Dr. Pham truly cares about his patients and really takes his time in each visit! They also do draw blood in house so it's a one stop shop. It can be difficult to get in with him because he is so booked but it is worth it. Working in the healthcare field myself, it's rare to find a doctor that isn't all about coding/billing. Their staff is always very friendly as well and deserves recognition! I've had time where I needed a prescription on the fly and both the staff and Dr. Pham have been accommodating. As a new patient, I had to fill out several forms but it went very quickly since I filled everything out on their ipad. The office is nice and spacious and the staff is friendly. They start by taking your vitals in a little side room, which is actually open to the public and can be seen from the waiting area, which I thought was a little weird. It's not like I was undressed or anything at that point, but just the fact that people can watch you stand on the scale and have your blood pressure taken feels like it should be more private. After that I was taken to an exam room to wait but was told they were waiting for another room to open up for the doctor to see me. I waited for about 15 minutes and then they moved me to the exam room right next door, which apparently was my "official" exam room. I then waited again, and finally the doctor came. To be fair, she apologized for making me wait and said that she was exceptionally busy that day. My overall impression of Dr. Quy is that she knows her stuff and listens well, despite being in a hurry. I had some knee pain and she did a quick physical exam and quickly came to the same conclusion as what I had suspected. She seemed very practical, knowledgeable and was not dismissive as some doctors can be. After my appointment I set up my online patient portal, which was a very easy and straightforward process.

After my dad's first hospitalization, I had called to make an appointment and the front desk workers had said "but your dad just saw Dr. Choi" and I explained what had gone on and.. they gave Dr. Choi the phone. He said it was rude and disrespectful to call his office after he had just seen my dad. We were then able to make an appointment the following day and all Dr. Choi ended up doing for us was scolding again for calling his office. We had nothing done at the visit and his advice was "go to the ER if anything happens" - well thanks to him we had about 10 ER visits and 2 more hospitalizations after that visit with him in December. Switched to a new urologist and my dad's issues are resolved. We were lucky to escape Dr. Choi. Again, don't go here unless you hate yourself.
