and says the car has x amount of miles and it should've been brought it a long time ago. The woman then tells me in Spanish that they bought the car with miles in it already, they didn't put x amount of miles in themselves. The man then says "i guess we can do it". While this was all happening in the waiting area, one of his coworkers passes by rolling his eyes and making a face at him as if to say we were a burden, i instantly asked for my keys and said i'm no longer getting serviced here today. as he's getting my keys he says " will you be rescheduling?" i said "probably not" and he LAUGHS. and says "well i'm sorry" soo not genuine. I said, "i hope your day gets better" and left.. This is exactly why i went to salinas GMC to buy my car, and this is why i'll be traveling to salinas to get my vehicle serviced as well.

I'm not sure how much of difference it's going to make. BUUUTTT...my experience with this place was beyond amazing!!! ERIK Gonzales helped me with my purchase and listened to me as a mom of 3. Not only was I a first time buyer but he assured me..."Don't be afraid to say no" i was scared. This is a big move for a single mom! But, he showed me, my price range and made me comfortable and confident in my decision. The whole team made me feel welcome and not ashamed of my budget! Benjamin the man who took my money and made me some amazing deals was very g I can't thank you both enough for helping me make the right decision for my family and I.

Be sure to read the fine print. They will try to weasel in and out of everything. I would not buy another vehicle from them.

He was in contact with Ivan, and he was told to come in to put down the deposit instead of online. I realized why. They wanted to haggle us on the price. They marked it up from MSRP - up to $73,000 out the door. The MSRP was around $52-54K. They insisted that they add in their GPS software and have some kind of 5 year upholstery care plan. When we laughed off the numbers, they brought in Jose Perez to try to close the deal. In his suit, he looked like a manager so I thought he can get us a better deal. I honestly couldn't swallow the bloatware they were trying to sell us with the car for thousands of $$$ so we negotiated this down. When we tried to leave for another dealership, he kept trying to haggle with us for a price. We finally agreed on a price that seemed okay for both of us. I still didn't care for their bloatware and felt compelled to accept being ripped off with unnecessary additions (charges). He said every dealer did this to make money. We spent hours here negotiating and then signing papers. Then we waited for our car... for WEEKS. Nothing. I've asked my husband to follow through which he did finally. There was no response from Jose or Ivan. He had to contact the general manager who finally told us the truth - THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. We rang the bell because we bought the car with all the paperwork signed and then nothing. No other retributions. Jose made us upload a 5 star review on Google when we agreed with a handshake, and now I need to tell everyone the truth of what happened to our car. They will BAIT you and then SELL YOUR CAR when someone else who may pay higher will take it. They have ZERO integrity. I will never recommend anyone to purchase their car here. They will taunt you that your car is coming but good luck buying anything that's highly popular. It was a complete waste of our entire month waiting.

Only had my experience here with sales on sept 1 2025. Bought a brand new Tesla m3. Few things for…read morea very expensive transaction that I feel should've been accommodated as a consumer. 1.) zero flexibility on referral. Clearly showed that I was a referral prior to purchasing the car and that I tried to use the link. Even through the in-app chat they said I would receive it but in store they were either incompetent or unable to make the referral happen. $500+ worth of lost discounts here that I rightfully qualified for. 2.) zero flexibility on college student discount. I have proof of being a college student. Nonetheless they were unable to apply $1k discount as stated in their website. Now we're at $1.5k worth in losses. 3.) car came with a unremovable scuff on the driver seat. Tesla service later replaced the seat at no cost to me but this took an entire day of mine and about a month of having this scuff to resolve. When purchasing a brand new vehicle this just doesn't make sense to me. I feel like purchasing a car is one of the magical life milestones that should be exciting and perfect. Instead it felt frustrating and that things could've been taken care of better on Tesla's sales side.

Gotta say the service department staff is awesome here. We had an appointment early in the morning…read morebut got there even earlier than expected and they got us checked in right away and said they will try to get us out as soon as possible since we're coming from far away. Checkout was lightning quick. The service lounge is definitely lacking, my Honda lounge is a million times better. There's some places to sit, a self-serve coffee bar with 8 options of k cups, a few tea options as well. Tv plays Tesla commercials. A little Snack carousel and soda fridge are a nice touch. No wonder my fiancee dragged me out of bed at an ungodly hour on a Sunday, he'd have been bored to death. Be sure to have full charge on your phone to keep yourself entertained in case your service takes a while.

Absolutely pathetic experience from start to finish. We pointed out a horrible burning smell coming…read morefrom the car during the test drive, and instead of responding like a competent professional, the salesman immediately became defensive, hostile, and started talking over everyone the second we questioned the condition of the vehicle. I've driven enough old cars, junkers, and barely-alive beaters to know exactly what overheating coolant, slipping transmissions, and burning fluids smell like. This car felt like it was actively dying during the test drive. The transmission dragged, the engine smelled cooked, and the entire vehicle gave off the energy of something one hard acceleration away from a tow truck. What's insane is they still wanted over $7,000 for it purely because the mileage was "low." Low mileage means absolutely nothing when the car drives like it's moments away from mechanical failure. Putting lipstick on a breakdown doesn't magically make it reliable. The attitude was honestly the worst part. The second I started pointing out actual mechanical concerns, he immediately started talking down to me like I couldn't possibly understand cars because I'm a woman. Sorry, but some of us actually know what a dying transmission feels like, and screaming over customers doesn't suddenly make your inventory safe to drive. This place operates like they're hoping buyers are too inexperienced to notice obvious problems before signing paperwork. If this is how they behave before taking your money, I can only imagine the nightmare afterward. I genuinely would not trust these people to sell a bicycle, let alone a car.
