Sharon is amazing. I was diagnosed with 3 significantly deteriorated disks in my neck and approved for spinal fusion surgery by two well respected sources. Recommended for multiple pain medications for some relief in the meantime. I choose to focus on daily rehab, natural supplements and massage therapy instead. It was mentioned that I may last 3-6 months doing everything before the pain is just too much and then need the surgery. It has been over a 1 1/2 years. No surgery, less pain and more active. I am in my mid 50's. It takes the whole formula including faith based healing. Sharon has played a key role for me physically and mentally. I look forward to every visit. I cannot communicate enough what a great experience I had with Sharon at Awareness Massage & Wellness Center, LLC. I recently had a total knee replacement and am going through physical therapy. In addition, along the way with the surgery I picked up a sciatic nerve issue. Sharon didn't follow a pattern of massage like so many therapists do. I told her what my issues were so along with the relaxation part of my massage, she worked on those areas. In addition, as she worked through my upper body, when she came across knotted areas she instinctively and skillfully worked on them. Great place to get a massage! Very clean and very sanitary. Staff is very polite and helpful with questions. I like the screen process in which the massage therapist and the client talk initially about what ailments you have and how the massage can help. Sharon has be amazing, highly recommend! Fantastic one hour massage with Sharon. I have been working from home for 5 months and having issues with stiffness in neck, arms, back; l felt knotted up upon arrival.
