Birthday cake gelato
Stacey D.

Had the birthday cake gelato and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the owner even took time to talk to us about the difference between gelato and ice cream and so was super nice - can't wait to go back and try more flavors

Through the door.

Sign said Grand Opening. Hours were posted on the door. Shop was large and cute from the outside. There was a nice patio. When I arrived at 8 a.m., as well as another guy, the doors were locked. After sitting in my car for a few minutes I pulled out. A car was in the drive-thru lane behind the patio. Maybe the only the drive-thru was open. If so, a sign on the door would have been appropriate. The shop lost two customers for sure. Disappointed.

Italian Mural

Stopped for breakfast at this new cafe in Parma Heights. The decor is beautiful and you feel like you're stepping into an Italian Cafe. They have a drive thru and outside patio but the beautiful mural inside is a must-see. There are booths, benches and tables inside for seating. No expense was spared on equipment and decor. They have a top-of-the-line espresso machine and various hot and cold beverages available. They also have muffins and egg sandwiches for breakfast and a large assortment of gelato and freshly made waffles. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Coffee and kid size gelato
Judy B.

Went with friends got a coffee and kid size dark chocolate gelato. It was really good would definitely go again when in area. Staff very accommodating and slowed to sample flavors before choosing

So many gelato and sorbet

Stopped at this cute coffee shop after work and before an appointment. It wasn't far from my destination and I've heard advertising on the radio. Cute coffee shop. Plenty of parking. The gelato looked so good but ordered a coffee and it was good. Interior cute and there are tables and booths. Will stop again

Cafe Blanc is GORGEOUS and boy, does it know it! I've wanted to check this place out for a while so…read moreI schleped an hour here for dinner with friends in May 2026 so I could finally try this sort of new restaurant out! Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! I am giving Cafe Blanc 4.5 stars out of 5.

We all visited Cafe Blanc for the first time and loved our experience especially the large (free) parking lot. We sat on the 2nd level towards the back. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

I love adeni tea and went to try this place. We ended up ordering something different and may now have a new favorite. The tea was hot, sweet , and flavorful. We split a sandwich, each got a dessert, and split a medium pot of tea. The chicken salad was tasty. It was mostly mayo and chicken and we didn't notice anything else to it, but I enjoyed it. It was on the thin side. Again, the tea was delicious and we drank the whole pot. The desserts , mine a strawberry tree Leche, and my mom and cookie cheesecake. Both were delicious and decent size pieces.

I wanted to love this place, and see a small business thrive, but every aspect of my experience…read morehere made me incredibly disappointed that I wasted my time and money here. To start, from the time we placed our order to the time we received it was 30 minutes. My order included a pastry, coffee, and sandwich, which could almost be forgivable; however, my sister placed a separate order for 2 pastries and a coffee. That should not take 30 minutes. It was a Tuesday afternoon, not terribly busy. After 30 minutes, we had 4 hangry kids who had been asking about their chocolate cake for... well 30 minutes. Next, onto the pastries. $15 a piece is absurd, but my fault not doing the research into price, so I will not fault them for that, only myself. I will fault them for the pastries being rock solid. We got an edible cup and a strawberry. Both were rock hard, and the experience eating them was not enjoyable at all. We were using our plastic spoons as a pick-axe, just trying to get a bite. It is impossible to get a bite of all the layers this way, which defeats the purpose. The kids shared the chocolate cake, thank god that was not frozen solid. Finally, to my butter chicken croissant. The butter chicken part was shredded chicken in the sauce, spread thinner than Dunkin' Donuts spreads their cream cheese. If I had scraped it all off into a pile, it would be about 2 tablespoons of chicken, and that is not an exaggeration. Kids were starving by this point- they were out of the hot dog on the menu, which is what we expected to feed them. I resigned and figured they could try the butter chicken, but for $11 it was not enough to even feed one kid. Thank goodness it included about 10 potato chips on the side, which held them over as we promised to stop for food for them on the way home. All in all- if our food had come out in 10-15 minutes (generous amount of time for coffee and pastry), had it not been frozen, and had I had at least a quarter cup of butter chicken, I could maybe give this place 3-4 stars, and just warn others on the price. However, neither the service nor food nor price was acceptable given the quality, and I am disappointed we wasted an hour of our day and $60 of our hard earned money here.

The customers seemed happy and friendly. The employee was friendly and accommodating. She remade my espresso macchiato the proper way With a friendly kind demeanor. The inside of the church and the coffee shop are beautiful too bad they don't have a great cup of coffee though. you just can't get a great cup of coffee when you're not making the espresso from scratch with humans. I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!
