They really work with you based on your needs. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing from the time you walk in the door. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than ever! Looking forward to trying out some of the package deals in the near future! I can feel the stress melting away just thinking about it. The therapist was very professional and the therapy room was lockable to the public which I liked. Her touch was warm and soothing and although she was told exactly where my problems areas were she didn't go directly to them. She clearly has a routine and method to her therapy sessions. When she did make her way to the areas she gave then extra attention they needed. It was so relaxing I felt like falling asleep. Some places I've been to they do sheet cover a d some do not. I don't mind either way as I'm ok with being nude. She utilizes a soft set of sheets to cover and then moves it or your body around to work. When personal parts were close to or did slip into sight she very easily reconfigured the sheet. So professional and great massage that left me feeling 10x better than when I arrived thank you.

The building is off the beaten path. It's the old LTV Steel corporate offices. The Annex building 2 is all the way to the left, you cross through the walkway and when you get to the office, knock on the door. The door is locked for privacy reasons, I presume. My pedicure and manicure looked really good and lasted at least a week. It was a relaxing and calming appointment in a nice secluded atmosphere. My manicurist was friendly. We chit chatted a little bit but then she let me just relax. She was patient while I took forever to pick my colors and was thorough in her application. Like I said, it was a really good manicure. From the website, it shows they provide other services such as hair removal, make up application and lessons, massages, scrubs, and facials. I got a basic manicure and pedicure but they also provide gel and Shellac. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I really enjoyed this. I will be back!

She used exactly the right pressure and was welcoming and friendly but not a chatterbox lol. I had a lot of knots and tension, including some along my spine due to a past injury, and it all seemed to ebb away. I felt incredibly relaxed and practically like mush by the end. My skin felt very soft and smelled great from the aromatherapy lotion too. Interestingly, I'm usually stuffy at the conclusion of a massage, but this time, I felt completely clear.
