You claim your team is 100% experienced, yet during my appointment, your staff admitted they had never done this type of work before. One even said they would like to practice on a mannequin, but was never able to so why was I being used for practice while paying for a professional service? That felt completely unfair. When I went to pay, I saw an online discount, but the staff denied it and said it was no longer valid, even though it was still being advertised. That felt dishonest. If the extensions were installed properly and tied tightly as you claim, why would I be missing so many strands when I removed them shortly after? They shouldn't have just fallen out if they were secure enough for daily wear. To make matters worse, I heard Jessica, the boss, instructing staff to work on trying to get their bad reviews removed. The hairdresser herself was nice and we have a discussion at length about what I wanted. Firstly she cut my hair way to short and secondly the hair did not come anywhere close to where I wanted it. I think her skills were just not there or she seemed rushed because Inbetween she had other clients. In the end she charged me $300 which is fine because I'm aware the price is an estimate but they did see how long and thick my hair was. The place itself is clean but the parking is chaotic.
